AM312 is a miniature PIR motion sensor module. It detects changes in infrared radiation from warm bodies using a pyroelectric element. When motion occurs, it outputs a digital HIGH signal. It runs on 2.7–12V, consumes microamps, and suits battery-powered projects.

A tiny sensor with a simple job. The AM312 detects changes in infrared heat, so when a person moves nearby it triggers an output signal. Low power, small size, and easy to use, which is why it is popular in DIY alarms, lights, and smart projects.

Amazing what can be achieved with such a small motion sensor, this AM312 PIR is a perfect example of how technology can be both compact and powerful. 🤔🤔👏👏
