An interview with Aaron Ralston where he recounts the experience of breaking his arm and then slicing through his flesh, arteries, and nerves to amputate his arm. This drastic measure was necessary to free himself after becoming trapped against a canyon wall when a rock fell on his arm in 2003. Once he cut his arm off, he was able to escape the canyon and get help.
