One call from a woman: ‘He has a gun. He has put it in front of my face, and he clanked it against a metal bar to let me know it's real.’ You can see the gun in his right hand in the video. Also, this is not Brandon’s porch. This is a complete strangers house. A woman’s. When police confronted Qualls, he pointed his gun at one of them. Qualls fucked around. Qualls found out. If your immediate emotional response to shit like this is based entirely around skin color and not consequences and accountability, you are not a serious person. Famous rapper Julio Foolio was just gunned down last night and none of you will bat an eye because his killer wasn’t white and this is business as usual.

I didn't understand why he was telling me all this.” Bar Asraf's sister Lihi shared a memory of her brother. This weekend, Bar took his own life at the grave of his girlfriend, Liron Barda z"l. Liron was murdered by Hamas at the Nova massacre on October 7th. Last Wednesday, Bar danced at his brother Maor's wedding. Family members say he was happy, sang, hugged everyone, and was moved by the celebration. On Saturday, the family had gathered at their home. "At noon, he wanted to go to the pool," recalled Lihi. "We said we didn't have a membership, so he said, 'Okay.' When we couldn't find him, we started searching on foot. We thought about where he might be, and we said we'd go to Liron's grave. At first, I didn't see him. Then I saw him lying there. I shouted, 'Bar, get up!'" "Only then did I understand what had happened. At first, I was even afraid that they had killed him. I didn't understand what I was seeing." Bar's family said he and Liron were soulmates. "Liron would come to us all the time, especially on Tuesdays when Mom would make couscous. When he was on a trip to Colombia, she even flew in to surprise him. They were soulmates." Sheriff Mike Boudreaux bluntly said during a press conference, “We intentionally ran him over… Don’t shoot at cops. You shoot at cops, we’re going to run you over. He got run over. He got what he deserved.” The suspect, David Eric Morales, was killed when a law enforcement BearCat armored vehicle ran over him after he continued firing and refused to surrender. Morales was being served an eviction notice, after 35 days of not paying rent, and then opened fire on deputies in an apparent ambush that led to an hours-long standoff. Morales was barricaded in the home for hours while he fired on law enforcement. He eventually exited through a window and was later found outside, lying in brush while wearing camouflage, still a threat, and was subsequently run over. Deputy Randy Hoppert has been identified as the person Morales senselessly shot and killed during the gunfight. Hoppert was a Navy corpsman who served from 2010 to 2015 and joined the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 5, 2020. He was struck by gunfire and transported to Sierra View District Hospital, where he died at 11:57 a.m. Morales had allegedly ambushed the deputies, prompting a call for additional units. In his accident he had third degree burns over 80% of his body. He received a face transplant. He met his now wife on social media. Ironically she was a nurse for transplant patients. These two people were many to meet each other and it’s a great love story.
