I’m just going to say with literally 10’s of thousands of people in a park, it’s far more efficient to have a handful of options they can continuously make at speed. If they have to stop to customize everything, it bogs down service.

I completely get that, but you can customise it at every other Universal food outlet. Just seems strange that this is an anomaly.

As much as I agree, I guarantee it’s a Nintendo thing and not really a Universal thing. Big IP’s like this are very specific and picky with how their items are represented, so it’s likely their rules that Uni unfortunately can’t do much about 😔

I get both sides - probably can’t do toooo much with licensing - but playing devils advocate - there’s almost a burger option at every venue in Epic. Go grab a better one elsewhere lol

Yeah the ingredients are all "integral to the experience"...IMO they are taking the concept a bit far. For instance you aren't allowed to add anything to Butterbeer either.
