Nikki Glaser admits she makes her boyfriend sleep with other women so she can get aroused by his sexual stories Alex Cooper: “You call this the Hot Husband fetish." "When you want your partner to have sexual experiences with other people outside of the relationship. When did this start?" Nikki Glaser: “With my boyfriend when I was 29 cause I really hadn't had a boyfriend before that. And he would tell me about like I would always ask him about like past hookups and girlfriends and how they got together." "Like I was like the beginning, like how did you guys first know you liked each other? Like I love that, like our legs were touching on our table and neither of us moved our leg or something like stuff like that." "I'd be like, ‘So, like I don't know. It would make me like horny to like think about him doing that with other girls.’ "And then I would so, I'd ask about all of his like girlfriends or anyone he had hooked up with, like all the details about it, and I would really be like a foreplay for me. Like I would get like revved up talking about it.” “And then it reached a point where he was out of stories. Like he had gone through all of them." "And I was like and then it's almost like he was telling the same ones and I was like, ‘I know this one.’ So, it wasn't as exciting anymore cuz I was getting the same stuff." "So, I was like, ‘I know this is I like, never heard of anything like this. I felt so weird, but I was like, I think I need you to like get some more stories." “I want my boyfriend to fuck other women cuz I just love women so much.” “I'm such a feminist.”

Not xikers related, but I wanted to share this because I like this perspective. 👤: Have you seen Choi San’s ceremonial first kick-off? Honestly, his kick wasn’t exactly great. But personally, I didn’t find it embarrassing at all. As someone who loves football, what I noticed first wasn’t whether he kicked the ball well or not. What I saw was how much effort someone who isn’t used to kicking a football had put into preparing for that moment and trying his best to do it properly. And most importantly, a ceremonial kick-off isn’t a place to judge someone’s football skills. If what you wanted to see was a perfect kick, then a professional footballer like Ki Sung-yueng should’ve taken it. To me, a ceremonial kick-off is about starting the match together and creating a meaningful memory for the person taking part and everyone who came to the stadium. Yet because his kick looked a little awkward despite all the preparation he had put into it, people still left mocking comments like, “Have you never played football before?” Sometimes, it feels like we live in a society where it’s easier to find one thing someone is worse at than us than to recognize how much effort they’ve put into something. So what if the kick wasn’t perfect? Even though football isn’t something he’s familiar with, he was given the opportunity to take the ceremonial kick-off at such a major match. He understood the significance of that moment, prepared seriously, and did his best in front of thousands of people. To me, that is what a ceremonial kick-off should be about. For those of you who watched the video, what did you notice first about Choi San’s kick-off? His awkward posture? Or the person behind it who genuinely put in the effort to prepare? #에이티즈 #산 #ATEEZ #SAN

This video isn’t for most people they’ll say it’s anti semitic unhinged and pure hate because it’s about time travel and the inevitable outcome of good and evil. But if it’s for you, you aren’t alone. From all my deplatformings and what I’ve seen I assume anyone with large public visibility is full of shit. I watched “them” kick my wife off airbandb and fire my mom. That being said….maybe I’m still easy to fool because deception and immorality on a long enough time scale is a horrible idea, so I naturally assume benevolence. I’ve had to force myself to see the wickedness in people. Ok…this may sound gay. But I think Candace Owens may be a real person. MILO told me she is, and although he’s a good hearted snake who has a folder on everyone, his judgment is solid. I always make fun of her for dating her husband a week on a zoom before getting engaged because that sounds objectively crazy. But I heard her admit that it obviously sounds crazy but it’s just how it happened. All I ever ask of people is they acknowledge reality. Like if Ben Shapiro was like “yes my head wobbles while I talk and I have evil dead eyes but deep down I’m cool” that would go a long way in my book. Anyway….Im really really pumped she’s talking about the darpa time travel shit. I had a chip on my shoulder when it was just the stuff we all got kicked off YouTube for as she’s “gaining new ground.” But I’m now genuinely pumped about the stuff she’s talking about and maybe I just want it to be true, but maybe she actually figured out how to do it on YouTube. The lie detection and vibe meter of a black female with a super rich mellow polite British guy may have cracked the code. Maybe he’s not gay maybe he’s just THAT fucking British.

A few things: I made this video prior to Jeff Metcalf’s racist tirade. Calamity exposes the heart and he needs to root the evils of racism out of his. He lost all credibility and sympathy. When I said it wasn’t a racial issue I was saying Austin didn’t tell Karmelo to leave the tent because he was black. He told him to leave because he was a random dude who wasn’t supposed to be there. There should’ve been 1-2 black people on the jury (in proportion with Collin County’s demographic). It was not an all white jury however The justice system has never favored black people. Which is why you do your best to stay out of it. Read the New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander I’m not cheering on a Black boy going to prison. I’m holding someone accountable for senselessly killing Austin I do not want young black boys killing people every time they feel slighted. It’s an idiotic precedent to argue We should also respect the privacy and be mindful of the families of all 3 deceased kids. I’m sure they do not want those videos released. Although it is critical to public understanding of the laws If the Anthony’s believed this was a landmark case they should’ve gotten a Landmark Lawyer like Lee Merritt. He’s literally down the street. The Anthony’s gotta start taking some level of accountability. The killing. The year timeline to prepare. The bad legal choice. Grifters are working overtime on this case. Be mindful of people who are being paid for this or boosting their platform from tragedy. Being Pro-Black is committing to a lifestyle that moves Black people forward. Being Anti-Black is committing to a lifestyle that sets Black people back.

True Story: My name is "Kalu" . Yes, Kalu. Because I am black, people lovingly call me Kalu. Perhaps black Indian dogs like me are often given that name. I live in an apartment complex in a city adjoining Delhi. I call myself a resident because I was born here. More than a thousand people live in this society, but no one ever adopted me. Maybe because I am an Indian dog and people do not find me as attractive as the foreign breeds they prefer. Out of necessity, I made my home under parked cars or in a corner of the garden. Those small spaces became my shelter in this big world. Only a few people here loved me. Most residents shooed me away. Some people, dressed in uniforms and carrying sticks, would often beat me and chase me away. I never understood what wrong I had done to them. But there was one little girl who changed my life. She became my friend. Every evening she would come to meet me. We played together, and those moments made both of us happy. I waited for her every day. Her smile was enough to brighten my entire day. One evening, a boy around her age came to play at the same time. He liked me too. But his mother did not. As soon as the boy and I came close to each other, his mother started shouting loudly. The sudden commotion frightened the child. He ran away in panic and fell down. Within moments, the entire colony was in an uproar. People claimed that I had bitten the boy. Residents rushed out of their homes. Meetings were held. Discussions began. Soon, a decision was made that all the dogs in the colony should be removed. Only a handful of people spoke in my defense. No one tried to find out what had really happened. The allegation against me was considered so serious that it was decided I should be taken away. One day, some people came for me. They caught me by force and threw me into a van. I was terrified. I could not understand what crime I had committed. They drove me far away and locked me inside a cage. There were many other dogs like me there. Some had been brought from housing societies, others from the streets. Sadness filled every pair of eyes. It seemed that many of them had also been imprisoned because of accusations they could never answer. I am very unhappy here in this so called dog shelter. There are no hoomam friends who care for me. No one to gently stroke my head. No one to wait for me, and no one whose arrival I can wait for. I have stopped eating. I no longer feel like living. Every evening, when the sun begins to set, I think of my little friend. I wonder if she still looks for me. Perhaps she still stands in the same place, waiting for me to appear. But I am no longer there. I am Kalu. An Indian dog. And perhaps my greatest mistake was simply trusting humans.

Q: Why is company culture important? In the clip below, a16z cofounder Ben Horowitz argues that culture drives how people in your company behave on a daily basis—and particularly, how they behave when you’re not looking. Is that phone call so important I need to return it today or can it wait until tomorrow? Can I ask for a raise before my annual review? Is the quality of this document good enough or should I keep working on it? Do I have to be on time for that meeting? Should I stay at the Four Seasons or the Red Roof Inn? Should I go home at 5 p.m. or 8 p.m.? Should we discuss the color of this new product for five minutes or thirty hours? If I know something is badly broken in the company, should I say something? Whom should I tell? Is winning more important than ethics? None of these things are in your mission statement or OKRs, but they determine many important things for your company, such as how people experience your company, what you’re like to do business with, what your company is like to work at, etc. And as Ben describes, what drives the culture is all of the little behaviors and cues people take on: “this is what I have to do to succeed in this company.” Culture can feel abstract and secondary when you pit it against a concrete result that’s right in front of you, but it’s a strategic investment in the company doing things the right way when you are not looking. It’s the set of assumptions your employees use to resolve the problems they face every day. It’s how they behave when no one is looking. If you don’t methodically set your culture, then two-thirds of it will end up being accidental, and the rest will be a mistake. If you’re looking for a more in-depth guide to culture and how to build a great one, I’d recommend Ben’s book: What You Do Is Who You Are.

Carl Icahn on the 12 floors of employees he fired after nobody could explain what they actually did "I get control of this company, ACF. They had 12 floors on Third Avenue. I'm a good numbers guy, a good poker player, I'm going to go understand what they do. They send me to the 12th floor with my yellow pad, and they're explaining, this guy does this, these guys do that. I go to the seventh floor, spend the whole day, go home, look at my yellow pad, and I can't figure out what the hell they do. I go back the next day, the ninth floor, the eighth floor. I'm not an idiot, and I can't figure out what they do. I ask, what do you need him for? Oh, this is very arcane stuff, you're not going to understand it" "So I call the guy who actually runs the plant in St. Louis, Joe. A John Wayne character, a former Marine captain, a tough guy. He shows me what he does, and I understand it, boom boom. We go have a martini, and I say, Joe, how many of those guys in New York do you need to support your operation? He says, I need minus 30. I say, what does that mean, minus 30? He says, because you don't have the balls to do what I'll tell you to do. Get rid of all of them tomorrow, and I'll need 30 people less to support them with numbers they make me send that I don't need" "I still couldn't believe it. So I bring in consultants, the great leasing experts in the world, a professor from Columbia. Quarter of a million dollars, three weeks. They come back with a book this big, yellow graphs, red graphs, green graphs. I say, I'm colorblind anyway, just tell me what they do. And he smiles and says, you've been square with us, so I'm going to tell you something. We don't know what they do either. I am not joking" "So I called Joe up, gave everybody severance, nobody was mad, got rid of the whole 12 floors, and sold the lease for 10 million dollars. And here's the thing. If you shut down a grocery store, you'd hear from somebody, the apples weren't right. If you had a flower shop, somebody's roses wilted. This was like a science fiction movie. It was like they never existed. I never got a letter. I never got anybody calling me"

A man with braincells who agrees and actually sees the shit that I can do. And guess what, I'm playing it and still breaking the game and exposing it and this is really bad. This is insomniac and the ppl without braincells are like "It's a game. Oh OUT OF BOUNDS." like it's a gotcha moment when this proves they can get away with this. This is not the same insomniac we had back then and you got 2d trees and then a fully rendered area where you're not supposed to go on every level that I have broken with beautiful areas as if someone else designed this shit. Things look like it was cut and weren't tested at all because my people and others are doing their jobs. That should never be the case and a lot of people are getting exposed for how dumb they are, taking it seriously because we're meming it, but this is low standards. I expect better. Same goes for other popular companies. They have a reputation and this is a killer because it makes people nervous about other titles. Now when it comes to God Of War Laufey, oh yes. I'm going to see if I can tear that game APART too and the writing. We're going to have a lot of fun and more titles to go. Idgaf about burning money because I can do that. It's fine. Doesn't hurt me, but it's fun and it makes a mockery out of a lot of devs and idiots. Meanwhile my Eastern mates are eating my pockets alive, because of the efforts they put and I even test their shit too. I can't break it without a dev kit or mods as I said before with their game and if I do, it kicks me the hell out and put me where I belong in the game and they also render those areas as if it's future dlc or something. This guy, and a few I respect. No wonder he's successful. And we can laugh while the people cry & we can be serious and talk about it.

Pavel Durov on why he hasn't had depression in 20 years: "I normally never have depression. I don't remember having depression in the last 20 years, at least maybe when I was a teenager." Pavel's approach to difficult emotions is completely counterintuitive. As he puts it: "I'm a human being like everybody else. I do get to experience emotions and some of them are not very pleasant. But I believe that it's the responsibility of every one of us to cope with these emotions and to learn to work through them." On what creates depression: "Self-discipline is particularly important because without it, how can you overcome this seemingly endless loop of negativity or despair that ultimately leads to depression for some people?" His method: "One of the reasons I don't have depression is I start doing things. I identify the problem, I can see a solution, and I start executing the strategy. If you are stuck in this loop of being worried about something, nothing's ever going to change." The mistake people make: "People often make this mistake thinking 'Oh, I should just have some rest and then regain energy.' This is not how it works. You gain energy by doing something. So you start doing something, then it happens. You feel motivated, you feel inspired, and then ultimately you do something else a little bit more." He continues: "The whole point is to do first and then feel, not feel and then do. Going to the gym is a good example. There are many days when you don't want to start working out. But you have to overcome this initial reluctance and then you get to a point that you enjoy it and you think 'Oh my god, it was such a good idea to come to gym today.'" Action creates energy, not the other way around.

"Gringos who date Colombian Women ALWAYS spend lots of money on them! 🇨🇴" I've seen a lot of other gringos say this over the years Many of them act like "you should just get used to being treated like an ATM machine 🤑" Some of the FB comments to that Medellin post I'm quoting were like that But I never related to it Back when I had a Colombian girlfriend, I never gave her gifts or money 💰 Sure, I'd cover the beer at a bar or pay for our taxi but it wasn't much of anything (1 or 3 dollars here and there) I also had fun with other Colombian women but never paid more than beer money 🍻 This isn't me bragging. I'm an average dude I just don't think it's hard to find a gal in LATAM/Colombia who doesn't expect lots of money. It's the norm honestly if she actually likes you Granted, I was in college when I was in Colombia so there wasn't much money a woman could get from me anyway. I was living on like 1,000 USD a month back then like 10 years ago lol 😆 But even when dating Latinas in the rest of Latin America until now, I never spent more than beer money And rarely do they even ask me for money either. Mexican women definitely never do. My Colombian ex never did. Dominican and Cuban women are way more likely to ask for money than any other Latina in my experience 🇩🇴 But sometimes gals down here even buy me shots on my birthday or bring me gifts I remember a Peruvian gal who brought me a tiny cactus to impress me lol 🇵🇪 But really I think it goes back to me being young and still dating within my age I spent almost all of my 20s in LATAM and am only 31 currently And I've had that thought sometimes that how young I was when I moved abroad gave me a different experience than what a lot of gringos get (beyond just dating especially) But when I see other dudes saying gringos have to spend lots of money, it's usually 👇 1) Latino dudes coping with the fact sometimes their women date outside the culture Men of every background cry and cope about that shit lol 2) Old gringos dudes with a wife 20 or 30 years younger 3) Dudes who date STRICTLY poor barrio women 🇻🇪 Nothing against banging barrio chicks But if a gringo can ONLY pull broke barrio chicks, then its more likely he's only pulling chicks who want something (money) than who like him for him A chick who is successful herself often has way less motivation for a green card and doesn't need you to escape poverty 💵 For that reason and others, I wouldn't ever marry a poor barrio Latina. Bang them but never date. Only middle class or above But as for dudes marrying successful Latinas and still having to spend lots of cash? I don't know much about that because I've never been married but in most marriages, it's usually the man who earns and spends more anyway I guess 🤷 Though I say that when it comes to spending more to have a better family house or send the kids to private school I couldn't imagine being married to a woman and giving her 1000 USD a month "just because" lmao 😂
