The lines actually are reflective, same as road signs, that's why you can see them as well as you can. The problem is that when covered in water they do not reflect well, and there's not really a way around that that's practical

Well everything was streaming in one spot when you had cable and we all complained. Now they've gone to far in the other direction with the 500 streaming services.
