When are you starting your load? —Most of the games best hitters start there load & get into a ready position to hit before the ball leaves the pitchers hand. —Starting your load when the pitchers hand breaks is a good cue to go off of. Every single pitcher has to do this to throw the ball. Once there hand breaks every pitchers time to plate is close in timing. Giving you a consistent time to start. —Being on time towards the opposite field gap or through the middle for fastball. Gives you a chance to do damage on both pitches. The FB & Off speed. Different style, but the same ENGINE ⁉️ Great hitters have differences, but under the hood they used the same engine. Taking a look at a few different big league hitters. All of them have their own unique style and setup. But what I want to focus on here is how all of them load the backside. They all are loading AROUND the backside and allowing the back pocket to take them into the forward move. This allows them to control the move forward while still maintaining the feeling of staying back. This also sets up the DIRECTION of the swing to cover the outer half and create speed behind that location. We have a mix of guys like Harper, Bichette, and Tatis who sometimes switch up the style of the load between leg kicks, toe taps, and no strides, but the way the backside loads in each different style remains the same. While guys like Suarez, Machado, and Witt replicate the same style more often. Want to be great? Start with your load. #Develop #Hitting

If you rinse everything too well, the sensor thinks the load is pretty clean and may run a shorter cycle — which means the really baked-on stuff might not come off.
