Someone PLEASE merge XLibre into it, make a how-to for it, take screen shots, etc. The reaction from the maintainer will be GOLD! 🤣

It’s not about politics. It’s about them. Narcissistic nonsense.

Why do they need a "code of conduct" to develop software?

Who is that person? Nobody uses Alpine with a graphical interface in the first place. Seems the only intention of this person was draging Alpine into the mud for no reason at all.

XLibre represents no ideology or superficial control mechanisms like a CoC. A developer's code is unspoken and void of politics. The "code" IS the only concern. Ideological capture and arbitrary "rules" let them control you with the project. They don't care about the software.

Why is tech and politics even a thing? Tech doesn't give two shits about where someone stands politically.
