Also experiencing less sleep, wanting to spend more time alone, finding it hard to enjoy anything I used to love to do, no movies, no music (except Christian) , falling away from a lot of friends (dead weight) and family (no longer have things in common other than blood)...

I am so grateful to see people here feeling similarly. I thought it was just me! I’m years beyond the “waking up” part and I’m not depressed, but I’m withdrawn. Food, entertainment, activities…not interested. Limbo is a good word for it. Never felt like this. 🙏

I feel like I am in limbo. Something big is coming and I can feel it. Someone looking at me from the outside would describe it as depression but it’s really not. More reflection and observation. I enjoy just being in nature alone. That gives me immense peace.

It’s becoming more difficult to make small talk when I just want to wake people up.

It has to be some sort of spiritual ascension. It's relieving to know we aren't alone in this. This may sound crazy but it's like living on timeline simultaneously with another one going in the wrong direction. 1 Corinthians 4:5: Paul instructs believers to wait patiently for the Lord’s return, when He will bring to light what is hidden and expose the motives of men’s hearts, ultimately giving each person their praise from God.

So many Godly men are experiencing the exact same thing right now! God is seriously separating the chaff from the wheat right now! Its either Rapture time, or God is building his Army of Servants for whatever is about to come!

I have BEEN depressed. Now, I am not. But, I am very quiet… kind of withdrawn from the life I had before.

Society is just toxic now. Really really toxic.

We are all battle weary! I am feeling it, too. I heard a term called stagger breathing where in a choir ensemble, half of the tenors breathe while the others sing and vice versa so that the sound resonating is unbroken. Catch your breath! We are all in this together! The harvest is HUGE! Look up and see what years of truth pushing has done!

Same. I'm an 80's kid, I cant stomach the music & movies I use to love. I listen to Christian, Classical & recently Christopher Macchio. I'm not depressed. I don't miss the ppl I no longer talk to, fam, the drama, the chaos, etc. I'm at peace & I'm ok. I've changed & I like it.

At one point, Matthew McConaughey had his acting career, his family, a foundation, a film production company, and a record company. In 2008, he shut down the production company and the record label. "I was making B’s in 5 things," he said. "I want to make A's in three things." By shutting down the production company and the music label, McConaughey said, "I did start making much better grades, so to speak, in those 3 things." “Alright, alright, alright.” Takeaway 1: “If you seek tranquillity,” the philosopher King Marcus Aurelius wrote, “do less.” And then he points out that doing less "brings a double satisfaction." You get the satisfaction of having fewer things on your to-do list. And you get the satisfaction of doing those fewer things at a higher level. You get "to do less, better." Takeaway 2: Shutting down the production company and the music label, McConaughey said, was hard to do. He liked having a production company and a music label. It reminds me of the legendary Apple designer Jony Ive's definition of focus: “What focus means is saying no to something that you—with every bone in your body—think is a phenomenal idea, and you wake up thinking about it, but you say no to it because you’re focusing on something else.” Focus requires sacrifice. Making A's, so to speak, requires saying no to things you like and want to do because you’re saying yes to things you love and have to do. - - - "You gain more by finding a rich mine and mining it deeper, than by flitting from one shallow mine to another—intensity defeats extensity every time...As Schopenhauer wrote, 'Intellect is a magnitude of intensity, not a magnitude of extensity.'" — Robert Greene Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!
