Grass fed beef is honestly better tasting and though it may be a bit more expensive, it's not like beef isn't already there, so you may as well buy better so that you truly get what you are paying for: peace of mind knowing it's not some stuff from somewhere sketchy.

Beef and any other meat in the US has been fed GMO trash. Eat them at your own risk.

The other option is to buy direct from beef farmers, again a little more expensive to do, but you can be sure of what you're getting.
