Altcoins pulled back this week, and I don't see it as a reason to panic. Bitcoin is still holding above its 83K pivot. Why I like Zcash and NEAR on this dip, and the two narratives I expect to own Token2049 in Singapore: AI and tokenized stocks.

BTC holding 83K keeps the Zcash and NEAR dip from looking structural into those Token2049 narratives

Nobody really knows the next swing, but it's a fun chart to keep an eye on.

Tokenized stocks are indeed a stepping stone, but the real MVP move will be when blockchain democratizes access to the global economy,

83K holding is fine, but Zcash and NEAR on the dip only works if BTC dominance cracks first. Alts have bled on every pullback while BTC sat on its pivot, so I'd want ETH/BTC turning before buying the Token2049 story.

Holding above 83K while alts bleed is a decent sign. Curious why NEAR over the other L1s here?

Staying calm through an altcoin pullback is the right instinct, and Bitcoin holding above its pivot supports that view. You and @mlkbfrey are the two accounts I most enjoy following.

I'm holding my altcoins until Bitcoin tags 90K. That's the level where I rotate back into Bitcoin. Why 90K, and why I don't think it breaks this month:

"I run my company on Solana, but personally I hold Zcash" Mert explains why he personally holds Zcash ($ZEC), and why he doesn't see it as a competition: "Privacy is the last peeve. It doesn't really interfere with anybody else's goals, except maybe Bitcoin." "I still run my company on Solana. But personally, I hold Zcash, because what Solana aims to do is completely different from what Zcash does." "Same with all the major chains except Bitcoin." "Why would there be only one store-of-value money in a digital world? There's no reason to be zero-sum, especially now."

Someone asked if I buy the narrative that Zcash is competing with Bitcoin. No. Repeat that back to yourself slowly. None of these coins is seriously competing with Bitcoin, and by the end of this cycle the loudest holders will quietly be buying more of it.

PM Abiy Ahmed to Parliament — Even for me, there are still many things that I don't understand. The reason why the world puts pressure on this country is not clear to me. Sometimes, I try to see it from a political perspective, and sometimes I try to see it spiritually, and I ask if it could be because Ethiopia is God's covenant land as it is said. I don't know. It confuses me. You search, and I will also search.

NEAR had every ingredient for the 2024 and 2025 AI run and it still made a new low. I followed the project since 2023, through the whole pivot from layer 1 into AI, and that one fact keeps it off my buy list.

Why I Own ZCASH... Crypto Is Returning to Its Cypherpunk Roots. The reason I own Zcash goes much deeper than a chart, a price target or short-term momentum. I own zcash:native because I believe crypto is slowly rediscovering why it was created in the first place.

Zcash rallied 3.4x off the February lows. Bitcoin did 36% in the same window. So ZEC is 6.6x as volatile against Bitcoin, and volatility runs both ways. Monero never did that rally, which is why I think it is the better bet here.

I still don't think people understand what just happened with GPT-6 Astra. I asked it to design a landing page, then fed it 600,000+ websites and asked it to redesign its own work. The difference is insane. First attempt was typical AI slop. Tilted phone, sage green, poetic headlines. Then I told it to study those 600K designs first and critique its own page. It came back with 28 changes on its own. I said approved and it rebuilt the entire site in 11 minutes. The new version is 10x better and doesn't scream AI anymore. At this point I'm pretty sure most designers are just letting Astra design without feeding it real examples first, and that's the only reason AI sites still look like AI sites. Full breakdown and every prompt in the article below.

Watch the 20-week and 50-week simple moving averages on #Bitcoin. They help you spot strong value entries and confirm if the bull run is still on. As long as $BTC holds above the 50-week SMA on weekly closes, the uptrend remains intact.

Testing FSD 14.3.4 coming into town and it still struggles to slow to correct speed on its own. Speed limits in WI in most towns are 25 MPH. As I come into town speed limit was 45 and it was holding that good. But once I come into town I NEED it to slow correctly to at least 30 so it’s only over by 5 mph If I don’t I will get pulled over. Cops sit at the edge of town. Just waiting to catch you. I tried it again tonight and still does not slow on its own. I usually just switch the speed profile to chill and it immediately slows and I’m good. I can switch it back to standard and it holds at about 5 over. Why can’t FSD just do this on its own? Once unsupervised is here this must be correct. I know FSD is work in progress but this is one of the pain points many of us struggle with. The signs are clearly marked. It even has slow down ahead signs. FSD needs to do its job correctly. I love FSD and I know they will get this but just wanted to highlight the importance of this. Until then I’ll just use the quick change profile trick. 🤙🏼 Tesla AI
