So close! Those servos are pretty notorious for reliability and precision under load, if you move it slowly does it close fully? Might need to swap to a metal gear equivalent

Yeah if I manually crank them it has the full range of motion I want. I did look at getting some stronger MG servos. But for more torque the size jumped up a fair bit. I was gunna see if I can get them to fit. Do you know of any MG servos that are small but have more torque?

Is the issue it not closing properly? My gut reaction is that maybe it needs a bit of slack to make a lifelike blink. I mean our eyelids sort of scrunch when they're open. I dont see that here.

No jitter or anything. They've being driven super well. I remember attempting to proof of concept something like this ages ago, but a lack of experience and knowledge made that impossible. I'm glad to see someone nailing it.
