also cool: things like claude code's dynamic workflows fall out for free, durably :D and i can even inspect everything subagents of such a workflow do (or steer them if absolutely needed)

this is all very confusing if codemode means nothing to you. i thank @mattzcarey and co for their wonderful invention of codemode. (the above *should* also work in CF DO, haven't had time to play with that yet).

LOL I actually wrote about it in a (soon) blog post on why Pi Durable can help you make better dynamic workflow

inspecting everything your subagents do feels illegal. let them have one secret. they're just going to say they were "thinking"

durability needs visibility. resuming a workflow is much less scary when you can see what each agent already did

it already is. the only thing we haven't published yet is this app you see above built on pi durable. soon.

With Durable you're speed running all of the concepts for coding harnesses that I've been thinking of but haven't had time to try and build. Keep going!

being able to steer subagents mid workflow is the part nobody talks about. durable + inspectable beats smart every time. does steering ever break the resume?

Being able to inspect everything the subagents did is the part I care about most. My runs write a dated log the next run reads first, so nothing is a black box.

when you steer one mid-run, does it pick back up cleanly or redo the step?

I use subagents for ~80% of my Codex tasks these days. If you're new to subagents, here's a quick primer: - Subagents = separate agents that work on a specific piece of work in a fresh isolated context window. - Your main thread can create subagents and delegate work to them. - Subagents report back when tasks are complete. - Codex subagents are especially useful for read-heavy tasks (e.g research, investigation, and review). - Also useful for testing and building parts of a project in parallel. Subagents are great for working on focused parts of a big task, like planning, implementation, testing, or review. My biggest pro tip for using subagents in Codex: You don’t have to design the entire delegation plan yourself. Just ask Codex to “Use subagents as needed,” and then Codex can then decide where subagents would help it in the task. Here's a demo of using subagents in Codex:

Claude Cowork is like Claude Code but for your entire life It's going to be the biggest AI tool of 2026 I figured out a workflow that saves me 5+ hours a day and it's so simple even a non tech nerd can do it Here's my complete breakdown you can steal today:

I will do the WNBA commissioner job for free. Bonus: I can even say what a woman is. Appreciate Sean Hannity 🇺🇸 also saying he would serve as my deputy commissioner for free. Dynamic duo!

Would anyone like the idea of character menus looking like their banner reveal? Or maybe they could add an option to make them more dynamic. Personally, I think it would look really cool, but when you're checking stats, it might make things a bit harder to read, right? If the animation only plays for a moment and then becomes static, or if you can toggle it with a button, I think it would work really well. #Ntecreator #NTE

Thanks to Jev, you can now write workflows in plain English and run them instantly like code. I spent the day feeding it descriptions of tasks and it spit out workflows across hundreds of apps faster than I could read them. An agent could do this already, in 30 seconds, for a dollar, differently every run. Jev does it in two seconds, for free, the same way every time.

Roberts on Affordability: When I was a kid, there was things I wanted that I couldn't afford, so I collected soda bottles. When I was a teenager, I needed more money so I had a paper route. Even now, there are plenty of things that I can't afford. If you want them, you got to work for them because there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Do you hate bushes in Fortnite? These things need to be nerfed HEAVILY!!! For real I can't see in them or out of them but for some reason my opponents can maneuver through them so easily it's not even funny. Fortnite please hire a landscaper and trim these dang bushes!

minghao talking about his ideal type 🩷 🎱 i want someone who can warm my heart. because i’m from a foreign country, i’ve always tried to do things on my own. i can take responsibility for my partner and do everything for them but i also need somewhere to lean on. so if they can support me like that, wouldn’t that warm my heart? that’s what i think.

Q: what kind of fashion style are you into these days? 🥟 I think I’ve always liked kind of laid-back and cool looks 🥟 smth a bit edgy, I don’t think I really go for super clean or polished styles I like chic vibe like the sleekness of black or even red 🥟 just things that look cool when you see them … I think I’m into more punk or rock-inspired fashion

Why do unemployed girls who are a burden on their parents and society think they deserve everything for free? Simply get a job and hire a maid. They don't want to work and also don't want to cook or do chores. Why would men even marry such losers?

I love this. When someone is going through a dark phase, it is impossible for them to see or notice anything good happening around them. Even if they do, they find a way to make it negative. That's why you need the right people around you. To pull you out of that rabbit hole. Because it's deep. And it can take you weeks, months, or even years to get out of it if you're not aware of it. And it will absolutely impact every aspect of your life. cc: echelon_font

🍉THIS is why I wanted a #seededwatermelon !!! Sooo many benefits in the seeds! Did you know that watermelon seeds are one of the most nutritious seeds you can consume? You can roast the seeds or make a tea out of them! You can also make watermelon seed milk! Recipe: Scoop out seeds and clean well, removing all pulp. You can also soak in water for a couple hours. Let dry overnight. Drizzle with a little avocado oil and seasoning of choice. Roast on 320 for 15 minutes. Let cool completely! Eat them as a snack or top your salads, Buddha bowls or oats with them! Oooh maybe even add them to granola!

#SEONGHWA talked about filming challenges with junior idols because he knows that feeling so well and wants to help them in any way he can 😭 ⭐️: these days things are going so well, so I feel good. A lot of people recognize and congratulate me a lot, and... I feel really thankful. I also, in my own way, try to find what I can do and do it. That’s my mindset. So I wondered what I could do, and I just filmed challenges diligently, contacted people here and there and filmed. Even when I felt tired I wanted to help somehow, so I worked hard (like that), I wonder if it helped? If it did even a little, then that’s enough for me. And now, usually… I also had times like that, when I really wanted to film a challenge with a senior I admired. I would do my hair and makeup on my day off, go to the broadcast station and even bring a gift. That one moment would stay as such a good memory for me, and the senior would say a lot of good things to me that it would become a good connection. I thought, “someday, if I can, I want to do that too.” I don’t know if I can help in a big way yet (with popularity), but if it’s something good for those juniors I’ll do everything I can. I know that feeling so well and it's such a precious one, so how could I refuse that? You just have to do it, ofc. And if I’m can remember it I want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography, even memorizing our own songs takes me a long time. But still, I want to do it sincerely. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do better, but after doing so many (challenges) I do hit a bit of a limit. So even when resting, I keep watching videos and trying to film better (challenges). Yes. Seniors and juniors both prepare really well, so how could I do it half‑heartedly? I need to help, even if it's just a little. #성화 #ATEEZ #에이티즈
