It's not amazing it's a concrete nightmare. No plants to soften the angles or dampen the sound. It's an echo chamber with a pool. 🤦‍♂️

Cool and all but, there's not much walking room... Hope the don't have kids or dogs that would like somewhere to play

All concrete & no greenery is far from an oasis retreat for us. No shade - all glare. No nature or wildlife - nowhere for the pets to run & play. Let’s not forget the amount of money, work & maintenance needed for the pool/equipment & keeping the concrete free of dirt & stains. I’d rather have the yard of dirt back.

It’s concrete. There’s no life. There’s no creativity. It’s block walls and a pool of water. 🥴
