Amazing machine.

The logger we used to harvest some hardwood had a similar machine that actually climbed the tree, removed the limbs on the way up & cut the trunk sections at the proper lengths on the way down.

Fantastic.

That hurky ball of tech on the end of that arm looks like it costs more than my house.

Feller Buncher good for reasonably level solid ground. The head alone costs about 80k at least new. Highly computerized machine. If you have trees to cut and not many people, this keeps insurance rates down. Men on foot logging get broken.
