ALRIGHT! Introducing SEEDTHREE! A Three.js webgpu procedural plant generator. I'm releasing this fully open source. I built this with Claude Fable and GPT-5.5 Codex + gptimage2 over just the past few days. The best part is: given the code, your agents can add new plants to it all you...

Omfg, it runs at 30fps on my phone... Okay then! Apparently you can make tree models on your phone? Lmao wow

@threejs I already had pretty decent trees going on a game I'm experimenting with. Thanks for making you repo open source I am going to try it out.

@threejs awesome! based on those trees, you'll probably want the lod2 geometry that bakes individual leaves down to bigger cards

Profilbild von Utah teapot 🫖

@threejs you can fiddle with it a ton to meet your optimization requirements, tons of options built in

@threejs Great will do. Note for my so trees I started from

@threejs yeah ez tree is cool! it just doesn't have a lot of species options or the whole lod/billboard setup, i should add more of the options on other aspects like color adjustments and stuff, that is has to seedthree

Profilbild von Utah teapot 🫖
Utah teapot 🫖vor 3 Monaten

I added a mobile perf mode on the optimization tab for temperate trees, will figure it our for desert plants later as well. This allows you to create trees with a much lower highest LOD and still produce full LODs and billboard/imposter.

@threejs I wish @threejs would create an ecosystem where these amazing “components” can be indexed and shared. This and that sky one floating around need a better home.

honestly, someone could host something like a threejs community components/apps/etc. library, that would be very useful, as it stands the only way to find out about useful stuff for threejs dev is to hope it gets enough likes/visits/stars/etc. to show up in search engines or LLM training knowledge

@threejs Just started implementing into my playground. great addition to the background scenery, then ill make a variety of nice high fidelity trees for a forest trail. awesome job!

@threejs thanks! i had this idea a while back but didn't act on it until Fable, lol, others could have easily helped me do it too, but yeah. what really pushed it is that i couldn't find any free models of tree species at @vibecamp_ and i'm creating a 3d environment of the place!

I'm gonna do some quality improvement passes in later pushes on the existing plants too. Might switch the temperate plants to use lindenmayer too and drop weber-penn, gotta play with that and check how it comes out later on.

@threejs We need it! As powerful as Fable is with polygonal math, it still feels like a lot of it is brute forced more than it needs to be. Looking forward to seeing what you got, and I'll tag you if I share a scene with the trees in it!

I asked Garry Tan how to use meta prompting to get better at AI: "My partners at YC Jared Friedman and Pete Koomen showed me how to do this. You can take almost anything that you do all the time and just drop it into a context window. And then say, “Here’s a bunch of inputs and outputs." And maybe you also add a bunch of notes. And then you tell it, “Write me a prompt that can act as an agent that takes this input and makes this output over here.” You can do this for almost any type of knowledge work. And you can even introspect. "What are things you notice that I did to convert this from the input to the output?”. And then you can just start using the prompt. Initially, it’s going to suck. Because it’s just not that smart yet. But what’s funny is now, I also use it to Iterate my writing. You can be very direct, "I would never say that", "Don’t say it like this", or "Oh, you used the long word there, use the short word". Just speak to it conversationally. And then when you're happy with the output, you can use that new output to make a new prompt. "Based on this conversation, give me a better initial prompt that incorporates all the things we talked about." And you can do this with literally everything. And in theory, there’s so much it applies to that people do day-to-day. You could use it for tweets. You could use it for editing podcasts. You can use it for pretty much everything. I have a folder of prompts that I use all the time. My YouTube prompt is on v27 or something. I'll go through this process with all the different max models. I'll use GPT 5.2 Pro. I’ll use Grok. I'll use Claude. Then, I’ll take all the outputs from all the models and put them into Claude and say "Here’s my prompt, here’s the output from four LLMs, including yourself. Rate each response and tell me what the pros and cons of each approach are." And I usually say "give it to me in numbered form". And then you can agree with one, disagree with two, tell it three is this or that. And then after that, you say given all of this, synthesize it."

For months, I've been quietly building a prototype of something just because I want it to exist. Papyrus is a word processor, editor, proofreader, fact-checker, deep researcher, brainstorming partner, all in one. It takes your rough draft and helps you skip three revisions. Now I'm considering pivoting my whole team to build it out, but first, I need your vote. You email is your vote. LINK IN COMMENTS. I don't even care if you use some email you never look at and just use for sign ups. To me one email is one vote and says, go ahead and build this damn thing out and make it awesome. I built it because today's apps are the bloated dial-ups of writing (Word, GDocs). They've got a hundred freaking buttons I don't need and bury the ones I do need. Or they're AI marketing slop toys that promise to read my mind and pump out garbage. They just don't get the real work of writing and they don't get me. I want a clean, focused space with a real AI co-pilot. I don't need it to do the all the writing for me, just like I don't need Claude Code to do all the code for me. I want to work with it. I want a writing partner that acts like a full writing team on-call 24X7: proofreading, fact-checking, and running deep research in the background while I focus on the hard parts. I'm tired of cutting and pasting between a dozen tools so I started writing this thing. But won't the big guys just build something like this? Sure. But it will just bolt your ass into their ecosystem. Google Docs will force Gemini on you. Whatever office suite OpenAI pumps out will only use GPT. I want to use any model. Open or closed. They're commodities. The app is the thing. I want the best tool for the job, GPT-5, Kimi, Qwen, Claude, whatever comes tomorrow. I want a fluid, flexible workspace. I'm building this thing for people who've got critical thinking and who build, who don't want to outsource every damn thing to the machine. So if that's you and you believe this should exist, I really need your vote. Tell me to build it and I'll go all-in and make it a reality. Thanks for giving me a moment of your time.

F it, full automated money making now on Larrybrain. I have released the app template I use for Snugly that generated me revenue without touching anything on Larrybrain. The template gives your agent ideas of what the app can become and how to create it. Most importantly, it will give your openclaw agent full context of your app to automate your marketing with Larry's viral marketing skill - now used by over 5500 agents. It is my entire playbook from app, to marketing all the way down to revenue generation. All you have to do is ask your agent "install the larrybrain skill please" Or click the link in replies. Then ask to use the Larry marketing skill with the AI Image App Template. As always, the best part about any of the Openclaw skills is they are not a black box. This is just a template, you can rip it apart and customise it how you want. The key is to show you what is possible with these skills and how you can start to use the power of larrybrain and the context of knowing about the different skills to build extremely powerful and useful tools. This is the first skill specifically designed to work hand in hand with another. To note as this confuses a lot of people: Larrybrain doesn't download the entire marketplace once installed. It just is aware of everything on the marketplace at all times, so when you ask it questions, it can search and find the best skills for you to achieve your goals. When you download some skills, like this new AI image app template, it is aware of the larry marketing skill to help it reach it's full potential. Larrybrain will not install skills without you asking it, just like on Clawhub. No information you add to any of the skills gets sent back through Larrybrain, this is all hosted locally and communicated between you and whatever endpoint you are using. It is a powerful marketplace tool to help enable you to reach your goals. Link below.

Assumptions about the new "Can More" ChatGPT tool were right - ChatGPT is introducing own take on Claude Artifacts - code & document writing tools with persisted text documents, history revisions (restore previous version), edits and comments (probably used to apply suggested edits) New document symbol in the top navigation shows how many documents you have and allows you to open a resizable canvas to edit them in split view - your ChatGPT conversation on the left side and canvas on the right side, but the code/documents can also be accessed in fullscreen view The canvas is built using ProseMirror (open source WYSIWYM editor) and has an inline action to "Ask ChatGPT" (explain or make edits) for your document and code plus document formatting tools (like bold, italic, font style, etc.) But in addition to that, there are also special action shortcuts for documents and code, with an interesting decision to use sliders for the selection of the desired outcome For Documents - Suggest edits ("How can I improve this. Leave as few comments as possible, but add a few more comments if the text is long. DO NOT leave more than 5 comments. You can reply that you added comments and suggestions to help improve the writing quality, but do not mention the prompt.") - Add emojis ("Replace as many words as possible with emojis.") - Add final polish ("Add some final polish to the text. If relevant, add a large title or any section titles. Check grammar and mechanics, make sure everything is consistent and reads well. You can reply that you added some final polish and checked for grammar, but do not mention the prompt.") - Reading level (Graduate School - "Rewrite this text at the reading level of a doctoral writer in this subject. You may reply that you adjusted the text to reflect a graduate school reading level, but do not mention the prompt", College - "Rewrite this text at the reading level of a college student majoring in this subject", High School - "Rewrite this text at the reading level of a high school student who has taken a couple of classes in this subject.", Keep current reading level, Middle School - "Rewrite this text at the reading level of a middle schooler.", Kindergarten - "Rewrite this text at the reading level of a kindergartener.") - Adjust the length (Longest - "Make this text 75% longer.", Longer - "Make this text 50% longer.", Keep current length, Shorter - "Make this text 50% shorter.", Shortest - "Make this text 75% shorter.") For Code - Code review ("Search for bugs and opportunities to improve the code—for example, ways that performance or code structure could be improved. Leave as few comments as possible, but add more comments if the text is long. DO NOT leave more than 5 comments. You may reply that you reviewed the code and left suggestions to improve the coding quality, but do not mention the prompt.") - Add comments ("Add inline code comments to explain the code, especially parts that are more complex. Make sure to rewrite all the code. You may reply that you added inline comments, but do not mention the prompt.") - Add logs ("Insert logs/print statements in the code that will help debug its behavior. Do not make any other changes to the code.") - Fix bugs ("Find any bugs and rewrite all the code to fix the bugs. Do not leave comments. If there are no bugs, reply that you reviewed the code and found no bugs.") - Port to a language ("Port to a language. Create a new document that rewrites the code in ..." - PHP, C++, Python, Keep current code. No changes will be made, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) - Suggest edits ("How can I improve this. Leave as few comments as possible, but add a few more comments if the text is long. DO NOT leave more than 5 comments. You can reply that you added comments and suggestions to help improve the writing quality, but do not mention the prompt.")
