Derek, we broke the story a child was assaulted coming home from school, and a man was arrested with a knife the Gardai and the local + national media should have reported it as soon as they had the situation under control to save parents panicking but they didn't come out until after we posted it.

Why are the gardai and some people here downplaying a man behaving erratically, threatening first a primary school and then older students, terrorising a lady in her car and carrying a knife! A ‘Flick knife’ can be fatal when in the hands of a madman. Terrifying, serious and sad.
