🇺🇸🌍🇺🇸 ZEBEC NETWORK IS NOW INSIDE THE U.S. PAYMENTS RAILS Most people will miss how big this is. Zebec Network is no longer operating around the financial system, it’s now operating inside it.🌍💳 🏦 What Just Happened Zebec Network has integrated directly with U.S. United States 🇺🇸 payment infrastructure, including: ✅ ACH (Automated Clearing House) ✅ Direct deposit rails ✅ Bank & payroll interoperability ✅ ISO 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ financial messaging 📡 This means Zebec can now move value where real money already flows, inside the same rails used by banks, employers, and payroll providers. 🔗 Why This Matters This isn’t a workaround. This isn’t an off~ramp. This is native alignment with U.S. payments infrastructure. 💼 Employers can run payroll 💰 Workers can receive wages 🔁 Funds can flow between bank accounts and programmable payments, all within a compliant, enterprise-ready framework. 🧠 Here the Bigger Picture Zebec is building a dual~rail system: 🏛️ Traditional finance rails (ACH, payroll, banks) Programmable, real~time payment rails Both operating together, not competing. That’s how infrastructure gets adopted. That’s how payments scale. That’s how Web3 becomes invisible, and useful. 🧱 Built for the Future 🔹🌐 ISO 20022 compliant 🔹 Interoperable with existing financial systems. Aligned with Nacha & ACH standards 🔹 Designed for payroll, treasury, and enterprise payments 🔹 Operating where regulation, compliance, and volume already exist This is infrastructure, not hype. 📌 In Simple Terms Zebec Network didn’t ask TradFi for permission. It plugged directly into the rails and started building. 🚆 Real rails 💵 Real money 🏗️ Real adoption Most people will scroll past this. Institutions won’t. Zebec Network

🌋 Today Is the Moment Crypto Became Part of U.S. Banking Today, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency issued conditional approvals for national trust bank charters tied to crypto and digital assets, including Ripple, Circle, Fidelity Digital Assets, Paxos, and BitGo. The federal banking system is changing in real time. Two new national trust banks: • Ripple National Trust Bank • First National Digital Currency Bank (Circle) Three state trust companies converting to federal banks: • Fidelity Digital Assets • Paxos • BitGo A national trust bank is a federally chartered institution focused on custody, trust, and fiduciary services, not retail deposits. That places crypto custody and stablecoin infrastructure directly under OCC supervision, instead of fragmented state-by-state frameworks. Zoom out and the pattern is clear: • DTCC approved to tokenize DTC-custodied assets • OCC confirms banks can buy and sell crypto for clients • Stablecoins gain regulatory clarity • Now crypto trust banking goes federal One detail worth paying attention to: BitGo, now moving into the federal banking perimeter, is also a Hedera Governing Council member. That puts a federally regulated crypto custodian directly inside the governance of a public network already being used for enterprise and government use cases. At the same time, Hedera’s end-of-year community call brings together network leadership, council voices, and technical leads to discuss enterprise adoption, real-world deployments, and what scales next. From the filings: • Circle’s charter supports USDC reserve and collateral management • Ripple’s charter supports RLUSD and institutional digital asset custody Worth noting: Ripple Custody already supports multiple networks, including HBAR, SOL, ADA, BTC, ETH, XLM, and others. This is not about one chain. It’s not about hype or short-term price action. It’s about regulated financial plumbing being installed inside the U.S. banking system. Crypto isn’t knocking on the door anymore. It’s being wired into the foundation.

🚨 BREAKING: Gusto just added stablecoin payouts for international contractors via ZeroHash - 400,000+ SMBs. - Tens of billions in annual payroll. - Now gets Settlement in minutes, not days. Stablecoins as an instant payouts feature for international contracts is becoming table stakes. And that's a big market. --- This is labor market math, not crypto hype. Full-time independent contractors doubled in 4 years. 13.6M in 2020 → 27.7M in 2024. 11% of US small businesses now employ international contractors. Traditional cross-border payroll takes 3-7 days. That's a week of "payment in transit" while your contractor in Argentina waits to pay rent. --- Zerohash powers this integration. Same infrastructure behind Stripe's stablecoin flows, BlackRock's tokenized fund rails, and Morgan Stanley's upcoming E-Trade crypto trading. Mastercard is reportedly circling them at $1.5-2B. --- Tempo's docs nail why this matters for payroll: "Businesses must either rely on slow, expensive, unpredictable cross-border transfers to pay employees directly, or first move liquidity to local subsidiaries to access domestic payment rails. Each domestic rail comes with its own rules, banking holidays, cutoff times, formats, and fees." That's the patchwork stablecoins replace. One ledger. Sub-cent fees. Seconds to settle. --- Gusto serves mainstream small business America. When your accountant's payroll software starts settling on blockchain rails, the infrastructure debate is over. Stablecoins aren't replacing payroll. They're replacing the 3-7 day settlement window that banks built for a workforce that no longer exists. --- #Fintech #Stablecoins #Payments #FutureOfWork #GigEconomy
