Most point trackers run at 256×256 or 384×512, and hit memory limits at higher resolutions. AllTracker runs at 768×1024 on a 40G GPU, and its accuracy scales reliably with resolution. It also tracks all pixels, while most models are sparse. We only subsample for visualization.

AllTracker works by estimating long-range optical flow between a query frame and every other frame in a video, incorporating temporal context in a sliding window. Along with flow, it estimates visibility and confidence, so unreliable tracks can be easily filtered out.

Worth exploring for denser, faster, and more accurate tracking.
