This has to be true. Every job I’ve applied for that uses work day I never heard from when I used my real name & race. When I started putting my initials as my name & declined to answer for race, I heard back.

I've applied to a lot of positions that use Workday and have heard nothing back 👀

See it all the time on LinkedIn, when u look up the role you applied for in most cases the person is less qualified. @citizenbank recruiter told me they want someone with more experience which I have however they hired YT folks who didnt have none. 🤷🏿
