Nagpur: A married woman from Sonegaon has filed a serious complaint alleging sexual exploitation, blackmail, and pressure for religious conversion by three men, leading to the registration of a case at Sonegaon Police Station.According to the complaint, the woman’s former classmate allegedly drugged her and took her to a hotel where he sexually assaulted her. She further alleged that the accused, along with his associates, repeatedly exploited her by threatening to make an objectionable video viral. They also allegedly forced her to convert her religion and extorted more than ₹3 lakh from her.The accused have been identified as Ayyaz Taj Madare, Ameen Sheikh, and Hazrat Maulana. All three are from Kalmeshwar taluka. Sonegaon Police have arrested two of the accused, while the third is still absconding. A case has been registered against them under sections related to rape, attempt to force religious conversion, and the Maharashtra Prevention of Black Magic Act.
