Is diplomacy better than nothing? Of course. But reality is Iran closes the strait when it pleases and we just gave them a huge concession in selling their oil on the open market. Rolled back 40 years of restrictions! And some of that money goes to fund terrorist ground like Hezbollah. There’s a reason nearly 70% of Americans say this war wasn’t worth the massive 132 billion dollar price tag.
