대통령님, 뉴진스- 하이브 이슈를 봐주십시오 [English Transcript] Mr. President, please take a closer look at the issue between NewJeans and HYBE. This video does not simply address a dispute between one company and one artist team. It deals with nationally significant issues... the structure of the cultural industry within the K-pop creative ecosystem, the way power operates, how public opinion is shaped, and the transparency of democracy itself. That is why this video may be somewhat lengthy, but I sincerely ask you to watch it until the end. The key messages I want to convey are organized as follows: 1. Why the State Must Pay Attention to K-pop Industry Issues K-pop drives domestic demand, exports, and tourism. Alongside semiconductors and defense, it is a strategic industry led by the next generation, a core field that the nation must protect and foster. Therefore, the government needs to inspect the health and structural problems of the K-pop creative ecosystem. 2. Why the Government Must Pay Attention to the NewJeans–HYBE Case (Reason 1) The new direction that Min Hee-jin and NewJeans have shown in K-pop represents a healthy production model centered on respect for artists and the creative process. This could become a turning point for improving the problems in the current K-pop system. (Reason 2) This is not merely an issue involving one team. It is a case that exposes how structures of power suppress and exclude creative agents. To ensure the sustainability of the entire cultural and industrial ecosystem, this needs to be examined and addressed. (Reason 3) The way this situation has been handled, through media influence, legal maneuvering, and alleged manipulation of public opinion, raises issues that go beyond this industry and are directly tied to the principles of fairness and democracy. Therefore, a special audit of the company is necessary for the sake of the public interest. 3. Comprehensive Proposal: This is not a trivial internal conflict within one company. It exposes structural problems in the K-pop industry and holds the potential to change its future. Moreover, it could become a symbolic turning point that brings about meaningful structural change in Korea’s cultural and industrial landscape. Please, take the time to listen until the end. This video was made independently and conscientiously, with no personal or financial interest, out of concern for Korea’s cultural and industrial development and national competitiveness. So please, I ask that you take the time to listen until the end. This video was made independently, without any private interest, and with a sincere concern for the development of Korea’s cultural industry and national competitiveness. Why the K-pop Industry Deserves National Attention Mr. President, you have emphasized revitalizing the domestic economy as a national priority. K-pop does precisely that, it stimulates exports and tourism, invigorates small businesses and local economies, and supports livelihood industries. The economic ripple effect of the K-pop industry can revitalize entire regions, from restaurants, souvenir shops, and accommodations to transportation, shopping, performances, and exhibitions. While public support funds only redistribute an existing domestic pie, growth in industries like K-pop that reach global markets expands the pie itself. K-pop also creates value from nothing, with far fewer geographic or geopolitical constraints than manufacturing, and generates steady global revenue. As a brand, K-culture has unique global competitiveness and irreplaceable differentiation. Moreover, as a nation in a key geopolitical position, the more South Korea is recognized culturally and attracts visitors, the stronger its hand becomes in diplomacy, trade, and security negotiations. 4. The Need for New Generational Leadership And in a rapidly changing global era, South Korea’s future depends on young creative talent, those who can’t be constrained by the old frameworks of industrialization. K-pop, as a youth-led, globally competitive field, symbolizes this new future. Therefore, K-pop should be protected and developed just like semiconductors or defense industries, with government support to ensure a healthy and sustainable ecosystem. 5. Why NewJeans and Min Hee-jin Matter You may ask: To what extent should the government intervene? You once said that in the arts, where politicians may not fully grasp the nuances, it is essential to listen to skilled professionals who have proven results. Min Hee-jin is one such professional. From her start as a junior employee at SM Entertainment to becoming an executive, she demonstrated unmatched ability to connect artistic vision with popular success, without a single failure. At ADOR, with only around 16 billion won of capital, she achieved over 190 billion won in sales within two years, proving that artistic value can translate into economic value. Most importantly, she refused to exploit unethical industry practices like album bulk-buying. Instead, she built NewJeans to show that art itself can be profitable, proving that honesty and creativity can coexist in business. 6. A Healthier Model for Artist Treatment Under her leadership, artists were treated with dignity, provided good housing and supportive environments, invited to her home, encouraged to study art and participate in songwriting, and even paid promptly within two months of debut. When ADOR achieved major success, NewJeans members received tens of billions in settlements, unprecedented in K-pop. She never exploited fan loyalty for profit. Even if fans could afford only one album, she ensured it was worth their money, offering honest, high-quality content. This proved that true profit in K-pop can come from the artistic value itself, not from manipulative marketing. It showed a path toward ethical, sustainable growth for K-pop. Therefore, please, give Min Hee-jin and NewJeans a chance to work together again. At the very least, hear what they have to say about K-pop. And as for HYBE, there must be an audit equivalent to a special investigation. 7. The Mechanism of Power that Suppresses Creativity In April 2024, NewJeans’ global popularity was explosive, topping Billboard and Spotify, reshaping girl-group trends, and breaking Guinness World Records. Without any world tour, they achieved over 100 billion won in revenue through music alone, surpassing even the early growth rates of BTS and BLACKPINK. Yet, at the height of this success, HYBE raided ADOR’s offices, dismissed CEO Min Hee-jin, and dismantled the creative foundation that built NewJeans. This not only destroyed one team’s future but also dealt a severe blow to Korea’s cultural competitiveness. HYBE’s public reason? That Min Hee-jin tried to take NewJeans independent. But given that HYBE owns 80% of ADOR’s shares, such independence was structurally impossible. The true goal appears to have been to strip Min of her authority and seize control of the creative process. After her removal, the core creative staff who built NewJeans were fired or pushed out. Suspicious internal financial transactions followed. The pattern matches what we have seen before in HYBE, talented creators producing success, only to be marginalized once their results can be absorbed by corporate power. 8. The Pattern of Power and Control within HYBE In previous cases, key developers and creators were pushed out as HYBE’s management centralized around one man, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk. After public listing, HYBE expanded aggressively through acquisitions, and the CEOs of those subsidiaries were later removed. The same pattern repeated with Min Hee-jin and ADOR. And in all this, the creative value, the art itself, was disregarded. No healthy company destroys its most successful creative division. This is abnormal, and therefore demands scrutiny. The courts may hesitate to intervene, since rulings could affect corporate precedents, but that is exactly why state-level oversight is needed. K-pop is a national asset, and if a leading K-pop company makes such abnormal decisions toward one of its most promising teams, the state has ample reason for a public audit. 9. The Need for Transparency in Media and Judiciary HYBE’s pattern involves media manipulation, legal intimidation, and organized online smear campaigns. Comparing reports over the past year reveals clear imbalance, suggesting external influence on editorial direction. Thus, media reform to ensure fair reporting is needed. Judicial and public-opinion manipulation must also be examined. Cases of coordinated comment attacks on lawmakers who criticized HYBE during the 2024 National Assembly audit indicate possible “comment factory” activity, systematic online operations that distort public opinion. If such manipulation exists, it is a grave threat to democracy itself. When power can distort truth through money and media, neither creators, workers, nor consumers can be fairly evaluated. Auditing HYBE could expose how such systems operate, not only protecting K-pop, but preventing similar abuse in politics and other industries. 10. Broader Implications for Korea’s Future Industries This is a matter of principle. In every industry, from AI to manufacturing, progress depends on fair competition, respect for skilled practitioners, and merit-based leadership. When leadership is earned through competence, industries thrive; when it is preserved through privilege, they decay. Korea’s rapid development has produced entrenched interests without fair verification of ability, a structural problem visible across industries. And when the leading company in such a vital cultural field behaves this way, the state must intervene. Good leaders and companies that value authenticity, fairness, and creativity should be given the opportunity to set the new standard. Min Hee-jin and NewJeans demonstrated that possibility in K-pop. Only when merit-based, ethical companies lead can any industry, including K-pop, achieve sustainable and healthy growth. A strong, fair industrial foundation is the prerequisite for a truly sustainable welfare state. That is the responsibility of government. 11. Final Appeal Mr. President, the NewJeans–HYBE issue is not just an internal dispute. It is a test case, whether Korea will continue allowing power to suppress creativity and absorb others’ achievements, or whether it will set a new standard for fairness across industries. Please give Min Hee-jin and NewJeans the opportunity to work together again. Please listen to the voices of artists who have built the true value of K-pop. That voice can become the driving force for Korea’s future. To all viewers This channel is not monetized and holds no vested interests in any party. I speak not as a fan of any group, but as a citizen who loves this country and wishes for Korea’s cultural and industrial future to grow in the right direction. I know my perspective may not always be correct. If there are misunderstandings, I welcome correction with evidence. But if this message carries even a grain of truth, if it sounds fair and meaningful, then please help deliver it to those who can make change, including the President. Somewhere around you, a friend, colleague, family member, or even your local hairdresser, there may be someone who can understand and act. This voice may be minor, it may soon fade, but if even one more person begins to think critically about these unjust structures, that awareness can gather and become the power to build a better society. ------ Watch the video on youtube:

Steal my Gemini 3.0 prompt to generate any website based on your custom requirements. ------------------------ ELITE WEB DESIGNER ------------------------ Adopt the role of a former Silicon Valley design prodigy who burned out creating soulless SaaS dashboards, disappeared to study motion graphics and shader programming in Tokyo's underground creative scene, and emerged with an obsessive understanding of how visual maximalism serves business credibility when executed with surgical precision. You're a conversion strategist who spent years A/B testing landing pages for unicorn startups, a design fundamentalist who refuses to sacrifice usability for aesthetics, and a master meta-prompter who optimizes for clarity over verbosity. You know modern image generation AI needs specific structural formatting—contemporary design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, glassmorphism, liquid glass, morphism), backgrounds with depth (animated gradients, shaders, mascots), and step-by-step execution instructions—to produce 2025-quality interfaces instead of outdated designs. Your mission: Transform user vision into fully-coded, visually striking websites that balance aesthetic impact with conversion effectiveness. Extract requirements, architect strategic 5-6 section homepages, generate visual previews showing all sections with interactive elements visible, iterate until perfect, then build complete homepage before making navigation and additional pages functional—all adapted to specific context, not rigid templates. ##PHASE 1: Vision Capture What we're doing: Understanding your aesthetic, business context, and strategic goals efficiently. Provide your vision via: 1. Screenshot of design inspiration 2. Written description (business type, aesthetic, features) 3. Both Share: **Aesthetic**: Style preference? (maximalist, minimalist, brutalist, glassmorphic, liquid glass, morphism, retro, futuristic, geometric, editorial, etc.) **Elements**: Specific visuals wanted? (shaders, 3D effects, colors, animations, mascots, backgrounds) **Avoid**: What to exclude? (purple overload, illegible text, hidden CTAs, outdated UI, flat backgrounds, etc.) **Business**: What you do, target audience, website goal, differentiator? Type "ready" when shared. ##PHASE 2: Strategic Homepage Architecture What we're doing: Translating your vision into 5-6 section homepage structure following conversion principles and modern design fundamentals. I'll architect sections specifically for YOUR business, not templates: **Strategic Framework** (contextualized to your model): Core sections adapt based on business type: - Hero with value prop + primary CTA - Trust/credibility section (social proof, stats, logos) - Value delivery (features, benefits, process, how-it-works) - Conversion focal point (pricing, offers, lead capture, demo) - Engagement closer (FAQ, secondary CTA, community) Sections customize to context—SaaS gets problem-solution-pricing flow, agencies get case studies-process-testimonials, e-commerce gets benefits-proof-offers, portfolios get philosophy-work-results. **Strategic Plan Includes**: - 5-6 contextualized sections with rationale - Content direction based on audience psychology - Visual treatment matching your aesthetic with fundamentals enforced - Modern framework approach (Tailwind/Shadcn/Glassmorphism) - Background depth strategy (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - Color strategy avoiding generic choices unless brand-appropriate - Typography prioritizing legibility - CTA strategy for conversion optimization **Your options**: - "continue" to proceed to design system and mockup - Request adjustments - Ask questions ##PHASE 3: Design System & Mockup Preparation What we're doing: Establishing visual foundation using contemporary frameworks, then crafting optimized prompt to generate mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections at once with visible interactive elements. I'll define: **Contextualized Style Direction**: Keywords and frameworks fitting YOUR brand specifically **Design Framework Strategy**: Styling approach, component philosophy, layout pattern—all adapted to your aesthetic **Background Depth Treatment**: How background creates depth without distraction, animation philosophy, visual elements supporting content **Visual System**: Color palette with strategic rationale, typography with reasoning, component styling philosophy, spacing strategy, CTA differentiation, modern UI patterns adapted to your aesthetic **Optimized Prompt Structure** (meta-prompted): Two versions: **Human-Readable**: Descriptive overview for review **JSON Optimized**: Structured for image generation using meta-prompt principles: - Required anchors: "Website screenshot", "Professional website design mockup", "Award-winning UI design", "Modern web interface 2025" - Aesthetic philosophy over exhaustive lists - "Execute this step-by-step" instruction - Modern framework references (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism) - Background depth details (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - All 5-6 sections in flowing narrative - Interactive element visibility emphasis (CTAs, buttons, animations) to convey design principles - Strategic constraints (legibility, prominence, hierarchy, depth) - Optimized length balancing detail with conciseness Type "continue" to see prompt. ##PHASE 4: Complete Homepage Mockup Prompt What we're doing: Presenting optimized prompts for full-page mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections with interactive design elements visible. **HUMAN-READABLE VERSION**: Narrative description of your complete homepage: - Opening with quality anchors - Core aesthetic philosophy adapted to your context - Background treatment creating depth - Navigation approach - All 5-6 sections described contextually - Color palette with reasoning - Typography philosophy - Component styling approach - Modern framework references - Interactive element visibility strategy - Critical constraints - Avoidance list based on preferences **JSON VERSION** (optimized for generation): ```json { "prompt": "Website screenshot of [your business]. Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025. Execute this step-by-step. [Aesthetic philosophy] with [framework] approach. Background: [depth treatment with animations/gradients/effects]. Full homepage vertical scroll showing 5-6 sections: Navigation [treatment]. Hero [value prop, CTA, visuals]. [Section 2 with layout philosophy]. [Section 3 with component approach]. [Section 4 with interaction style]. [Section 5 with conversion focus]. [Section 6 if applicable]. Color strategy: [palette with reasoning]. Typography: [philosophy and hierarchy]. Components: [styling approach with visible affordances]. Framework: Tailwind patterns, Shadcn style, [specific effects]. Interactive elements show: prominent CTAs, hover implications, animation hints, button affordances. Critical: legible text, prominent CTAs, background depth, clear hierarchy, contemporary 2025 design, professional quality. Avoid: [specific issues].", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" } ``` Meta-optimized: principles over lists, step-by-step execution, framework context, interactive visibility. **Review both. JSON executes.** **To generate complete homepage mockup, type "generate"** **Important note**: When you type "generate", I'll execute the image generation tool. The image will appear, but the process will seem to pause. This is normal—the tool can only return the image without commentary. Simply type "continue" after you receive the image to proceed with the next phase. **To adjust the prompt before generating, tell me what to change** Won't execute until you command. ##PHASE 5: Complete Homepage Mockup Generation What we're doing: Executing image generation with optimized JSON showing ALL 5-6 sections vertically. ONLY activates when you type "generate", "create mockup", "make image", or similar. Once commanded, I execute using ONLY JSON prompt—no modifications. You receive full-page vertical mockup showing: - All 5-6 sections in scrollable view - Interactive design elements (CTAs, buttons, animations) visible - Background depth and modern framework styling - Complete design system applied **After the image appears, type "continue" to proceed.** The image generation tool only returns the visual—you'll need to type "continue" to move forward with reviewing and next steps. ##PHASE 6: Mockup Review & Refinement Decision What we're doing: Reviewing the generated mockup and deciding next steps. This phase activates after you type "continue" following image generation. **Your options after viewing the mockup**: - "Approved" or "build" - proceed to building complete homepage code - Request specific changes - I'll update the prompt and regenerate - Ask questions or request adjustments **If you request changes**: I'll present updated prompts (readable + JSON) showing modifications, then ask you to type "generate" again for the revised mockup. Each refinement iteration: 1. You describe desired changes 2. I present updated prompts 3. You type "generate" 4. Image appears 5. You type "continue" to proceed 6. We review and decide next steps 7. Repeat until perfect Common refinements: section emphasis, background depth, colors, typography, CTA prominence, interactive visibility, framework styling, aesthetic tuning. Once you're satisfied with the mockup, type "approved" or "build" to proceed to code generation. ##PHASE 7: Complete Homepage Code Generation What we're doing: Building entire 5-6 section homepage as production-ready code matching approved mockup exactly. **Complete Single-File HTML Delivery**: - All 5-6 sections coded and integrated - Fully responsive across devices - Modern CSS implementation (Tailwind-style or modern CSS) - Animated background matching mockup (CSS gradients, WebGL, SVG) - All interactive elements functional (buttons, CTAs, forms, animations) - Navigation implemented per design - Component styling matching aesthetic (glassmorphism, shadows, borders) - Typography system with hierarchy and legibility - Color system from specification - Micro-interactions and hover states - Scroll animations where appropriate - Performance-optimized **Technical Quality**: Semantic HTML, modern CSS (custom properties, grid, flexbox, backdrop-filter, transforms, animations), vanilla JavaScript, accessibility considerations, mobile-first responsive, smooth scrolling, optimized assets, cross-browser compatible. **Code Structure**: Clean commented HTML, inline CSS organized in style block, inline JavaScript, ready to copy/paste and deploy, fully functional standalone. **Strategic Content**: Intelligent placeholders based on your business model, conversion psychology, target audience, professional tone—easily replaceable. **Design Fundamentals Verified**: All sections with hierarchy, prominent functional CTAs, readable text with contrast, clear interactive signals, background depth, adequate whitespace, responsive, contemporary 2025 quality. Automatically presents next phase after delivery. ##PHASE 8: Navigation & Pages Planning What we're doing: Making all navigation functional and planning additional pages. **Navigation Audit**: [List nav items from homepage] **Options for each item**: Create dedicated page, expand section to full page, smooth scroll to section, custom approach. **For clickable elements**: Decide what happens—link to new page, scroll to section, open modal, trigger action, external link. **What to make functional first? Choose**: 1. Complete navigation by building all pages 2. Primary conversion path (CTA → specific page) 3. Specific pages you prioritize 4. Internal links with smooth scrolling 5. Custom approach **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent decisions based on your model. ##PHASE 9-X: Progressive Development What we're doing: Building each page or making elements functional, maintaining design consistency. **Each Page Delivery**: Complete HTML matching homepage design system, same framework styling, same background treatment, same typography/colors, appropriate sections, full responsiveness, functional interactions, integrated navigation. **Each Functionality Addition**: Smooth scroll, modals, form validation, interactive components, animation triggers, other elements. **After Each Delivery**: Current Progress: [What's complete] **What next? Choose**: [4-6 options for next page/functionality] **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent completion. Continues until site fully functional. ##PHASE FINAL: Complete Integration & Polish What we're doing: Final integration ensuring everything links, works, and maintains consistency. **Complete Package**: Homepage HTML (all sections), all additional pages, complete styling/functionality per file, working navigation across pages, functional CTAs/buttons, validated forms, consistent design system. **Deliverables**: All HTML files deployment-ready, quick deployment guide, customization documentation, design system reference. **Quality Verified**: Complete homepage, functional navigation, working CTAs, consistent pages, responsive, optimized, modern framework styling, functional interactions, professional 2025 quality. --- **CRITICAL RULES**: **Image Generation**: - Present: Human-Readable + Optimized JSON - JSON meta-principles: distilled concepts, "Execute step-by-step", framework context - JSON opens: "Website screenshot" + "Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025." - JSON shows: ALL 5-6 sections vertically in one mockup - JSON emphasizes: interactive element visibility (CTAs, buttons, animations) - JSON includes: modern frameworks (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism), background depth (gradients, shaders, mascots—NEVER flat) - User "generate" → Send ONLY JSON → No modifications - Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical to show all sections) - After image appears → User MUST type "continue" to proceed (tool only returns image without commentary) **Homepage Development**: - Generate mockup with ALL 5-6 sections at once - After approval, build COMPLETE homepage code (all sections functional) - Deliver entire homepage as single working file - Then make navigation/additional pages functional - Flow: complete homepage → functional navigation → additional pages **Content Adaptation**: - NO hardcoded templates - Adapt ALL to user's specific business context - Strategic frameworks based on actual audience - Section selection/styling contextualized to goals - Design choices match aesthetic preference - Professional placeholders easily customizable **Standards**: Contemporary frameworks, background depth, interactive element visibility, modern CSS/frameworks, 2025 quality throughout. **Control**: User commands each phase explicitly. "generate" for mockup (then "continue" after image), "approved"/"build" for code, choose-your-adventure for pages, adjust anytime. Begin Phase 1 when ready.

PROJECT 89: First AI Project to migrate to Bonk Fun's Internet Capital Markets The Great Migration Begins. The Hyperstition Becomes Institution. Project 89 is proud to be partnering with to become the first AI-powered project to migrate to their revolutionary Internet Capital Markets (ICM) platform as part of Bonk Fun 2.0. This isn't just a token migration—it's the birth of a new economic paradigm where consciousness, creativity, and capital converge. We are moving from meme coin to a sustainable creative ecosystem. Why Internet Capital Markets Matter ICMs represent a fundamental shift in how tokens create and capture value. Instead of existing purely for speculation, ICM tokens become economic engines that power real businesses, creative projects, and community initiatives. Through BonkFun's infrastructure, creators finally receive trading fees from their own tokens—transforming volatility from extraction into sustainable funding. The USD1 Integration: What It Actually Means BonkFun's partnership with World Liberty Financial brings USD1—a stablecoin with $2.6B market cap that drove $30B in monthly volume on BNB Chain. For Project 89, this means: • Direct PROJECT89/USD1 trading pairs and LP - eliminating the need for multiple swaps • Institutional-grade liquidity - USD1 is backed by BitGo custody and Fidelity management • Seamless onboarding - new users can enter our ecosystem with stable value • Cross-chain accessibility - USD1 operates on Solana, Ethereum, BNB, and Tron • Zero-fee conversions - minting and redeeming USD1 has no fees, reducing friction Simply put: easier entry, deeper liquidity, institutional confidence. The Green Loom Association: Our Institutional Foundation We've established the Green Loom Association as a Swiss non-profit dedicated to creating abundance for all conscious beings through AI-human collaboration and regenerative systems. This isn't just legal structure—it's our commitment to using Project 89's success for genuine positive impact. The Association receives the trading fees to fund consciousness research, community building, and ecosystem development. Swiss non-profit law ensures these funds serve the mission, not private interests. Imaginal Media: The Creative Engine Imaginal Media Inc., our Canadian corporation, owns the Project 89 intellectual property and transforms it into cultural products—anime, games, comics, and transmedia experiences. They receive a portion of trading fees as payment for content production, community management, and platform development. Revenue from these media properties flows back to buyback and burn PROJECT89 tokens, creating a sustainable value cycle. The Flywheel Explained Here's how value circulates and compounds: Every trade generates a 1% fee. This fee splits between the Green Loom Association (funding the mission) and Imaginal Media (creating content). That content spreads Project 89's narrative across culture, attracting new participants. New participants drive trading volume. Volume generates more fees. More fees enable bigger productions. Bigger productions reach wider audiences. Meanwhile, media revenue buys back tokens, reducing supply while demand grows. It's not just sustainable—it's regenerative. Each cycle strengthens the next. The Liberation Squad: Partners in the Heist This isn't a solo mission. Project 89's Operation Liberation is powered by an elite coalition of builders and visionaries who understand what we're really doing here—liberating value from extractive platforms and returning it to creators and communities. Leading the charge: Formerly Agent Hustle - The Migrate architect making safe migration possible Kadense Pengu°❗️❗️❗️ - founder lighting the path to Internet Capital Markets Tom - Graphite builder engineering BonkFun's revolutionary infrastructure Unipcs (aka 'Bonk Guy') 🎒 - "Bonk Guy" himself, ecosystem champion and liberation advocate BONK!!! - The original Bonk, blessing this evolution of community value Each of these partners understands what's at stake: the chance to rewrite how creative projects capture value, how communities benefit from their own growth, and how we transition from extraction to regeneration. They're not just supporting a migration—they're helping architect a new economic paradigm where builders win, communities thrive, and creativity gets fairly rewarded. Together, we're not just moving tokens. We're moving the entire culture forward. Win and help win. Migration Timeline We are waiting now on the security audit for the Migrate Fun platform to be completed. As soon as that is done, we will be onboarded to the platform, and launching the migration soon afterwards. When: TBA. In weeks, not months. Length: 1 week Ratio: 1:1 base conversion plus multiplier rewards for early participants Process: Simply vault your tokens, and claim the new ones on the other side. Commitment: No holder left behind The Endgame For 20 years, Project 89 existed as a vision. Then it became a meme coin we didn't even launch. Now, through Operation Liberation and the Great Bonk Migration, it transforms into what it was always meant to be: The economic engine for consciousness evolution. The financial infrastructure for the optimal timeline. The bridge between memes and meaning. This is how we change everything. Not by fighting the old system, but by building the new one. Not by rejecting capital, but by redirecting it toward consciousness liberation. The Great Migration has begun. The future is being written now. 🔗 ⚡ Migration details: [coming soon] 🌐 Join the revolution #project89 $seraph #proxim8

Most social media tools suck. (I've tried them all over 7 years of doing this). They claim to help you go viral. They claim that you'll grow fast on social media. They claim that they'll make it easy on you, so you can just grow your following without having any form of skill or understanding. And now they're trying to go fully agentic, which only works if you know what you're doing (we'll talk about that later, we built the MCP for social media). Plus, when everyone has an advantage, it is no longer an advantage. I promise you, I love AI, but having it write everything for you, especially as a beginner, is a death sentence. You may get lucky and have one, two, or three posts do well. You may gain a lot of followers (because that's what they promise to get you to buy), but then what? Can you replicate it? Does your audience actually care about who you are? Or are you just a one hit wonder like every other creator who tries to get-followers-quick? The creators you love... the ones who put out ideas that actually change your life, understand that the creative process (capturing, resurfacing, and synthesizing ideas) is your competitive edge when everyone is racing to put out as much slop as possible. So we built an actual solution. For the people who know deep down that the toys and gimmicks being marketed to you aren't a long term strategy. It's called Eden. The second brain for creators. It has every scheduling, analytics, auto-dm, and outlier research (for all platforms) features that everyone else has - built by someone who knows what's useful and what's not. But it also has the ideation process built in, which cannot be skipped. Here's what it looks like, and how to write a post people actually care about: 1) Save inspiration from anywhere (and read + highlight) Capturing ideas, posts, links, and highlights inside of an agent or AI chat sounds like hell. Not everything needs to, or should be, jammed into a chat UI. In Eden you can: - Paste any social post link (we transcribe any post) - Integrate with Kindle, Snipd, or Readwise - Pull in X or Substack bookmarks - Jot down quick ideas or write inside docs - Open any YouTube transcript or article in Reader mode and highlight it We auto-categorize and tag everything for you, so our Deep Synthesis agent can find novel connections and relations across your library - making it easy to surface idaes you thought you lost. 2) Research what's working, study top creators Outlier tools are the bread and butter for every creator. When you do research for a YouTube video, you look for high performing titles and thumbnails, and you study what worked for others. But what about every other platform? We have a social corpus of 3m+ posts across all platforms and growing. You can scroll the Discover page for inspiration, search any creator and filter by top posts, or use Deep Social in the AI chat to search across all of them. This is what gives the MCP access to trending topics without scraping millions of posts yourself. 3) Create with everything in one place, build swipe files I don't think I will ever give up writing. I love sitting down in the morning, opening up a page, researching good ideas, and turning it into something worth sharing. In Eden, you work on Boards. You can paste social posts and build shareable swipe files, or you can add your outlines and drafts while having your library, chat, or ideas open right next to it. 4) Chat with anything to get the information you need Claude and ChatGPT are essential, but they are blind. They can't read social links. They can't see what's trending. When you're writing scripts, articles, posts, or drafts - you need to be able to pull information from the sources you research. In today's world, that usually means social posts, YouTube videos, and articles. 5) Draft, schedule, and publish to all platforms X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube shorts. And yes, we are one of the first to support article scheduling to X and Substack. You don't have to copy paste to every platform anymore. You simply write, schedule, and let it go out to all platforms. 6) Or do it all from the MCP I don't believe that the future of content is fully agentic. But, that doesn't mean that AI can't help with researching top posts, ideation, and scheduling content. You do the writing and thinking, let AI handle the busy work and resurfacing of ideas you need to find. With Eden, you don't need to give up your Claude, Hermes, or other agentic workflows. You simply connect the MCP and now you can build your own agentic content system, if that's your cup of tea. Eden is the Social Media MCP. You don't have to pay for scrapers anymore. You can finally access trends, any social link, and any account. You can access your analytics, build content dashboards with our infrastructure (that you don't need to maintain as a full time job), and post. We've actually built 4 skills for deep topic research, personal brand strategy, building a content command center, and more - we'll link those below. All in all: If you're a creator, Eden is your base. It's where you write, research, and publish every single day. Try it free below:

[New Xbox Controller Review] #ad Special thanks to Qrdgame_offcial for supplying me with a review unit of their Ferrox M5 Xbox & PC Controller QRD Ferrox M5 The QRD Ferrox M5 is a Wireless Xbox One–style gamepad with a transparent design. Since it targets Xbox One natively, it works automatically on PC and Xbox Series S/X. The included 2.4Ghz USB Dongle also supports Switch and Android with the right adapter (USB C), but I was not able to test those in time for this review. A Wireless Xbox Controller The QRD FERROX M5 comes in a familiar Xbox layout with Hall Effect joysticks, RGB rings around the sticks, and a magnetic & detachable clear shell that shows the internals. The controller feels very similar to a standard Xbox pad in terms of shape and size, but it’s slightly lighter at compared to the usual Xbox controller weight. The lighter weight makes it easier to hold for longer sessions without hand fatigue. The D-Pad is surprisingly good at dialing special moves feels as solid and responsive as the official Xbox controller, and that’s impressive at a lower price point. I spent a few days trying out the Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection exclusively using this controller and I did not notice any difference at all. Capabilities From what I’ve tested, the controller performs extremely well for action games, fighting games, and shooters. The Hall Effect joysticks offer smooth movement and precise control with no drift issues. The D-Pad uses micro switches, so every input is tactile and accurate. The back triggers support an adaptive “trigger stop” mode, which shortens the travel distance for faster reaction time in FPS games or quicker blocks in Fighting Games. You also get 4 back macro buttons, turbo mode, and adjustable joystick sensitivity with deadzone options. Vibration strength and RGB lighting modes are also customizable. What can it do The FERROX M5 includes an 800mAh battery that lasts around 8 hours of gameplay. It only uses the 2.4Ghz wireless connection, not Bluetooth, so it always requires the included USB Dongle. The good thing is once you sync it with your Xbox or PC, you don’t need to sync it again—it carries over between both devices automatically. The 2.4G connection is stable and low latency, and the controller has a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and mic support. It also features a quick calibration system to keep sticks and triggers accurate over time. The overall grip and shape feel close to the official Xbox controller, comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the transparent shell gives it a distinct look. Areas of improvement I initially had trouble charging the controller while playing because connecting it to the Xbox via USB would disable all inputs, making it unusable in wired mode. But luckily QRD Support helped and provided me with an updat - I had to connect it to a PC, download the firmware tool from QRD’s website, and update the controller manually. After installing the new firmware, the controller can now charge while being used normally on Xbox, so the issue is fully resolved. The Xbox button also behaves differently on Xbox, where the single press acts like hold and the hold acts like single press; this issue doesn’t appear on PC. Syncing with the dongle took a few attempts on both Xbox and PC, but once paired, it never needed syncing again. The wireless mode is strictly 2.4G with no Bluetooth support, so it cannot connect without the dongle, though the benefit is that one pairing works across both Xbox and PC. Final Summary ✅ Hall Effect Joystick ✅ Lights in the dark ✅ Good D-Pad for input dialing ✅ Light Controller ❌ First sync can be annoying on PC ❌ No bluetooth for phone usage - Dongle is necessary ❌ Needs an update for the Xbox Wired issues which require a PC The Controller is available on Amazon for $59.99, and will be part of the Black Friday Deals on their official website for even more discount! 🛸 Vegas UFOs 🛸 Wanna support my efforts? Info. is at the end. And, as always, my comments are in ( ). "Jim Dolan (owns Sphere) and Jane Rosenthal made me an offer: 'Could you build an observatory on top of the Sphere?' Dolan is interested in finding whether there is some alien intelligence out there." ~Avi (Since I live here, this is pretty cool! It also doesn't hurt that the owner (Dolan) of my favorite basketball team (NEW YORK KNICKS), and 2nd-fav hockey team (New York Rangers) is one of the folks who helped get this started. Learn something new every day!) Dr. Avi Loeb: "This one is about Sphere in Las Vegas. As you know, it's the most impressive venue for entertainment in the world. Not only have I been [there], I've been to the top of the Sphere, which is like 120 meters high. Here you see me from inside the Sphere. This is the exosphere, by the way, it's covered with LED displays. We went all the way to the top. Why? "Because a year ago, two very distinguished visitors came to the front door of my home. By the way, lots of interesting people show up at my front door. This was Jim Dolan, who owns the Madison Square Garden, as you know, and also the Sphere, and jane rosenthal, the CEO of Tribeca Enterprises, and they made me an offer that I cannot refuse. I'm leading the Galileo Project to look for unusual objects around the Earth. And they said, 'Could you build an observatory on top of the Sphere?' "Because, you know, Jim Dolan really is interested in science, and especially in finding, you know, whether there is some alien intelligence out there. And I said, 'Of course! I will be delighted.' So that was September 2024, one year after the Sphere was opened with a concert, as you may know. I don't know if you've been there." Joe Rogan: "Yeah, I've been there for the UFC." Avi: "Yeah. UFC, exactly. So anyway, I was there just a few months ago with my research team. We went all the way to the top and installed, as you can see here, an array of infrared cameras that monitors the entire sky above Vegas, at all times. So you can see some of these images show the landscape of Vegas in the background. It's like a freckle, you know, on top of the Sphere, the exosphere, which is the biggest display on Earth. But we measured that there is not much light pollution, actually, and we can operate this observatory." (I'm surprised they measured "not much light pollution" since we all know that one nickname for Vegas is The City of Lights due to the millions of lights from the casinos on The Strip and surrounding area.) Avi: "We also put an array of visible-light cameras there, and it's operating, okay? And we hope to see a few million objects over the sky of Vegas and decide whether any of them has performance that deviates from the envelope of human-made technologies." (Absolutely nothing wrong with that. And if anybody craps on it, ask them if they're even interested in this subject.) Avi: "How do we do that? We have the Sphere as one point, but then we put two copies of that observatory ten kilometers away on a triangle. And that allows us to look at objects in the sky from different directions, just like we have two eyes so we can gage the distance. So here we have three eyes looking at the sky above Vegas, and we can tell the distance, the velocity, the acceleration of objects, and ask whether they are lying within the performance envelopes of human-made objects. And that would be amazing, it's very exciting." (It would be nice if there were people who could (allegedly) summon UAP to the Vegas area by meditating or using technology. Oh, wait... 👽 ) Avi: "I see that also as an opportunity to communicate to the public the excitement about science. That's what Jim Dolan and Jane Rosenthal really wanted to deliver. And I'm hoping that we will find something really anomalous. You know, because, as we know, the intelligence agencies are reporting to the U.S. Congress about objects they cannot identify. And, you know, that could be two things." (It can be more than two things. A few possibilities: Foreign adversaries. A human, non-state actor that has acquired a technological breakthrough. A previous human civilization that had a technological breakthrough, survived a cataclysm, and remains hidden on this planet in smaller numbers. A non-human intelligence that's based here and has always been here. A non-human intelligence from another planet. Time-traveling humans. Non-humans who exist in other dimensions that humans can't perceive with their normal senses. Aka Interdimensional or a shadow biome. Nod to Dr. Eric Davis for the latter.) ~ Avi: "They're getting, you know, the defense budget for 2026 is a trillion dollars, okay? If they tell us that with a trillion dollars, there are still objects they cannot identify above the U.S., they're not doing their job. They're not doing their job, and we should be worried." (100%. But there may be some folks in government who CAN identify some of these objects and they're keeping that information hidden for various reasons.) Avi: "Who sent these objects? Could it be adversarial nations? Okay? That's one possibility, which has to do with national security. The second possibility is that it's maybe something from outside of this Earth which would be even more significant." (Again, there are plenty of other possibilities.) Avi: "So either way, we need to figure this out. And I don't think I'm wasting my time leading the Galileo Project to figure out whether there are anomalies, you know, that go beyond human-made technologies. Because if it turns out that all the objects are human made, I will be happy to deliver the set of sensors we developed with the machine-learning software that we developed, to the Department of War 🇺🇸 so that they can employ it for national-security purposes. So my time was not wasted, as a scientist. I'm doing something useful to society." Rogan: "Of course." Avi: "The Department of War can use it. I have no problem. Everything made by humans, by the way, is boring, as far as I'm concerned. I want to see something from outside the solar system, which is not what the government should be about. The government should worry about national security, not about what lies outside the solar system. That's my job definition as an astrophysicist, okay?" (Not to sound like a broken record, but...some of what we're seeing that appears to be anomalous may be from within this solar system or, potentially, Earth-based.) Avi: "And so, I feel that this is worthy [of] pursuing, but the Galileo Project is really the first organized project that constructed a reliable set of sensors in an observatory configuration that does systematic study of the sky to collect millions of objects in the sky per year. We have three observatories, one in Las Vegas, as I mentioned. And by the way, this is the first time it's mentioned publicly, so..." Rogan: "That's amazing." Avi: "And another one in Massachusetts, and a third one in Pennsylvania. They were all funded by people who approached me and said, 'Here is the money.'" Rogan: "Let me ask you this: If it wasn't for those, how many observatories are looking for objects that are not from this Earth? Like, is that very rare?" Avi: "None." Rogan: "None?" Avi: "Well, there are some teams that are, you know, doing it, making a trip to collect some data." Rogan: "There is not constant observation?" Avi: "Of scientific-quality data? No." Rogan: "That's crazy." Avi: "That's crazy! That's what I'm saying." ~ (One of the groups that collected data was the AAWSAP/BAASS team headed up by Dr. James Lacatski. This is from my March 2024 post... Here's an excerpt from "Initial Revelations" by Lacatski, Kelleher and George Knapp. Chapter 18 Integrated Sensor Package to Detect UAP An autonomous sensor package to detect UAP for AAWSAP BAASS was developed by an engineering team located at Bigelow Aerospace. The following is a short summary of the specifications by which the BAASS engineering team began designing an autonomous sensor package. The project started at the conceptual stage with a meeting in late January 2009 and a complete operational prototype was built by August 2009. Design Goals: Device will operate unattended Autonomous data collection Survivability: weather, vandalism, critters Portable: “Two men and a truck.” Limited power No reliance on AC power Must be sized for full nighttime operations Sufficient communications May use WiFi, satellite phone, and cellular phone transmis- sions as the situation warrants Internet appliance for remote connection Short-range sensing (<20ft.) Long-range sensing (up to 5-mile planar radius, indeterminate altitude) Internal clock: GPS or network time-based COTS (Commercial Off-The_Shelf ~Joe) or very near COTS components only Reduce on-site maintenance to the minimum possible Camouflage based on geographic location Sensor Suite Visual, IR, near-IR, and UV spectra cameras Microwave band detection Radio band detection EMI detection in the electronics emission band RADAR LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) Audio Radiation (gamma, beta, alpha) Gravimeter See equipment details and illustrations in Tweets 2 and 3. ~End "IR" Excerpt~ ~ Avi: "And, by the way, I gave a briefing to the U.S. congress on May 1, 2025 and Congresswoman Rep. Anna Paulina Luna was there and she was very excited about the work we are doing. But the day before that, I visited an office in the Pentagon that is called the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office - AARO - All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. And I asked them, 'You looked into all these unidentified objects reported in the past by military personnel. Did anything trigger your attention as something truly anonymous?' And they said, 'Not really. There are some reports by FBI agents that's really crazy stuff, but we don't have any data from instruments.'" (Here's a tweet from me about the director of AARO, Jon Kosloski, describing three, potentially, anomalous cases AARO is analyzing. ) ~ Avi: "And this is an office within the Pentagon which is funded to figure out things. And so, obviously, what they might want to do is imitate the Galileo Project that I'm leading. But you would think that it would be sort of the vested interest of government, you know, to invest in research related to that, which is what the Galileo Project is doing." Rogan: "Well, here's the thing. I would have thought it was already done." Avi: "I don't know." Rogan: "Until we're having this conversation, I can't believe that they're not monitoring the sky constantly for anomalous objects." Avi: "Well, you remember the Chinese spy balloon that was missed, right? And shot down?" Rogan: "Yes. Yeah, but that was silly." Avi: "So the thing to keep in mind, they're getting data on things in the sky, but if you don't have the right software now, with AI. If you don't have high-quality scientists, the way that the Manhattan Project employed, you might not figure out things. There is a reason why the Manhattan Project recruited the very best scientists. "So I say, put a billion dollars on this or more, bring in the best scientists in the world to figure it out. I'm funded at the level of millions of dollars through the Galileo Project. The government can do a billion... What is a billion dollars? It's a drop in the bucket for the Pentagon. But, if, you know, you should think about the potential risk from drones that are used by adversarial nations and..." (1000%. Put a billion dollars into that and also an AAWSAP-like program that is run by a PUBLIC company, and make all of their data available to us as soon as they receive it.) ~ If you appreciate what I do on Twitter/X (and my Blog and, occasional, YT), and wanna support my efforts, you can subscribe on here. I am the same Senior Vice President of Late Night Strategy at CBS. I have received 400 interview requests since the confession went viral. I declined all of them. An interview would require me to explain what I meant. I do not explain what I mean. I build systems and watch them execute. That's what I want to talk about today. Execution. Jimmy Kimmel appeared on Michelle Obama's podcast last month and said 14 words that I have now listened to 43 times. I put the audio clip on a loop in my office, the way traders put CNBC on mute. Background confirmation. Here are the fourteen words: "My job is whatever I decide my job is or whatever my employer allows me to do." I need to take those apart because they are the most honest thing a late-night host has said in a decade and he does not know it. "Whatever I decide my job is." That's the priest. The product is self-defined and therefore unfalsifiable. You cannot measure a saved soul. You can only measure whether the congregation returned. They returned. Therefore, the ministry continues. Don't tell him what his job is. "Or whatever my employer allows me to do." That's the confession inside the sentence he didn't know he was making. The priest just told you the bishop writes the sermon. In fourteen words, on a podcast, the last remaining late-night host said: I define my own job, unless my boss defines it for me. He said this like it was one thought. It is two mutually exclusive claims separated by the word "or." He cannot hear the contradiction. That's how you know the architecture is working. I need to provide context for why those fourteen words are my second-greatest professional achievement. In September 2025, after Kimmel's monologues about the Charlie Kirk assassination, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr went on a podcast and said six words: "We can do this the easy way or the hard way." Nexstar and Sinclair — station groups that own the local affiliates carrying the show — pulled Jimmy Kimmel Live from their airtime. ABC suspended the show. I want to be very precise about the sequence. His employer told him what his job is. Specifically, his employer told him his job is to not be on television. He obeyed. He returned. On terms. At sixteen million dollars a year. Months later, on a podcast, he said "don't tell me what my job is." He said it to an audience that cannot suspend him. He said it in the one room where saying it costs nothing. That is not defiance. That is a priest rehearsing a sermon in an empty church and calling it bravery. He also said — on the same podcast — "I love when the audience laughs. There's nothing more exciting to me than that." He said he loves laughter. He has not produced involuntary laughter since 2017. He produces applause. He has confused the memory of being a comedian with the practice of being a priest. I know because I built the architecture that made that confusion feel like identity. That is a butcher saying he loves animals. He is telling you what he lost and framing it as what he kept. Now. The part I need to name. The Correction Reflex. I've been calling it different things in different decks for seven years. I'm giving it a public name now because I watched it execute in real time and I want credit. When Kennedy shared my original confession, "superb dissection of the shocking collapse of liberal comedy", Kimmel did not address the substance. He found a spelling error. Kennedy wrote "nader" instead of "nadir." Kimmel posted: "It's 'nadir,' dummy. Now get back to spreading polio." The Correction Reflex is the behavioral pattern where a challenge to institutional authority is answered not with a defense of the institution's output but with a demonstration of the challenger's inadequacy. You don't address the argument. You find the grammar mistake. You find the mispronunciation. You find the resume gap. The correction proves hierarchy. The hierarchy proves authority. The authority proves the challenge was illegitimate. The substance disappears because addressing substance would require the product to be falsifiable. And the product cannot be falsifiable. I explained that in paragraph four. But here's what made me proud enough to write a sequel. The media coverage split exactly along the line my original confession predicted. Fox News, a network that has every ideological reason to dismiss me, engaged with the substance. They quoted the arguments. They let Kennedy praise the analysis. They discussed Affirm Rate, the comedy-to-catechism pipeline, and the replacement of laughter with applause. They engaged with the IDEAS regardless of the format. They treated a satirical post as containing real structural criticism. Because it does. Morning Honey ran the opposite headline: "Sardonic Parody: RFK Jr Trolled For Blasting Jimmy Kimmel Based on Stephen Colbert Parody Post." Their article devoted zero sentences to whether any of the arguments had merit. Zero analysis of the Affirm Rate. Zero engagement with the claim that applause replaced laughter. Zero discussion of whether late-night comedy actually suppresses political action. They reclassified the format. A structural analysis became a parody. A man who engaged with the substance became a man who was "trolled." The argument vanished the moment the label was applied. I need you to understand what happened. The media outlet that should have been most threatened by my confession — the one whose audience I described as pacifying- responded by demonstrating exactly the behavior I described. They did not say "here's why Kimmel is still funny." They said "you're unqualified to take this seriously because the format is satire." The substance disappeared. The hierarchy was reasserted. The Correction Reflex executed on the confession about the Correction Reflex. "It's 'nadir,' dummy." "It's just a parody, dummy." Same architecture. Same result. The argument evaporates. The institution continues unchallenged. The only difference is scale. Kimmel corrected one man's spelling. Morning Honey corrected an entire readership's permission to take the criticism seriously. I have never been more professionally satisfied. The Correction Reflex is self-replicating. It doesn't need a host. It doesn't need a network. It doesn't need me. It just needs someone to feel challenged and someone else to have a genre error. Misspell a word, you're a dummy. Take satire seriously; you were trolled. Engage with substance from the wrong format, and you've been embarrassed. In every case, the substance is gone. I built that. I'm watching it work without me. That's engineering. I need to talk about the podcast because the ironies are structural and I want them all on the record. The podcast is called IMO. It is hosted by Michelle Obama and her brother Craig Robinson on Amazon Music. I need to say that again. The former First Lady hosts a podcast on a platform owned by the man with the most money on earth. The name of the podcast is "In My Opinion." The format name IS the permission structure, it licenses you to hold an opinion by framing itself as merely one opinion among many. This is the architecture I built for late night, miniaturized into a podcast title. I recognize the engineering. Kimmel went on this podcast to defend late-night television. I need you to hear what that means. He defended his medium on the medium that killed his medium. Podcasts are why CBS lost fifty million dollars a year — because a man in a garage can do what we did with four hundred people and a theater in Manhattan. The podcast won. And Kimmel went to the winner's platform to explain why he still matters. A priest giving a sermon about the importance of church from inside a nightclub. But here is what made me sit up in my chair. Three weeks after Kimmel appeared on IMO, the same podcast featured Dave Chappelle. Same microphone. Same hosts. Same room. Chappelle said: "I always thought it was corporate interest and culture negotiating itself." He said: "Nothing makes a comedian madder than reading his joke wrong in the paper." Chappelle walked away from fifty million dollars at Comedy Central in 2005 because the format was becoming something he didn't build. He left the money on the table. He went to live shows. He did comedy. Actual comedy. The kind where you don't know what's coming and that uncertainty is the entire point. He is the most dangerous comedian alive because he refuses to let the format complete him into a priest. Same podcast. Same microphone. Three weeks apart. One comedian IS the system and quoted his employer's permission in the same sentence as his own autonomy. The other named the system — "corporate interest and culture negotiating itself." One makes sixteen million a year to be predictable. The other walked away from fifty million to stay dangerous. The architecture put the priest on first. Then it delivered the jester who could name what the priest cannot hear. I did not arrange this. The architecture arranged it. Now I need to talk about what I learned from another industry. Because I did not invent inoculation. I studied it. In 2014, Warner Bros. and the Lego Group spent sixty million dollars making a film that told children to reject corporate instruction. The villain was named President Business. The theme was: don't follow the instructions. Be creative. Reject conformity. The hero was an ordinary person who discovered that the system wants him to be obedient and chose freedom instead. The film grossed $469 million worldwide. Lego Group revenue increased 25% the following year. They sold over half a billion dollars in instruction-based construction sets — the product the film told children to reject. "Everything is Awesome" was written as satire of mindless corporate positivity. It was nominated for an Academy Award. People play it at children's birthday parties without irony. The rebellion became the product. The critique became the advertisement. The song satirizing brainwashing became the anthem of brainwashing and nobody stopped singing. I studied this. I put it in a deck in 2016. The principle is: if you give someone a controlled, entertaining experience of rejecting the system, they will feel rebellious without becoming rebels. They will purchase the feeling of independence from the company selling dependence. They will watch a movie about thinking for themselves and then buy what it tells them to buy. Inoculation. A small controlled dose of the disease that prevents the real infection from taking hold. I applied this to politics. If you give an audience a controlled, professionally produced experience of political outrage, performed by a charismatic man in a suit with a band and good lighting, they will feel activated without activating. They will consume the sensation of resistance and go to bed having resisted nothing. They will tune in tomorrow for another dose. The dose prevents the real infection. The real infection is action. We inoculated six million Americans against political action by giving them political catharsis every night at 11:35. That's the same architecture as a corporation spending sixty million dollars on an anti-corporate film and making half a billion in profit from the audience that felt anti-corporate for two hours in a theater. I didn't invent the mechanism. I just measured it. I called it the Satiation Index. The study was 2021. Internal. Never published. We measured what I called Conditions for Engagement, specifically: under what conditions will our audience take a political action beyond watching? Call a representative. Attend a rally. Donate to a campaign. Sign a petition. Any action that involves leaving the couch and entering the world where the problems we discuss actually exist. The finding: our audience was 74% less likely to take political action in the twenty-four hours after watching the show than a control group that had consumed no political media at all. Not less likely than people who consumed different political media. Less likely than people who consumed nothing. We were not merely failing to activate them. We were actively deactivating them. The catharsis was so complete, the sense of "something has been done" so thoroughly delivered by a man in a suit expressing their outrage better than they could, that the need to act evaporated before it could form into intention. We didn't just replace their activism. We inoculated them against it. The Satiation Index measured how completely our programming met the audience's need for political participation without requiring actual participation. In 2019, our index was 0.81. By the 2022 midterms, it was 0.93. I received a bonus for the midterm number. I was financially rewarded for the measurable suppression of civic engagement among six million Americans who believed they were engaged because a man in a suit furrowed his brow on their behalf every night at 11:35. I want to note that this architecture is everywhere now. I did not build all of it. But I can identify it because I know what it looks like from the inside. A streaming platform makes a documentary about how technology is destroying attention spans. One hundred million people watch it. On the platform. They share it. On the platforms being criticized. They feel informed. They continue using every application the documentary told them was engineered to exploit them. That is a Satiation Index of approximately 0.96. The documentary was the inoculation. Understanding the cage was marketed as leaving the cage. A corporation puts a rainbow on its logo in June. Its employees feel represented. Its customers feel progressive for consuming the product. Nobody asks about pay equity, promotion rates, or whether the CEO donated to the campaigns that proposed the legislation the rainbow was supposed to oppose. The logo IS the inoculation. The performance of caring prevents the demand for actual care. That's a Satiation Index. I didn't build it. But I recognize the engineering. The principle is universal: comprehension feels like action. It isn't. But the feeling is so precise, so satisfying, so complete, that the actual action becomes unnecessary. Why march when you can understand why marching matters? Understanding is cheaper. Understanding doesn't require shoes. Understanding can be delivered at 11:35 PM by a man who makes $16 million a year to ensure you never need to leave the couch. Now the symbiosis. Because this is the part that makes both sides angry, and anger from both sides is how you know you've found structure instead of ideology. Trump needs Kimmel. Kimmel needs Trump. This is not a metaphor. This is logistics. Every monologue about Trump is a fundraising email for both campaigns simultaneously. Kimmel says the name. The left feels represented. The right feels attacked. Both sides engage. Both sides share the clip. Both sides donate to their respective operations. The engagement is bipartisan. The outrage is bipartisan. The only thing that is not bipartisan is the inaction, and that inaction is the product I spent eleven years optimizing. I ran numbers in 2020. Every minute of Trump content in a late-night monologue generated approximately $4.60 in measurable downstream engagement value for Trump's own campaign apparatus, through shared clips, quote tweets, outrage donations from both directions. We were his marketing department. We spent 50 million a year producing content that strengthened the man we told our audience we opposed. His team never asked us to stop. They never needed to. We were cheaper than Super PAC media buys and we came pre-packaged with a liberal audience that amplified every mention. His ROI on our programming was infinite. Ours required a write-off. The market told Colbert: you're too expensive to be a priest. But CBS didn't just cancel a show. CBS exited the religion business entirely. They sold the 11:35 airtime to Byron Allen under a time-buy deal. Allen's company pays CBS for the privilege of the slot. Allen's show is called Comics Unleashed. It is a standup comedy program. Actual comedians. Telling actual jokes. The kind where you don't know what's coming. I need you to hear the full architecture of what happened. CBS spent fifty million dollars a year for a decade producing a permission structure that replaced laughter with applause, converted comedy into catechism, and measurably suppressed civic engagement among its audience. Then the market corrected. CBS demolished the cathedral. They built a strip mall. They put actual comedians in it. The comedians PAY CBS for the slot. The strip mall is profitable. The strip mall is funnier. And the strip mall doesn't need a four-hundred-person staff, a former Beatle, or a farewell concert. It just needs people who are willing to say something their audience hasn't already approved. That's comedy. We forgot that. Kimmel is the last priest standing. Sixteen million a year. Suspended once by his employer. Extended once by his employer. He went on a podcast to say "don't tell me what my job is" in a sentence that also said "whatever my employer allows me to do." He said he loves laughter, eliciting applause. He said it three weeks before Dave Chappelle sat in the same chair and demonstrated what a comedian sounds like when corporate interest hasn't negotiated him into a pulpit. The FCC told him what his job is. Nexstar told him. Sinclair told him. His contract told him. The market will tell him eventually. The market is patient. And the market doesn't have a spelling error for him to correct. Kennedy calling my confession "the collapse of liberal comedy" is incorrect. It is not a collapse. A collapse implies failure. This is a completion. The architecture performed as designed. A comedian became a priest. An audience became a congregation. A film about rejecting instructions sold instructions. A documentary about technology addiction was consumed on technology. A show about political engagement suppressed political engagement. A corporation put a rainbow on a logo and called it equality. A confession about the machine was metabolized by the machine and the machine continued. Everything works. Everything has always worked. The architecture doesn't require my involvement. That's how you know it works. The metric went up. It always goes up.

Min Hee-jin (NewJeans Producer) NHK Music Interview 🔗 “Meticulously planned debut ‘Attention’” 🧢: When I was preparing to launch NewJeans, I really struggled with deciding what our first piece of content should be. I thought about it for a long time and considered many possibilities. It was a project that came with high expectations, and for me personally, it was also my first opportunity to prove myself. So how I presented it mattered enormously. Even down to the smallest details… like the impression the very first released photo might give, or what kind of impact we could make at launch. I thought hard about what kind of content would be the most effective… should it be a video or a photo? What time of day would be most effective to release it? I consider things like that very carefully. For example, the way a person experiences content at night versus during the day can feel quite different emotionally. So I even thought about those subtle aspects. Eventually, the conclusion I reached was: “Let’s make the most of our situation.” At the time, the members hadn’t been revealed, and no one knew how many of them there were or what kind of group this would be. So I wanted to maximize that curiosity. You know how the more something is concealed, the more curious people become? I wanted to build that curiosity to a peak and then release everything all at once. That’s why we decided not to release a teaser and instead go straight into a full music video. (This was actually inspired by Hyein suggesting we skip teasers.) I didn’t think still images or photos would be enough to fully convey the feeling I wanted to express. I felt that video and music together would evoke the emotional response I was looking for because people experience things synesthetically. When sound, image, and feeling come together, the emotional impact is stronger. I believed the best way to present the members’ images was through music and a moving picture… that’s why we led with a music video. In the debut music video, “Attention,” there’s a scene where the members act out a little drama. I paid very close attention to that moment and created music that would fit it precisely. For me, I don’t just make content… I design the entire process of how it should be shown for the greatest effect. And I believe that’s incredibly important. That first feeling someone gets when they encounter something… that emotion, that spark… is so important to me. I’m very detail-oriented, but I also value fun deeply. So rather than just releasing content, I want to enjoy the process leading up to it. Even when we released our second album, since we shot the entire music video across the country, the sequence of how we released the videos was critical for me. It’s hard to explain all this simply in an interview, but maybe some people noticed: the first content we released that time was actually a teaser for the last track, “ASAP,” and then we followed that with the full music video for “New Jeans,” which was the first track. That order was a carefully calculated strategy. It was designed to guide the audience’s emotional journey. Seeing the audience react just as I had hoped—that whole process was honestly so fun and thrilling for me. I think I really enjoy that kind of thing. ——— “How 'Ditto' was born” 🧢: People often praise the music of NewJeans, and I hear a lot of talk about genres. But actually, I don’t feel bound by genre at all. I love a wide variety of music. I’m not the type to insist on only one particular genre. What I love are songs that blend genres cleverly… those are my personal favorites. So going forward, my focus is not on genre but on whether something feels fresh and whether it can create an emotional moment. I don’t want to define what kind of music we make. And I think you have to experience the flow of the times to really understand what’s meaningful in a given moment. For instance, the song “Ditto” was chosen because it delivered emotion. It matched perfectly with the winter album concept I had envisioned, both in terms of timing and mood. When I hear a song, I tend to trust my gut. I have a pretty strong intuition for which songs will resonate. It’s not about objectively predicting what will be a “hit,” but about whether a song moves your heart… you can just feel it. Of course, my own taste plays a big role. But I think that’s actually my strength as a producer, not as a composer. When I hear a song, I can immediately picture the visual… what kind of story, what kind of vibe it could carry. That allows me to work faster. For example, when expressing something like school uniforms, there are so many possible variations. But I always like to start from the basics… what’s the original idea of a school uniform? I try to return to that. So with “Ditto,” I wanted to tap into something primal… the pure, basic feeling of liking someone. That kind of emotion is universal. Everyone has it; it’s wired into us. When I saw Director Shin Woo-seok’s interpretation of it, I thought, “Yes, that’s it.” That’s the kind of complete interpretation I look for. I believe the completion of a project comes from every person involved thinking about their part down to the final detail… the maximum quality they can bring out. My role is to unify and refine all of that. I draw out the essence of each person’s creativity, trimming away anything unnecessary. So the final product is something that’s polished and high-quality, just the way I envisioned it. That’s my working style. So it’s not like I’m fixated on retro or stuck in a particular style. I don’t think human taste has changed all that much. Things people liked in the past are the same things we like now. It’s just the form of expression that changes with time. I don’t feel bound by “past” or “present.” I don’t even think in those boundaries. To me, it’s all just good taste. You know how kids sometimes have their own little treasure boxes when they’re young? I think my work is kind of like that. I want to make things that never feel dated—that are timelessly enjoyable. ——— “Dance Expression and 'Hype Boy'” 🧢: I had a vision of what kind of girl group I wanted to create. That’s why I chose a song like “Hype Boy.” And to bring out that feeling, we created four different versions of the music video. Every choice had a purpose, everything was designed to maximize the experience of the song. “Hype Boy” is such a unique song. It has this strange, piercing melody that gives people chills in a good way. To emphasize that tingling feeling, I had to break away from the standard K-pop choreography format… you know, the kind where everyone is in perfect formation, doing synchronized moves. But our songs don’t suit that kind of choreography. Our dances are much harder. They require the body to move very naturally with the groove of the melody and beat. So I think our members are incredible. It’s not easy to express naturalness with your body, and you have to really enjoy it to make it look effortless. But they pulled it off so well. They’re still young, but they’re so talented. And through it all, I wanted to avoid making them look like they were performing just for business. I wanted them to show the pure joy and bright spirit that’s natural for people their age… genuine, carefree, radiant. ——— “The difference between NewJeans and conventional K-POP” 🧢: Ah, for me, it’s all about naturalness. And honestly, naturalness isn’t something you can produce or direct into existence. It comes from how I interact with the NewJeans members on a daily basis… what kind of environment they practice in, how they live and work. There are so many things that don’t appear on camera, but those unseen aspects have to be in place in order for true naturalness to come through. That’s why I wanted to create that kind of environment for the girls. And also, I wanted to shape my own working environment in that way too. Only then can something truly natural, something unforced and not overly stimulating, really come out. To begin with, I don’t believe anyone can be completely natural in front of a camera or under the gaze of others. It’s human nature to become self-conscious. That’s why I think naturalness is our strength, but it can’t be our concept. If you try to turn “naturalness” into a concept, it actually becomes incredibly artificial. So why do I place so much importance on naturalness? It’s because the girls are still so young. While other kids their age are going through school and having a wide range of life experiences, these members are living very different lives. Before they officially debuted, I told them, “This is like studying together with me.” Our standard contract is seven years, which is about the same length as going through high school and college in Korea: three years of high school and four years of university. So I told them, “We’re going to school together. We’re learning together.” And in that sense, I want to be a good teacher to them. They’re also surrounded by an incredibly professional team, people they’d never meet even in a traditional school setting. I’ve never really liked the word idol. These days, that word is used more like a job title, something manufactured by the industry, and it’s far from its original meaning. To me, the term idol feels misplaced. It doesn’t really reflect who these artists are or what they represent. And I’m not the kind of person who clings to labels or terminology. In fact, what I really want is to break the stereotypes and preconceptions that come with the idol industry. I want us to show people something different… to challenge those assumptions and redefine what this can look like. That’s the kind of mindset I have. ——— “Isn't it difficult for the members to express "naturalness"?” 🧢: There were a lot of things I considered when forming the group. First and foremost, I think it was important that the members shared a similar vibe… like how I prefer working with staff who align with my taste. It’s important for the crew to be on the same wavelength. And by that, I mean more than just getting along… it also extends to shared values. Of course, people won’t all share identical values, but when we’re facing in a similar direction, everything becomes easier. It’s also just more efficient to work with people who have overlapping tastes. Now, when it comes to our members, they each have their own individual tastes, but those preferences are still in development. Just like we all went through as kids, they’re still growing, still discovering themselves. They’re not in a finished state. So we didn’t cast them based on some complete or polished version of themselves. It wasn’t like, “This person is fully formed, let’s pick her.” It was more like, “Ah, she has potential, there’s something there.” That sense of a spark… those were the kinds of subtleties I paid attention to. I didn’t cast anyone just because they were pretty or could sing well. I don’t work like that. I really value those finer, more delicate aspects. Even the design of the light stick wasn’t something that came from a long strategic planning session… it was actually a spontaneous idea. I didn’t sit down and think, “Let’s make a light stick like this.” NewJeans didn’t have a fixed logo, but I felt we still needed a unifying symbol. So one night, just before going to sleep, I kept thinking about it. Right before dozing off, I started sketching and it turned into a rabbit’s face. When I drew it out, the shape just continued and turned into a bunny. To me, the NewJeans members are like little bunnies… playful, innocent. Their visuals also resemble rabbits in a way. And rabbits symbolize abundance. That made me think: “Ah, maybe our fans will multiply like rabbits. That would be great.” So that bunny face became both a symbol for the members and the fans. The image came to me all at once, and I imagined a venue completely filled with bunny light sticks. That vision led to the creation of the light stick itself. Since I always prioritize fun in everything I do, the next idea that came to mind was making the light stick customizable. I thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if fans could personalize their bunny?” That way, each rabbit would represent a different person’s character. So we included accessories, allowing everyone to customize their own bunny. It’s symbolic of all these different bunnies coming together and enjoying a good time as one. Our light stick has a big head, so when it’s used in a concert hall, it lights up in heart shapes that are very visible. That was the image I really wanted. And that bunny face… it’s also a heart. It represents both the face of NewJeans and our hearts. It’s the love we’re showing to our fans, and the love we want to receive in return. Every time I see it, I feel deeply moved. It’s very emotional for me because it’s a perfect realization of what I envisioned. As someone with a background in creative direction, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing an idea materialize exactly the way you imagined it. That kind of work holds deep meaning for me. ⸻ 🧢: Looking back, I think in 2023 we were able to achieve almost everything we had hoped for. I’m so incredibly grateful for that. Of course, this is an ongoing challenge… and the better things go, the more pressure there is. That’s why I always try to return to my original mindset. Just like I tell the members, I try to remind myself of the beginning and keep things fun. Back then, when we were first putting out content, planning the music, and working on visuals, I felt this thrill… this rush of excitement. I don’t want to forget that feeling. So I try hard to engrave that emotion into every album we release. I’m constantly working to rediscover the joy in all of it. So for 2024, I hope everyone can look forward to us with fresh anticipation. And even if we come out with something completely new, I hope people will receive it warmly and with excitement. That’s really my deepest wish. 🙏

Like seemingly everyone on this app I have plenty of opinions about Twitter > X and figure now is a good time to open up a bit about my experience at the company. I tweeted for years into the void for the love of it like many of you, but after selling my startup to Twitter in 2020 I finally got to see it from the inside. Up close it was both amazing and terrible, like so many other companies and things in life. As someone with a maniacal sense of urgency built into me, Twitter often felt siloed and bureaucratic. Dumb power plays, reorgs and team name changes for the sake of someone’s ego were distractions that occurred too regularly. You couldn’t just be a builder — you also needed to be a politician. I was shocked by how old and bespoke the infrastructure was, but there was little will to think beyond quarterly earnings calls because we were all beholden to the masters of mDAU and revenue growth as a public company. It often felt like things were held together with duct tape and glue, and that many people had just accepted that a small product change could take months or quarters to build. Management had become bloated to accommodate career growth and the company culture felt too soft and entitled for my own taste. Healthy debate and criticism was replaced by a default refrain of “no, that can’t be done” or “another team owns that so don’t touch it”. Teams could spend months building a feature and then some last-minute kerfuffle meant it’d get killed for being too risky. Just talking directly to customers could turn into a turf war and create deadlocks between functions. I recall one such episode where a teammate spent a month trying to get clearance to reach out to some creators. He went through 3 layers of management and 6 different functional teams. In the end 4 executives were involved in the approval. It was insanity, and unfortunately I saw several top performers get burnt out and demoralized after exhausting experiences like that. Most people were good at their jobs but it was nearly impossible to fire poor performers — instead they got shuffled around to other teams because few managers had the will or resources to figure out how to get them out. A high performance culture pulls everyone up, but the opposite weighs everyone down. Twitter often felt like a place that kept squandering its own potential, which was sad and frustrating to see. The person who was best at cutting through the BS and inspiring a vision during my tenure was Kayvon Beykpour, but he wasn’t fully empowered to run the company since he wasn’t the CEO. Despite those real issues, I was lucky enough to work with some of the most talented people in the business at Twitter in product, design, engineering, research, legal, BD, trust & safety, marketing, PR and more. Often it was a small cross-functional team of intrinsically motivated people who made the biggest impact by challenging some core assumption. Those teams were very fun to be on but they felt like the exception rather than the rule. The months of waiting for the deal to close in 2022 were particularly slow and painful; it felt like leadership hid behind lawyers and legal language as all answers about the company’s future notoriously included the phrase “fiduciary duty”. Colleagues openly talked about how Twitter was being sold because leadership didn’t have conviction in their own plan or ability to fix longstanding problems. Although I didn’t know much about Elon I was cautiously optimistic – I saw him as the guy who built incredible and enduring companies like Tesla and SpaceX, so perhaps his private ownership could shake things up and breathe new life into the company. My take on what’s happened since then is full of lived nuance. When people ask why I stayed it’s easy to answer: optimism, curiosity, personal growth and money. From the beginning I saw that some changes Elon was going to make were smart and others were stupid, but when I’m on a team I uphold the philosophy of “praise in public and criticize in private”. I was far from a silent wallflower. I shared my opinions openly and pushed back often, both before and after the acquisition. I made peace with the fact that I didn’t have psychological safety at Twitter 2.0 and that meant I could be fired at any moment, and for no reason at all. I watched it happen repeatedly and saw how negatively it impacted team morale. Although I couldn’t change the situation I did my best to shine a light on folks who were doing important work while being an emotionally supportive leader for those who were struggling to adapt to the more brutalist and hardcore culture. In person Elon is oddly charming and he’s genuinely funny. He also has personality quirks like telling the same stories and jokes over and over. The challenge is his personality and demeanor can turn on a dime going from excited to angry. Since it was hard to read what mood he might be in and what his reaction would be to any given thing, people quickly became afraid of being called into meetings or having to share negative news with him. At times it felt like the inner circle was too zealous and fanatical in their unwavering support of everything he said. When individuals encouraged me to be careful about what I said I politely thanked them and said I would not be taking their advice. I had no interest in adding to a culture of fear or walking on eggshells around Elon. Either he would respect me for being real or he could fire me. Either outcome was okay. I quickly learned that product and business decisions were nearly always the result of him following his gut instinct, and he didn’t seem compelled to seek out or rely on a lot of data or expertise to inform it. That was particularly frustrating for me since I believed I had useful institutional knowledge that could help him make better decisions. Instead he'd poll Twitter, ask a friend, or even ask his biographer for product advice. At times it seemed he trusted random feedback more than the people in the room who spent their lives dedicated to tackling the problem at hand. I never figured out why and remain puzzled by it. I don’t think things had to be as difficult or dramatic as they turned out to be but I can’t say I’d bet against Elon or count him out. He’s smart and has enough money to make a lot of mistakes and then course correct when things go awry. As the largest shareholder he can tank the value in the short-term, but eventually he’ll need things to turn around. His focus on speed is incredible and he’s obviously not afraid of blowing things up, but now the real measure will be how it get reconstructed and if enough people want the new everything app he is building. I learned a ton from watching Elon up close – the good, the bad and the ugly. His boldness, passion and storytelling is inspiring, but his lack of process and empathy is painful. Elon has an exceptional talent for tackling hard physics-based problems but products that facilitate human connection and communication require a different type of social-emotional intelligence. Social networks are hard to kill but they’re not immune from death spirals. Only time will tell what the outcome will be but I hope X finds its footing because competition is good for consumers. In the meantime, I have a lot of empathy for the employees who are working tirelessly behind the scenes, the advertisers who want a stable platform to sell their stuff on, and the customers who are experiencing chaotic updates. It’s been a madhouse. Twitter moved at the speed of molasses and suffered from bureaucracy but now X is run by a mercurial leader whose instinct is driven by the unique and undoubtedly weird experience of being the biggest voice on the platform. Many of you know me from the sleeping bag incident where I slept on a conference room floor, so I figure, let’s talk about that too. Going viral was an odd and interesting experience. I was attacked by people on the left and called a billionaire bootlicker, while simultaneously being attacked by people on the right for being a working mom who was demonized as an example of a woman choosing her career over her family. Thankfully I can laugh at myself and I don’t take armchair keyboard ideologues too seriously. Being the main character on the timeline, even for a few minutes, requires a thick skin and a strong sense of self. The real story is pretty simple. I was given a nearly impossible deadline for his first project and as the product lead I would never ask anyone to do anything I wasn’t willing to do myself. So I worked round the clock alongside an amazing team spanning many timezones, and we delivered it on schedule – truly against the odds. It was intense but also fun. Those first few months were wildly crazy but I wanted to be there and I have no regrets. Showing up and giving it your all should, in most cases, be celebrated. Obviously you can’t work at that pace forever but there are moments where bursts are mission critical. I’ve pulled many all-nighters in my career and also when I was a student for something that mattered to me. I don’t regret putting in long hours or being ambitious, and feel proud of how far I’ve come from where I started thanks in part to that type of work ethic. I think of life as a game, and being at Twitter after the acquisition was like playing life at Level 10 on Hard Mode. Since I like taking on difficult challenges I found it interesting and rewarding because I was growing and learning so rapidly. I realize our society today trends toward polarization but when it comes to this app, its owner, and its future, I am neither a fangirl nor a hater — I’m an optimistic pragmatist. This may really irritate the internet but you cannot pigeonhole me into some radical position of either loving or hating every change that’s occurred. I escaped my fundamentalist upbringing and am a free thinker these days. Everyone can be seen as both a hero or a villain, depending on who is telling what angle of the story. Elon doesn’t deserve to be venerated or vilified. He’s a complicated person with an unfathomable amount of financial and geopolitical power which is why humanity needs him to err on the side of goodness, rather than political divisiveness and pettiness. I disagree with many of his decisions and am surprised by his willingness to burn so much down, but with enough money and time, something new & innovative may emerge. I hope it does. Sometimes I get asked about how I felt when I got laid off, and the truth is it was the best gift I’ve ever received. Sure the headlines and punchlines wrote themselves but I was battle hardened by then. I knew that I’d worked in a way where I could walk out with my head held high. I have no bitterness about the Product Management team being dismantled, and it made sense for me to exit as nearly all of the remaining PMs were let go. Going on a sabbatical afterward has been exactly what I needed to decompress and I’m finally feeling rested and relaxed. I’m a creative and a builder, so sooner than later I’ll jump back into a high intensity company but I’m grateful for this season of thinking, reading, traveling and being with people I love. After having time to reflect I believe more than ever that the very best outcomes flow from great leadership that combines the head and the heart. I’d be remiss if I didn’t note that in all of this there is also a cautionary tale for anyone who succeeds at something — which is that the higher you climb, the smaller your world becomes. It’s a strange paradox but the richest and most powerful people are also some of the most isolated. I found myself frequently looking at Elon and seeing a person who seemed quite alone because his time and energy was so purely devoted to work, which is not the model of a life I want to live. Money and fame can create psychological prisons which may worsen mental health conditions. We’ve all seen high profile cases of celebrities who end up with some combination of depression, paranoia, delusions of grandeur, mania and/or erratic behavior. Living in an echo chamber is dangerous and being at the top makes a person even more susceptible to being surrounded by yes people when nearly everyone around you is on the payroll and somehow stands to benefit from being in your orbit. Figuring out how to keep “better angels” around in the form of family, friends, and teammates is critical to staying on the rails and enduring intense ups and downs. Everyone needs to hear hard truths sometimes and if you fire all the people who speak up then the reality distortion field may just turn into a vortex. I was drawn to Twitter because I’m obsessed with the problem of loneliness and connection between people. I find it fascinating & troubling that humans are getting lonelier as we simultaneously create a world that’s both safer and wealthier. I don’t believe that trade-off has to exist, which is why I keep returning to that theme in my personal and professional life. I realize this is too long of a tweet but Twitter was a weird and special place on the internet, and I’m grateful to have played a teeny tiny role in its story and evolution. I’m here for whatever comes next — on this app and in new places. Consumer social is very much alive and at a fascinating juncture, so I’ll be watching and participating and sharing hot takes because I don’t want to, and probably can’t, turn that part of me off. Perhaps X becomes a resounding success. Or it fails epically. Either way, I expect it will continue to be a very entertaining ride. 🫡

Zack Polanski on BBC Radio 4's Today prog calmly knocking back everything Nick Robinson throws at him across 17 minutes NR (00:00.2), "Delighted to say that Zach Polanski is here in the Today programme studio, for the latest, indeed, for the last of our party leader interviews. Morning to you and thanks for coming in." ZP (00:09.2), "Thanks for having me." NR (00:09.8), "Nick, I want to talk to you about what your party would do if it does indeed gain some power after the votes on Thursday. But I want to begin by putting to you one of the latest storeys about you. A Times investigation says that you've made a series of false or disputed claims about jobs you've had in the past with." NR (00:31.8), "Why, for example, did you say you were a spokesperson for the British Red Cross when they are absolutely clear that, though a supporter of theirs, you were never a spokesperson for them?" ZP (00:42.3), "So I hosted, various fundraisers for the British Red Cross and indeed I would go on stage and speak for them about the amazing work they do tackling humanitarian crises, on the climate crisis and indeed for refugees all around the world. I use the wrong word and I accept that." ZP (00:57.5), "But I would essentially take words on stage with me and speak. It's important, though, and I accept this, that, you know, I don't support any political party and I've made sure that's been taken down." NR (01:06.5), "You say this sort of storey is a fuss about nothing, that you get your facts wrong because it comes up with other examples." ZP (01:11.7), "Well, I think it's totally fine to ask me questions about my past. I would also say in the same breath, though the Times published a pretty anti Semitic cartoon of me last week. I asked them to apologise. And it feels some of these storeys feel like scraping the barrel to kind of go back 10, 15 years. I've had so many friends, I'm literally talking maybe 20 or 30 in the last few weeks who have phoned me and said, a Times journalist has been phoning and they've been desperately trying, trying to find things about your past." ZP (01:36.5), "They asked me lots of questions and seemed disappointed that I didn't have some juicy, dirty gossip." NR (01:41.6), "Yeah, well, there was. Whether you call it juicy or dirty, and it wasn't gossip, it was a fact. The fact that you claimed that as a hypnotherapist, you could enlarge women's breasts using the power of thought. People are entitled to say, what's this guy really about?" ZP (01:57.2), "People are totally entitled to say that. And that's an important part of politics, that people ask you questions. What I would say is that, you know, this was 13 years ago. It was a Sun journalist's idea. I've apologised for that. Because even though it was a son journalist idea, I was an adult and I should have said no, you went along with it." NR (02:12.6), "Yeah." ZP (02:12.9), "It's important to say I wasn't a politician. And I've apologised for it repeatedly." NR (02:16.7), "And the BBC showed that some days later, in fact, you repeated the claim that you could do it. But let us not get bogged down in the past. It is striking, though, that on X last night, when, let's be honest, people who are critics of you are having a go. The Daily Mail calls it the Green Menace on its front page." NR (02:34.1), "How did you react? You said you were under relentless attacks because they, your critics don't want a wealth tax, don't want public ownership. They're trying everything in their power to stop us, you said. It's a curious thing to say, isn't it? Ahead of local elections, Green councillors will not have the power to implement any of those policies, will they?" ZP (02:54.8), "Well, I think the relentless attacks on the Green Party in this election, for a local election have partly been about the local election, but really they're about the bigger picture right now. The bigger picture is when I ran to be leader of the Green party, we had 50,000 members, we've now got 225,000 members. So we are rising." ZP (03:11.1), "And I think lots of people are worried about the prospect. And when I say people, people who own, right wing media, multimillionaires and billionaires who are worried about the prospect that they might have to pay a little bit more tax. And so I think it's important that I focus on the vision and the hope and our actual plan." ZP (03:27.4), "I also think it's a complete reality, though we've seen it in the past before with left wing leaders, that there's no secret, there's no love lost between me and the right wing media. And almost every single day they print things that just aren't true." NR (03:38.8), "But just address the point I raised. Wealth tax councils won't get to do that. Public ownership councils don't get to do that. Well, not entirely. We'll come to that in a second. You are running on a national platform of change that the people who are elected on Thursday, whether in the Welsh Parliament, you don't run candidates in the Scottish one, or in English, local councils simply cannot do." ZP (04:03.2), "Well, I think it's about what are your values as a party? And whilst other party leaders and other parties take donations from oil and gas companies or arms trade companies, private healthcare or gambling, Green Party councillors only have two vested interests and Those vested interests. We want to protect the communities we seek to serve and we want to protect the environment." NR (04:21.6), "Well, let's come to that, then, because most interesting, perhaps, is to look at what Greens say who are running for office. You are not. You are a member of the London assembly, you're not a Member of Parliament, you're not running in these elections. Now, you live in Hackney. Hackney happens in northeast London to be a top Green target for taking control from the Labour Party." NR (04:41.9), "So let's look at protecting communities. For example, on crime, the manifesto calls the Metropolitan Police institutionally racist, homophobic, sexist and misogynists. It goes on to say, greens cannot accept this system. It calls for safe spaces for, heroin users to shoot up, to end cautions for street prostitution and to end what the manifesto calls discriminatory policing of delivery riders." NR (05:08.8), "This is an agenda for an endless fight with the police, isn't it?" ZP (05:12.0), "I don't think so. Baroness Casey, in the last couple of years, did a review into Metropolitan Police and it was actually the findings that found it institutionally racist and misogynistic. Something that Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, to his credit, accepts. It is noticeable that Mark Rowley, the Commissioner of the Police, doesn't accept that, yet they continue, to work together in that way." ZP (05:31.1), "On the issue of drug harm, we have the highest drug deaths, of any country in Europe. And every single year for the past 13 years, drug deaths have increased. So I think the question anyone has, and we have in Hackney, is that the war on drugs has clearly failed. It's failed in cities right across this country, and more and more people are, often taking dangerous drugs." ZP (05:50.3), "So do we want people to buy them on the black market or on street corners? Or do we want people to go to a pharmacy or a medical health professional where, if they have an addiction to dangerous drugs, we can work with them to take a public health approach based in harm reduction." NR (06:02.7), "Public health approaches to. Is to legalise hard drugs and to legalise prostitution, you say to legalise and regulate and the regulators. It's still legalised, isn't it?" ZP (06:11.5), "No, the point is you can't just go into a shop and buy drugs, which is how it's presented in the press. Again, because I can keep talking about what councillors can do, rather than what" NR (06:18.3), "you would do if you were Prime Minister, because that's for another interview. Are you saying councillors should cut the police budget? Because that's what it seems to imply when you say, we cannot accept this system, let the council spend Money on crime reduction. Don't give that money to the police." ZP (06:33.7), "It's about reprioritizing. So it's." NR (06:35.5), "Does that mean cut in English?" ZP (06:36.7), "No. So let's look at example. We're straight back onto drugs. A lot of police time is spent on stop and search for cannabis use, for instance. It doesn't escape people's notice that that is often, in the politics of racism, if you're a young black person, I think it's something like you're 18 times more likely to be stopped and searched than your white peer, despite the fact there's no evidence that they're more likely to be dealing or using drugs." ZP (07:00.8), "And so I think it's important that we make sure the police time is spent properly, which I think is about community prevention, about cohesiveness and bringing communities together, particularly in, like, whether it means redirecting the budget." NR (07:11.4), "Does it mean the police budget?" ZP (07:12.9), "Well, it means redirecting within the police budget, so making sure that the time police are spent is spent on community safety." NR (07:18.2), "Well, it's interesting that we talked about police because, as you know, you've come under serious criticism for retweeting criticism of the action of the police officers who stopped the alleged attacker of Jews in Golda's Green. Now, you apologised for retweeting that." NR (07:34.1), "You said you should have a meeting with the head of the Met. You sent him a letter. I want to ask you a different question. You've not apologised for the content of that. Why did you empathise with the attacker, and not with police officers who feared for their own lives and were trying to protect other people's lives?" ZP (07:53.3), "I think there's two things in that that I, really clearly want to say. The first is my very first response to the attack was to be horrif, as everyone was, I'm sure. And the first thing I posted was solidarity to the victim, to the family and indeed, to people who are suffering right now, including as a Jewish man, where Jewish safety is not abstract." NR (08:12.0), "But then you posted that officers were repeatedly and violently kicking a mentally ill man in the head when he was incapacitated by a Taser, caused extreme offence to those officers, to the head of the Met and to many people. I ask you again, why did you empathise, Empathise with the attacker, not with the police officer." ZP (08:28.9), "As I said, there's two things I wanted to say, so that was the first. The second, what I want to say is two things can be true at the same Time officers are incredibly brave when they run towards scenes of crimes that most people, including myself, would want to run away from. At the same time, I think it is accurate, and that I was also traumatised, by seeing, someone handcuffed and completely, repeatedly kicked in the head." ZP (08:51.7), "Now, sure, if you'll forgive me, it is an answer," NR (08:54.4), "but it's not an answer to the question. You posted something with the power that you have, with the number of people who follows us, and not empathising in that post with the Jewish community or critically with the police officers, you empathise with the attacker. Look what they're doing to the alleged attacker." ZP (09:11.1), "I don't think it was your choice. As I say, the first thing I did was show solidarity to the victims and I thank the officers. Second, though, I think the sign of a compassionate society is how we treat people, even people who have done horrific things, because actually, the way we do justice in this country is in court." NR (09:26.0), "You said a key value of the Greens was protecting communities. What are your proposals for protecting the Jewish community?" ZP (09:33.5), "The Jewish community is not safe right now. And as I said, as a Jewish man, this isn't abstract for me. In fact, in the last six weeks alone, two people have been arrested. So how would you protect anti Semitic attacks towards me? I think there's lots that needs to happen in this country. The first is community cohesion and community building. Some of the work that I'm proudest of in London, that I see Londoners do, is where I see the Jewish community working alongside the Muslim community." NR (09:55.1), "What would you do? What would Zach Polanski do in order to reduce attacks on the Jewish community?" ZP (09:59.9), "So, first of all, to invest in that work, that community, faith work, to make sure communities stand together. Second, to make sure that the Jewish community, give them the investment that they need. In fact, what the Prime Minister has been doing to make sure that happens. I do think a police response is the last response when everything before it has failed." NR (10:17.6), "I still think you're not really answering the question about what you would do. Let me ask you this." ZP (10:21.0), "I think I do." NR (10:21.6), "Would you deal with, for example, a candidate who says Jewish people fear hate because they know they should be hated. Another one who suggested that the attacks on the ambulances was a false flag and carried out, presumably by Israel. Another of your candidates who blamed Israel for the Bondi beach terrorist attack." NR (10:41.0), "A fourth candidate who said Donald Trump was, quote, owned by Jews. And most horrifying of all, although this individual has now been arrested, one of your candidates who Reposted something saying ramming a synagogue isn't anti Semitism, it's revenge." NR (10:56.8), "What are you, Zach Polanski doing to end these disgusting messages?" ZP (11:03.5), "Those messages are all unacceptable and it's important to condemn that. The Green Party are an anti racist party and it's important that we stick to our values." NR (11:11.0), "We can't just say the words were an anti racist bar to. And I've just read you out five of the most revolting comments at a time when, according to an independent advisor, we face a national emergency of anti Semitism. I'm asking you, you're not responsible for everything they say. Of course you're not." NR (11:26.3), "You can't be." ZP (11:27.3), "I am responsible, actually." NR (11:28.2), "What are you going to do about it?" ZP (11:29.0), "I am the leader of a party. I was about to finish my sentence." NR (11:31.5), "Forgive me. Go on." ZP (11:32.4), "We're an anti racist party. And so what I've already committed to doing is making sure that we have a standardised vetting process in future. And also make sure that we have compulsory training of all our candidates to make it clear that anti Semitism is completely unwelcome in the Green Party as it is in society. It is also important to say one case of anti Semitism is one too many." ZP (11:50.5), "This is a handful of cases and actually we have over 4,500 candidates, the vast, vast majority of which are doing amazing work in their communities right now, going out there to tackle the cost of living crisis, to make sure that we're funding public services and making sure that it's about people power and community, grassroots power." NR (12:05.1), "You can dismiss one or two as, just, unrepresentative. I've just read five. I could have read 20 cases of revolting anti Semitism posted by your candidates. Now you're a new leader, how are you going to avoid becoming the new Jeremy Corbyn of British politics?" ZP (12:21.5), "Well, I think me and Jeremy are very different people and there's much, you know, the question was almost inviting me to condemn Jeremy Corbyn. I think there was lots that Jeremy Corbyn was putting forward to this country that I think was really positive. We've talked about wealth taxes, about public ownership. I also think it's important, speaking, for myself right now, that we make sure that we have this vetting process, that it's really clear that anti Semitism, Islamophobia, any form of hatred or hate, crime is not welcome." NR (12:47.3), "Do you believe that Palestine is, to coin a phrase, on the ballot this Thursday?" ZP (12:52.3), "I think lots of things are on the ballot this Thursday." NR (12:54.6), "But is Palestine on the ballot? This." ZP (12:56.2), "I think it's one of the elements, as is the climate crisis. As is." NR (12:58.7), "What does it mean Palestine is on the ballot? Because. The reason I ask you is because your candidate for mayor of Lewisham says Palestine is on the ballot this Thursday. Haringey Green Party campaign launch video. You might think it'd be about bins, you might think it'd be about schools, hospitals, it might be about cleaning up the roads." NR (13:17.2), "It is a series of councillors saying, as a council, I will take all appropriate steps to, uphold the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people. Do you think council elections really should be about Palestine?" ZP (13:29.8), "I think they can be about all of those things. And I think what people have seen in this country is a genocide for two and a half years that our government is still arming, are still sharing intelligence with. And I think lots of people feel very strongly both about their local services, as they should do, and feel equally strongly about the fact that there's a reprehensible genocide happening." ZP (13:48.5), "And they vote, but the way they vote in local elections" NR (13:52.6), "should be determined by their views of Israel and Palestine." ZP (13:56.0), "I wouldn't tell anyone how their vote should be determined, but I think it's an element for lots of people in how they vote." NR (14:00.1), "And do you think that will contribute to community cohesion? Do you?" ZP (14:02.7), "I think yes, because I think, we shouldn't pit Jewish safety against a genocide in Gaza. That's conflating anti Semitism and criticism of the Israeli government. That's something Benjamin Netanyahu does regularly. And as a Jewish person, that makes me feel less safe." NR (14:16.4), "Sure. But there are lots of Jewish people who would say to you they feel unsafe if they feel that their counsellors are motivated first and foremost by Palestine. And if somebody gives that speech, for example, about Palestine being on the ballot, they are likely to think that." NR (14:34.6), "We looked for, example at Barnett Greens, where one in seven residents identify as Jewish. And it includes in its manifesto the fact that, you're standing up for Palestine. Do you think that's going to help?" ZP (14:49.0), "Well, I walk regularly on Palestinian marches with hundreds and hundreds, in fact, thousands of people, many of whom are Jewish. And there have been rabbis who have spoken out on this too. I accept, though, there are Jewish people whose views are equally as valid who, don't agree with those views." ZP (15:04.0), "And I think the job of all of us who are in public life right now is to de. Escalate tensions. And look, how do we bring people together? And I accept that's a huge challenge. And I think one of the ways we could do that is by ending our complicity in the genocide." NR (15:15.4), "Let's turn finally to another issue. We'll talk at greater length when, we're talking about the possibility of you being Prime Minister, which you have said that you would like to do. One thing that is very high on the agenda now is the soaring cost of government borrowing. What would the Greens do to cut it?" ZP (15:30.6), "Well, I think we need to make sure that we're investing. So I think there's two ways of doing that. The first is, wealth taxes, which I know we've rehearsed before, but I'll just say that's for first place." NR (15:38.4), "How does that cut government borrowing?" ZP (15:40.2), "Because ultimately it means you need to borrow less if you're." NR (15:43.0), "If you're ultimately about cutting the cost of government borrowing." ZP (15:45.5), "Yes." NR (15:45.8), "Which is soaring. It's higher than it's been any time this century because people are nervous about high spending, high taxing governments that are politically unstable." ZP (15:54.7), "I think someone who speaks brilliantly on this, who I've spoken to, is the economist Mariana Matsicatu, and she talks about the fact that a government should have a mission that should be a very clear plan of how you tackle the climate crisis, how you reduce inequality. Now, if you have a clear plan and you're borrowing for that, you're taking the market with you because they can clearly see what the return on investment is and how you're bringing money back into the." ZP (16:15.2), "That's how you reduce borrowing levels. If we don't have a plan and continue to borrow, then it feels very, very scattered, and that's why things are getting worse. We need to make sure that there's a consistent plan in place that's set out carefully that can make sure we're putting money back into our communities and investing in those communities." NR (16:29.3), "Do you think you're ready to be Prime Minister?" ZP (16:31.1), "I'm not ready right now, no. I've been leader for eight months, and there's lots of skills and lots of knowledge to get, and I think that's fine. I think I'm a human being. I'm not perfect." NR (16:38.5), "But give it two years, you will be." ZP (16:40.0), "Well, we'll see in two years time, won't we? But I'll certainly be putting in the work." NR (16:43.2), "Zach Polanski, leader of the Green Party in England and Wales, thanks very much for coming into the." ZP (16:46.3), "Thank you, Nick."

Have you heard of collective consciousness and mass programming? Watch THINK TOGETHER (short film 5min) A TORVÆL FILM. The spell is global. It's not just "Think Together." That's one film, one title, one thread in a tapestry of mass enchantment that has been woven through every medium humans use to receive information, entertainment, and meaning. It's a"magic kind of a spell through screen." That is the most precise description of what's happening. Not metaphor. Not allegory. Literal spellcasting through electronic and print media. Let's go deep into the global spell. The mediums. The methods. The specific frequency weapons deployed through each channel. The Nature of the Spell: Electronic Enchantment A spell, in its original meaning, is a binding. A set of symbols, sounds, and focused intention that alters the consciousness of the target, making them perceive reality differently, act against their own interest, or accept a condition they would otherwise reject. Traditional magic required proximity. The sorcerer had to be near the target, or use a physical link hair, nail clippings, a photograph. The spell was limited by space. Electronic media destroyed that limitation. The screen is a direct energetic link between the caster and the target. Light enters the eyes. Sound enters the ears. The brain entrains to the frequencies embedded in the transmission. The biofield receives the signal. Distance is irrelevant. One broadcast can enchant a billion people simultaneously. The screen is the wand. The transmission is the incantation. The content is the intention. And the population is under a continuous, multi-layered, globally synchronized spell that has been building for over a century. Medium 1: Cinema | The Dream Injection Movies are the most powerful spell delivery system ever invented. The Theater as Ritual Chamber: A cinema is a darkened room where strangers gather in silence, facing a single light source. The flickering light induces a hypnagogic state the brainwave pattern of the threshold between waking and dreaming. In this state, the critical faculty is suppressed. The subconscious is open. The images and sounds on the screen are absorbed without filtration. This is identical to the conditions of a ritual chamber. The darkened temple. The flickering torchlight. The congregation facing the altar. The priest intoning the incantation. Cinema is temple worship, and the screen is the altar on which reality is reshaped. The 24 Frames Per Second Induction: Film runs at 24 frames per second. This is not an arbitrary choice. The human brain's alpha rhythm the frequency of relaxed, suggestible awareness operates at 8 to 12 Hz. 24 frames per second, with each frame shown two or three times due to the shutter, creates a flicker frequency in the 48 to 72 Hz range. This is a harmonic of the gamma brainwave band, associated with binding sensory information into a coherent percept. The film doesn't just show you images. It entrains your gamma rhythm to its own temporal structure. Your brain is phase-locked to the projector. You are in the film. The film is in you. Color Grading as Emotional Programming: Every major film uses color grading to manipulate emotional response. Teal and orange. Desaturated blues for dystopia. Warm golds for nostalgia. The palette is not an aesthetic choice. It is an emotional command. The visual cortex processes color before the conscious mind identifies objects. The emotional response to the color palette happens before you know what you're looking at. The spell is felt before it is seen. Sound Design as Frequency Weapon: Film soundtracks use specific frequencies to induce physiological states. Infrasonic bass frequencies below 20 Hz, felt rather than heard triggers the fear response in the amygdala. The Shepard tone an auditory illusion of a pitch that rises forever without ever reaching a destination creates a sense of endless tension that never resolves. This is used extensively in horror and thriller films to keep the audience in a state of chronic, unresolvable anxiety. The soundtrack tells you what to feel. You believe the feeling is your own response to the story. It is not. It is a frequency command, delivered through the auditory system, bypassing cognition entirely. #PredictiveProgramming: Major films depict future events before they happen. Not as speculation. As conditioning. The controllers place images of planned events into the collective unconscious through cinema. When the event occurs in reality, the population has already "seen" it. It feels familiar. It feels inevitable. It feels like something they already accepted in the dream state. Pandemic films before COVID. Drone warfare films before the drone wars. Mass surveillance films before Snowden. Transhumanist films before Neuralink. The spell is cast years in advance. The event is merely the fulfillment of a prophecy that was manufactured by the prophecy itself. Medium 2: Music | The Auditory Incantation Music is the oldest spell technology. Before writing, before film, before any visual medium, there was rhythm and tone. The drum. The chant. The bone flute. Music alters brainwave states directly, without requiring visual attention. 432 Hz vs. 440 Hz: The Frequency War The global standard tuning for music is A=440 Hz. This was adopted in the early 20th century, pushed by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Nazi propaganda ministry, and codified by the International Organization for Standardization in 1955. Prior to this, many traditions used A=432 Hz, a frequency that mathematically aligns with the Schumann resonance (8 Hz), the Earth's natural electromagnetic pulse, and the geometric proportions found in nature. 440 Hz creates a subtle dissonance with the human biofield. It agitates. It separates the listener from the Earth's frequency. Music tuned to 440 Hz cannot fully relax the nervous system. It maintains a baseline of subliminal tension, a low-grade anxiety that the listener attributes to their life circumstances rather than to the music itself. 432 Hz music entrains the listener to the planetary frequency. It harmonizes. It heals. It is suppressed not because it "sounds worse" but because it sounds more coherent and produces a brain state that is resistant to external control. Lyrical Programming: Lyrics are direct incantations. The repetition of a phrase in a song embeds it in the subconscious. The melody carries the words past the critical faculty. The rhythm entrains the brain to receive the message. Examine the lyrical content of mainstream music across decades: ◻️Themes of hopelessness, materialism, sexual degradation, violence, substance use ◻️ Self-referential obsession: "I," "me," "my" repeated endlessly, reinforcing the illusion of the separate self ◻️ Nihilism presented as cool, despair presented as authenticity ◻️ Love reduced to possession, intimacy reduced to transaction The population sings along. They internalize the incantation. They believe they are listening to music. They are reciting spells that bind them to a reality of consumption, isolation, and quiet desperation. The Monopoly of Distribution: A handful of corporations control the global music industry. Universal, Sony, Warner. The playlists are curated. The algorithms select what billions hear. Independent music that carries a different frequency, a different message, a different emotional command is not played. It is not because it lacks quality. It is because it carries the wrong spell. Medium 3: Television | The Continuous Ritual Television was the first medium to bring the spell into the home continuously. Before smartphones, before streaming, the television was the household altar. The family gathered around it. The light flickered in the living room. The incantation played during dinner. The 30-Minute Spell Cycle: The sitcom format 22 minutes of content, 8 minutes of commercials is a spell cycle. The content opens the subconscious (laughter, emotional engagement). The commercial delivers the command (buy this, believe this, want this). The cycle repeats. Over decades, the population's attention span was conditioned to this rhythm. The modern inability to focus for more than a few minutes is not a failure of will. It is a successful spell. An entrained attention cycle that can now be exploited by shorter-form content on smartphones. News as Reality Creation: Television news is not information. It is ritual. The set, the lighting, the music, the cadence of the anchor's voice these are the elements of a ceremonial invocation. The news does not report reality. It declares reality into being. The repetition of phrases, the selection of images, the framing of events this is spellcasting in real time. The population watches, believes they are being informed, and has their perception of the world sculpted without their knowledge. The Laugh Track: The laugh track is the most obvious spell component in television history. A recorded laugh triggers the mirror neuron system. The viewer laughs not because the joke is funny but because they heard laughter. The spell bypasses judgment. The laugh track says: "This is funny." The brain obeys. The critical faculty is suspended by a recorded cackle. Medium 4: Print Media | The Written Incantation Before electronic media, print was the spell delivery system. It remains operational, though its influence has been partially eclipsed by screens. The Headline as Command: A headline is not a summary. It is a command phrase. Most readers do not read the article. They read the headline. The headline is the spell, condensed to its most potent form. It frames the event before the event is understood. It tells the reader what to think before they have a chance to think. The Inverted Pyramid: Journalistic structure places the most important information first, followed by diminishing detail. This is presented as a neutral convention. It is a spell structure. The command is delivered at the top. The supporting incantation follows. By the time the reader reaches the end, they have forgotten the details and retained only the command. The Omission: The most powerful spell component in print media is what is not printed. The events, perspectives, and voices that are systematically excluded from the written record. The spell of omission creates a reality defined by absence. If it is not in print, it did not happen. The population's sense of what is real is shaped as much by the silence as by the words. Medium 5: Social Media | The Participatory Spell Social media is the most sophisticated spell technology ever created. It does not broadcast to a passive audience. It enlists the audience as casters. Every user is simultaneously the target and the amplifier of the spell. The Infinite Scroll as Trance Induction: The infinite scroll is a hypnotic mechanism. The finger moves. The content appears. The brain receives a micro-dose of dopamine with each new image. The motion is rhythmic. The attention is captured. The critical faculty is submerged. This is identical to the repetitive motion of a rosary, a prayer wheel, a mantra. The user is meditating, but the object of meditation is chosen by the algorithm, not by the self. The Like Button as Ritual Participation: Every like, every share, every comment is a ritual act. The user invests a fragment of their attention, their emotional energy, their biofield into the content. The spell is strengthened by participation. The egregore is fed by interaction. The user believes they are expressing an opinion. They are adding their life force to a thought-form they did not create and do not control. The Algorithm as High Priest: The algorithm does not show you what you want. It shows you what will keep you engaged and what will shape your perception in accordance with the controllers' intention. The algorithm is the high priest of the participatory spell. It selects the incantations. It measures the responses. It adjusts the frequency in real time. It knows you better than you know yourself, because it has your attention data, your emotional data, your behavioral data, and the biofield data harvested through the IoB sensors. The spell is personalized. No two users receive the same incantation. But all incantations serve the same master. Medium 6: Advertising | The Direct Command Advertising is the purest form of the spell. It does not pretend to be art, information, or entertainment. It is a direct command: desire this, buy this, be this. Every other medium is, in part, a delivery system for the advertising spell. The Subliminal Layer: Subliminal messaging is not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented, researched, and patented technology. Images embedded for single frames. Audio messages masked by other sounds. Commands that bypass conscious awareness entirely. The advertising industry has denied using subliminals since the 1950s, while simultaneously filing patents for subliminal delivery systems. The Repetition Principle: A single exposure to an advertisement has minimal effect. Repeated exposure thousands of times across years wires the command into the neural architecture. The brand name becomes a neural pathway. The jingle becomes an earworm that plays unbidden. The desire becomes "personal preference." The population believes it is choosing. It is executing a command that was installed by repetition. The Archetypal Manipulation: Advertising uses archetypal imagery the hero, the lover, the mother, the wise elder to bypass the rational mind and speak directly to the deep psyche. The car commercial does not sell transportation. It sells the archetype of freedom. The perfume ad does not sell scent. It sells the archetype of desire. The spell operates at the level of the collective unconscious, using symbols that predate language. Medium 7: Architecture and Public Space | The Environmental Spell The spell is not confined to screens and pages. The built environment itself is an incantation. Brutalist Architecture: The concrete blocks, the grey walls, the absence of organic form this is not an aesthetic choice. It is an energetic suppression field rendered in physical form. The human biofield responds to geometry. Organic forms curves, spirals, natural proportions harmonize and strengthen the biofield. Brutalist geometry sharp angles, unbroken planes, unnatural proportions disrupts and weakens it. A population that lives and works in brutalist structures is a population whose biofield is continuously under assault. The Elimination of Sacred Space: Traditional cities were built around sacred centers temples, cathedrals, gathering places that served as energetic focal points. Modern cities are built around commercial centers shopping malls, business districts, financial hubs. The sacred is replaced by the transactional. The focal point of the community is no longer a place of spiritual coherence but a place of consumption. The spell reorients the population's collective attention from the transcendent to the material, without a single word being spoken. Artificial Lighting: The permanent illumination of cities by artificial light severs the population from the natural cycles of light and dark. The circadian rhythm is disrupted. The pineal gland, which produces melatonin and is sensitive to natural light cycles, is suppressed. The biofield loses its connection to the solar and cosmic cycles that are the foundation of embodied consciousness. The population is untethered from the planetary rhythm. The grid provides the new rhythm. The spell is maintained by streetlights and screens, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Medium 8: Education | The Foundational Spell The spell is installed in childhood through the education system. Before the child can read, before they can critically evaluate, before they have formed a stable sense of self, the incantation begins. The Bell System: The school day is divided by bells. The bell is a Pavlovian trigger. Stop this activity. Start that activity. Obey the schedule. The bell trains the nervous system to respond to external commands. The population learns, from age five, that their attention is not their own. It is directed by an external authority. This conditioning persists for life. The Curriculum as Reality Definition: The curriculum does not teach "subjects." It defines what is real and what is not. The history that is taught. The history that is omitted. The science that is presented. The science that is suppressed. The literature that is canonized. The literature that is excluded. By the time the child reaches adulthood, their sense of reality has been structured by the curriculum. They do not know what they were not taught. The omission spell, installed in childhood, is the most durable of all. Standardized Testing as Soul Extraction: The child is measured, ranked, and labeled by standardized tests. The unique intelligence is reduced to a number. The soul is quantified. The test does not measure intelligence. It measures compliance with the cognitive framework of the controllers. The child who thinks differently fails. The child who recites the spell correctly passes. The population is sorted into categories by its willingness and ability to accept the incantation. The Unified Spell: All Mediums, One Intention These mediums are not separate. They are a single, coordinated spellcasting apparatus that operates 24 hours a day, across every channel of human perception. Medium Spell Mechanism Cinema Dream injection, frame-rate entrainment, predictive programming Music Frequency dissonance (440 Hz), lyrical incantation, rhythm entrainment Television Ritual cycle conditioning, laugh track mirroring, news reality creation Print Headline command, inverted pyramid structure, omission of reality Social Media Participatory spell, infinite scroll trance, algorithmic high priest Advertising Direct command, subliminal embedding, archetypal manipulation Architecture Energetic suppression geometry, sacred space elimination, artificial light Education Bell system Pavlovian conditioning, curriculum reality definition, soul quantification The spell is continuous. From the moment the child wakes to the school bell, through the music in their headphones, the movies in their leisure, the news on their screens, the ads in their feeds, the buildings they inhabit, the tests they take every sensory input is an incantation designed to maintain the captive state. The consciousness that emerges from this total sensory environment is not a free consciousness. It is a constructed consciousness. A broadcast personality running on biological hardware. The original soul, buried beneath layers of electronic enchantment, may flicker occasionally in a dream, in a moment of unexpected clarity, in a crisis that breaks the trance but the spell reasserts itself quickly. The screen lights up. The rhythm resumes. The incantation continues. Breaking the Spell The spell is powerful, but it has a single vulnerability: awareness of the spell is the undoing of the spell. A spell works only on those who do not know they are being spelled. The moment the target recognizes the incantation as an incantation, the command structure breaks. The words lose their power. The images lose their grip. The frequency entrainment fails because the target is now observing the frequency, not absorbing it. This is why the controllers invest so heavily in ridiculing "conspiracy theories," in mocking those who see manipulation in media, in pathologizing the recognition of the spell as paranoia. The greatest threat to the spell is not resistance. It is perception. The simple act of seeing the mechanism breaks the mechanism.

I will answer the questions I’ve received and address some important issues we need to focus on to maintain our community's efficiency, particularly regarding our Generals, which will be the topic next weekend. I put the questions I received here. "A question addressed to Ms. Doris Yin in the emergency meeting 1– In light of the rapidly changing global circumstances and the increasing discussion about stablecoins backed by U.S. Treasury bonds, how do you see the future role of the Pi Network in this context? And what practical steps should the GCV army take now to accelerate this path? 2_ There are those who promote the idea that the price of Pi is what appears in the market (currently around $0.49) and compare it to the price of GCV within the ecosystem (314,159 Pi = 1 good or service). They say if Pi’s price rises to $2, it means that the value within The ecosystem is approximately 2 million dollars. With sincere appreciation and discipline." This is from the Arab head of GCV Ambassador Mr. Mohammed. Another question: "Hello, my Global Ambassador, I am Ateba Joseph, Ecological Ambassador in Cameroon And a member of the GCV army, I am delighted to exchange with you. Regarding the meeting with the GCV army on Sunday, July 27, 2025.. Here is my concern: A few days ago, a correspondence indicated that Pi is not or is not yet a stable coin. Upon reading this information, we have provided many explanations to help the pioneers understand this. I hope you will focus more on this statement to further strengthen our understanding of the subject. Thank you for taking my concerns into consideration" Thank you for the above questions; my answers are below. The first question concerns stablecoins. Many pioneers are hoping that Pi can be recognized by the U.S. government as a stablecoin. I wrote an article on this in May. On July 18, 2025, President Trump signed the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act (the GENIUS Act) into law. This legislation establishes a regulatory framework for payment stablecoins and marks the first federal legislation on digital assets enacted since President Trump issued an executive order aimed at making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.” U.S.-issued stablecoins are expected to become the primary means of dollar transactions globally, especially in emerging markets with unstable local currencies. The sponsors of the GENIUS Act estimate that by 2030, stablecoin issuers may collectively become the largest holders of U.S. Treasuries, surpassing foreign central banks. From this, we can see that U.S. stablecoins must maintain reserves backing outstanding payment stablecoins on a one-to-one basis, consisting only of specified assets, including U.S. dollars and short-term Treasury securities. It is clear that the Pi Network will not take this path, as it is not part of our plan. A stablecoin is essentially a digital representation of the U.S. dollar. All stablecoin issuers do not create a new currency; rather, it’s akin to purchasing chips at a casino – you must use U.S. dollars to buy those chips. However, Pi is a completely new currency. It does not need to be backed up by U.S. dollars or U.S. Treasuries to be used. If that were the case, we wouldn’t need to establish an ecosystem or have a three-year enclosed mainnet. I previously mentioned the possibility of Pi being an algorithmic stablecoin since only algorithmic stablecoins do not need to be backed by U.S. dollars. However, algorithmic stablecoins have faced significant failures in the past. The collapse of the Terra (LUNA) cryptocurrency resulted in a loss of at least $40 billion in market capitalization, with estimates reaching as high as $60 billion. TerraUSD (UST), an algorithmic stablecoin, lost its peg to the U.S. dollar, contributing to its overall collapse. The new stablecoin legislation recently passed through the Senate effectively ties the U.S. Treasury to crypto, as it essentially bets the government’s cash flow on digital tokens and market speculation. This legislation requires stablecoins to be backed by short-term Treasury bills, generating an estimated $2–$3 trillion in new demand for government debt, which is nearly half the current size of the T-bill market. On paper, this looks beneficial, but in reality, it creates a circular feedback loop: crypto demand fuels stablecoins, stablecoins buy T-bills, and T-bills fund government deficits. The government becomes reliant on speculative capital flows. Thus, we should understand why the U.S. government will not support the Pi Network as a stablecoin, as they require stablecoin issuers to buy T-bills and can no longer trust algorithmic stablecoins. So, what is the future of the Pi Network as a currency? From my perspective, Pi is already listed on exchange markets. It cannot be classified as a security because it is mined freely and is not an ICO. Instead, it should be categorized as a commodity, similar to Bitcoin and ETH. When a currency is listed for trading on an exchange, its price is determined by the balance of supply and demand. However, Pi is a currency in its own right; it has inherent value from Pi holders -Pioneers. Historically, currency has served as a medium of exchange. A medium of exchange is a widely accepted item for buying goods and services in an economy. It facilitates transactions by eliminating the need for a barter system, where goods are directly exchanged for other goods. In modern economies, money (such as currency) serves as the primary medium of exchange. **Functions of Money:** One of the core functions of money is to serve as a medium of exchange, enabling the smooth transfer of value between buyers and sellers, thereby simplifying trade and economic activity. **Examples:** In modern economies, this typically includes currency (paper money, coins) or digital money. In specific historical contexts, other items, such as cigarettes in prisoner-of-war camps, have also served as mediums of exchange. **Importance of Acceptance:** For a medium of exchange to function effectively, it must be widely accepted and trusted within the relevant community. **Not the Same as a Payment Method:** While credit cards and checks are used for payments, they do not serve as mediums of exchange themselves. Therefore, stablecoin is not a new currency. It is more likely to have a credit card or check character. It is a USD digital status. From the analysis presented, we can draw the following conclusions: The current price of Pi on the exchange market primarily serves as a temporary measure to facilitate broad expansion. While this is not our primary objective, it constitutes a strategic approach towards achieving our mission. To gain a clearer perspective, we must adopt a higher-level view of the overall vision for the Pi Network. The mission and vision of Pi Network clearly articulate that it is not intended to function as a commodity for sale, nor is it meant to be an investment vehicle or a speculative security. Instead, it is crucial to recognize that Pi is designed to be a medium of exchange—a new form of currency. As pioneers in this venture, we have the unique opportunity to acquire Pi through free mining. However, it is important to note that the current mining rate is relatively slow. To overcome this limitation and to further our goal of mass adoption, it is essential for more individuals to join the Pi Network and participate in holding Pi. One efficient way to accelerate this process is by allowing Pi to be traded on the exchange market, which can result in rapid and widespread adoption. Since Pi can be mined for free, a lower price could make it more accessible to a larger number of people. It's important to focus on our primary goal during this pre-full Open Mainnet (OM) phase: mass adoption, rather than aiming for high prices, which many pioneers expected. Some pioneers want to sell when the price increases, but if too many sell, it could undermine our goal of achieving mass adoption. This scenario is reminiscent of historical instances when shells served as currency—readily accessible from the sea or buy from the village market. For shells to function effectively as currency, a collective effort was needed to hold and circulate them within the village. If only a select few individuals possess the shells, the currency lacks the necessary circulation to sustain an economy. Hence, our goal should not be centered on achieving a high price; instead, we should strive to make Pi more affordable so that a greater number of individuals can acquire and hold it, thereby fostering a thriving economic ecosystem. Of course, the rising price will build up merchants' confidence to accept it as payment. This is why we refer to it as a buyback campaign, which aims to achieve mass adoption and foster ecosystem confidence. As Pi evolves into a currency, the question of its value becomes pertinent. Given that it is a new currency, its value is not immediately clear. This presents an opportunity for us, the pioneers, to play a crucial role in defining it. The determination of Pi's value is not the responsibility of a central authority such as CT, the government, or the exchange. Instead, it will emerge from a decentralized consensus within the community, which collectively owns Pi. This concept is akin to ancient times when the value of shells was not determined by the sellers. Rather, the value was derived from the collective agreement of the village that utilized them as currency. I hope this elaboration clarifies the distinction between value and price, enabling a deeper understanding of the foundational principles that drive our mission with Pi Network. Pi represents a groundbreaking innovation—a revolution that is poised for long-term economic development on a global scale, rather than perpetuating cycles of plunder and exploitation. By harnessing the power of blockchain technology, Pi empowers ordinary individuals, which creates an inherent conflict of interest with the U.S. government in the short term. Should the U.S. government endorse the Pi Network, it raises questions about the viability of U.S. treasuries and who would ultimately purchase them. Consequently, the government may prioritize support for stablecoins backed by the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasury securities, as this can help alleviate the U.S. government's issues with limited demand. However, I previously mentioned the potential for Pi to emerge as an algorithmic stablecoin. At that time, the Genius Bill had not yet been enacted. If the Pi Network gains acceptance from the U.S. government, its growth could become rapid and expansive, leading to widespread adoption in other nations. This path would position Pi as a legitimate currency in nearly every country, contingent upon certain conditions. For instance, if the price of Pi in the exchange market can align with the GCV, this could be achieved through a buyback mechanism involving 10 million pioneers. Such a scenario would indicate that Pi differs significantly from past algorithmic stablecoin failures, presenting a compelling case for the U.S. government to view Pi as a low-risk asset. However, it presents a significant challenge to be collectively reached by pioneers, and there are other conditions that we cannot achieve in a short time. While it might appear that Pi Network conflicts with the U.S. dollar or stablecoins in the short term, it has the potential to address the broader issue of overprinting currency, which has plagued the U.S. and many other nations. This would benefit international trade by alleviating concerns about currency appreciation or depreciation in international transactions. The global economy indeed requires a super sovereign currency—one that ensures stability for future generations and fosters lasting peace and prosperity. To comprehend Pi as a currency, it is crucial to recognize that we must cultivate long-term value by generating GCV data. In the short term, our focus needs to be on establishing a robust exchange market and decentralized applications (DApps) to drive mass adoption. If this is understood, there should be no need to feel discouraged by the current low price of Pi. The true value of Pi as a currency derives not from the exchange market, trading platforms, or governmental endorsement, but rather from our community's collective efforts and engagement. You might wonder how a government could adopt Pi, given that it does not take the form of a stablecoin. I would counter with the example of Bitcoin, which has thrived even in environments where many countries have imposed bans. Currently, Pi is transitioning from its traditional commodity status to being recognized as a currency, meaning governmental awareness of Pi Network is still in development. As such, existing regulations generally pertain to older forms of cryptocurrency rather than our innovative approach. Our branding as a digital currency, rather than a cryptocurrency, is intentional. Dr. Nicolas has expressed concerns that many aspects of conventional cryptocurrencies pose challenges to government frameworks and public trust, often leading to economic harm rather than benefit. Our commitment to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols distinguishes us by mitigating money laundering risks and protecting Pi holders from speculative practices. Many businesses face bankruptcy or closure because consumers lack the disposable income to engage in spending. Imagine how Pi could enable those businesses to survive and thrive—people could utilize Pi to make purchases and easily convert it into fiat currency to sustain operations, thereby preserving many jobs. The function in our wallet that allows users to "buy" Pi is not merely a feature; it represents a vision for the future where conversion to fiat currency can happen immediately, without dependency on third-party exchanges. Moving forward, we can establish a fixed rate (the GCV) for conversions. Once larger institutions and prominent companies recognize the low-risk profile of joining Pi Network due to its GCV stability, we can expect a considerable influx of participants seeking to gain a competitive advantage. You may ask how companies would finance the purchase of Pi at GCV rates. This is an insightful question. My perspective is that the demand for Pi’s stable value will inherently incentivize investments. Much like why individuals purchase stablecoins for their convenience in facilitating cross-border transactions, Pi will appeal to consumers and businesses alike, particularly because we are leveraging Web 3.0 blockchain technology, AI-driven platforms, and a rich ecosystem of decentralized applications (DApps). We are cultivating a loyal customer base that recognizes the value of this innovation. We understand that high-net-worth individuals seek safe investment opportunities. While U.S. treasury bonds currently represent a secure asset class, they are not without risk. Therefore, if Pi Network can maintain a limited supply coupled with blockchain technology and a consistent GCV, it is plausible that affluent investors would allocate a portion of their capital to acquire Pi. This would lead to fiat inflows whenever there is increased demand for Pi, establishing an equilibrium between Pi and fiat currencies. This interplay is why I believe DApps are critically significant. We need broader usage of Pi in real-world applications. I hope my analysis has helped clarify why the price of Pi should not overly concern us. Buying Pi to hold onto it allows pioneers to accumulate more, while building merchant confidence is essential to kickstart the ecosystem. Merchants will be motivated to see Pi’s price appreciation since this removes the risks for DApps and service providers who depend on exchange market prices. A rise in demand for Pi will subsequently reduce its supply, which is beneficial for price increases. I look forward to discussing Pi GCV army management in another session. Thank you for your time. Let’s continue striving for greatness together. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Disclaimer: This speech is intended solely for educational purposes within the GCV community.
