Lubbock had this wonderful range on the east side of town (it's closed now sadly) and when I finally finished restoring my $75 Big 5 Mosin, I was firing next to this Army Ranger fellow and just having a chill time of it. Then both of us hear this woman yelling and we look over and see this goober and his goober wife both wearing fake BDUs with white socks and tennis shoes and she has a spotting scope on a tripod and he's firing a 22LR fake M4 peashooter. "2 O'CLOCK! 2 O'CLOCK!" He'd fire again and she'd resume screaming "ALMOST THERE 3 O'CLOCK! 3 O'CLOCK!" as she peered through her bargain basement spotting scope while he was recon ranger sniping with his 22LR peashooter. They kept this up for like an hour. IIRC both me and the actual Ranger eventually left out of annoyance or because we felt the embarrassment that goofy couple should have been experiencing. One of the two.
