When it comes to working out sometimes all you need is a few minutes if you use that the right way with intensity and going beyond what you did last time. This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.
