According to the lady, the app quoted ₦3,800, but after the driver picked up the cake, he called to say he had thought the delivery location was around Surulere and demanded ₦5,000 instead. She claimed she asked the driver to return the cake, but he refused. She further alleged that the driver later reduced the amount to ₦4,500 and threatened to leave with the cake if she didn't agree. He then berates the worker for having to take breaks and repeatedly taunts and asks for his package now. What if the man had an expensive delivery and he had somewhere to go and that’s why when he saw the driver he wanted to get it early, should the delivery driver have just given it to him?
