Is there any big misconception out there that you want to set the record straight on?”and Amanda responds, “I mean, do you want to ask me directly?” 😳 Awkward. The interviewer then asks about Amanda’s past arrest and her involvement in a cult. Amanda starts by addressing the DUI mugshot, explaining that it happened in 2016 and was dismissed and expunged. She says she did not leave her parking space but attempted to move her car because the parking lot was closing. Amanda explains that a man who had been hitting on her all night told her, “you shouldn’t drive.” She says her car was boxed in by other vehicles, so she could not actually move it anyway. She called an Uber, and as she was about to get in, a police officer approached and said that the man claimed she was drinking and driving.
