I have an altered beast hat, and an altered beast arcade machine inside my house 😂 I used to play this a lot back in the day.

The Mega Drive version is so similar to the arcade version; this was very surprising for me when I bought the Mega Drive with Altered Beast as a pack in game.

My favorite game! Spent a lot of quarters at the corner bodega playing this. Then the sega genesis version. This is when you can beat a game in 3hrs

I would spend rainy days playing altered beast most summers in a very small arcade when i vacationed by the sea side as a child it was the best.

Loved playing this in the Arcade and on Genesis
