The kicker here is, the whole thing cost 5k 😳👌🏻

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson That's an awesome setup, but it's also now possible to use a Leaf pack as battery storage without re-configuring the modules, just plug the original pack directly into an inverter and use this CAN bridge

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson I think he liked the aesthetics of this. Things on show look good.

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson Cannot be true, all EV’s go straight to landfill after 3 year unless they catch fire first and never stop burning.

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson 😂😂😂😂

@106Euan @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson Similar set up in Orkney.

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson I did the same with old laptop batteries :

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @QuentinWillson Serious buz bars !

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson Very good 👏👏 Als a very good demonstration of what happens with EV batteries after they have ended 'life 1' in a car and now enjoying 'life 2', before eventually being up to 90% recyled. The myth that batteries end up in landfill is as we know, utter misinformed nonsense 👏👏

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson I love ingenuity, but not as much as I love not burning my house down 😊

@106Euan @wire_brigade @She_sElectric @FoxGeorgiou @ecocars1 @QuentinWillson I mean, there is much more chance this won’t burn the house down. The cycling current is approx 80x less than what it puts up with in a car. It’s under very little load.
