CBC refused to include a comment from Pierre Poilievre to balance their coverage of Carney’s press conference. Pierre spoke and took questions for 56 minutes. (Video below) The CBC included 0% of it. The CBC is the state broadcaster and only exists because Canadians are forced to pay for it through their taxes. The very least it can do is cover all sides of the issues.

Today I pressed the CBC CEO on whether she’ll look into systemic antisemitism at the broadcaster. Her response? “We don’t need to.” Instead of tackling the issue head-on, she’s happy to leave it to others to handle complaints after the damage is done. No accountability. No real action. Canadians deserve better from a public broadcaster funded with their dollars.

This is disgusting. Hamas and pro-Hamas Allie’s are spreading this news report around social media, claiming that Israel is be heading children. This report is from CGTN, which is a state-run foreign-language news channel, owned by the Chinese state broadcaster China Central Television, under the control of the Central Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party. Media regulators, journalist advocacy groups, and others have accused CGTN of broadcasting propaganda and disinformation on behalf of the Chinese government. It’s propaganda being pushed by China.
