True, more than a few accidents. Imagine a 4-5 foot long X 6” wide piece of rubber, coming off intact on the truck in front of you and their wheels rotating throw it up into the air towards your car.

Impressive ingenuity in recycling old tires like this....real resourcefulness! But the lack of proper PPE, dust control, and vulcanizing standards looks risky for both workers and road safety. Hope they can scale up safer methods.
