My TL is way too positive… Every time I get on here there is someone else motivating me to get my ass back to work.

Any tips on how to work my way up to pull-ups? Like some upper body exercises that could build strength before I try to lift my whole body. I’m a bit scared to make a fool of myself, I won’t lie. Pull ups were my kryptonite in grade school PE class

Start with hanging at the top position and try to work up to hanging for 60 seconds
