I personally don’t understand why alter got one before other legends

Horizon, Mirage, Wattson, Crypto, Newcastle, MadMaggie, Gibby, Catalyst and the list goes on and on. So many former legends that either needed their prestige skin already or didn’t even get their heirloom yet.
