Please fix the hundreds of thousands of backlog appeals pending. 4-5 year wait times, just to see a judge. Unacceptable!

Move the VA to Dublin GA. Get it out of the beurocratic swamp in DC. HQ/AFRC is in GA, best thing that ever happened to it. @mtgreenee @AustinScottGA08

Please check on the long response times from the VA's Community Care via secure messaging through MyHealtheVet. Additionally, the VA's automated phone system that has you wait on hold for 45 to 50 minutes and then just hangs up on you. I drove over 30 minutes one way to the VA clinic and addressed it with patient advocacy. I was informed that it is a known problem. I have had it happen to me on multiple occasions. It is very frustrating and a private sector company would not exist operating like this.

Sending you out a letter tomorrow, Mr. Secretary, it's about the departments use of state approving agencies, a system that has failed us and cost the taxpayer hundreds of millions going to bad & questionable schools.
