They want to introduce social credit scores like they have in China. Another underlying intent is that they want to start taxing us for every mile we drive and eventually control how far we can travel. Likely in the name of, “climate change”. The Flock cameras would lend themselves to that. Tom - ask yourself, what is a large group of sheep called?

If you knew ALL the things going on it would indeed blow your mind. But the flocks give them hits on license plates which they didn't have tracking on. You can be tracked by them with no phone, no watch, no "devices" and they'll still have an eye on you everywhere.
