The ICE agent is yelling, giving a countdown, threatening to break the window… while another officer is trying to open the door from the other side. No explanation, or clear threat… Just escalation. Then, someone inside says, “I’m a U.S. citizen… you pointed a gun at me.” And that’s the moment everything changes. Instead of pulling back… instead of correcting… instead of even acknowledging it… The ICE agent snaps. “I don’t give a shit who you are, I don’t know you.” And then he immediately escalates further… raises the metal bar… and starts hitting the window… doubling down on force. A person says you pointed a gun at them… and your response is not to de-escalate… It’s to get MORE aggressive. That’s retaliation. JUST IN: Another migrant boat storms a beach in San Diego, just a few blocks away from where one crashed into rocks last week. Call it what it is: An invasion. The boat narrowly missed Jack Enright who was filming from the water. "I was taking photos of the waves on my GoPro in the water when all of a sudden I saw a boat flooring it right at me towards the beach. I moved slightly south and began recording," he said to Fox News' Bill Melugin. "The boat then beached itself and 8 or so people ran off the boat. At that point I was a bit worried they may be armed and kept a distance/continued to record." Sharing our computer vision system design for TRON: Ares. We approached these shots from the perspective of the machine. The frame becomes a field of observation. Every pixel is potential information waiting to be interpreted. The process begins by squarepacking the live action plates, dividing the image into a computational lattice. Once the grid exists, the system begins to read. Targets emerge. Motion vectors form. Signals ripple through layers of analysis. Inside these overlays lives the source code of the system itself. Streams of logic, fragments of instruction, the internal language of the machine. At times the imagery dissolves directly into that code, as if the world itself is being rewritten from within. Visual information collapses into structure, then reconstructs again as data. Scanning pulses move across the frame. Timers react. Coordinates lock. Each layer is part of a larger ecosystem of perception, constantly processing, evaluating, and iterating. The goal was maximum detail and living systems. Interfaces that breathe, think, and evolve in real time.

This is the eye of a missile built before GPS and artificial intelligence. This is the laser seeker head from an AGM-65C/E Maverick, a precision air-to-ground missile that entered service in the early 1970s. Behind this small optical window is a complete guidance system designed to find and track a target using nothing but reflected laser energy. The missile itself does not know where the target is even when fired. Built in an era of analog electronics, the seeker had to process signals, maintain optical alignment, and guide a missile travelling around Mach 1.2 without modern processors, GPS, or digital imaging systems. An AGM-65 Maverick cost an incredible $20,000-40,000 in 1970s production and became one of the most widely used precision strike weapons in aviation history.
