To people asking "if the order is returned and money refunded, where is the issue?" It's a lot lesser about money refund etc. Worth noting is that this guy shows up with 3-4 similar likeminded jobless chapris to threaten further violence. All this for calling him and asking why the fraud.

Yet another guy shows up at the office today and asks the security what time I come and what time I leave the office. Interestingly: They know that I am tracking them through photos/CCTV but seem to be confident that nothing will happen to them!

@amazonIN Please use Amazon for items under Rs 500. They do not care about your complaints. Their delivery people throw packages and can easily damage them. It is common for them to say Delivered without even showing up. @AmazonHelp in India makes it difficult to contact support.

@amazonIN @amazonIN - i have also experienced this in Bengaluru, your delivery guys intimidate and dont care about customers but their convenience. You need to revisit your delivery guy onboarding process. This is horrific and harmful because they know your address.

I never had issues with amazon before. Plus, its not about the value of the item. A guy rounds up a few more jobless goons and keeps showing at my office, and keeps asking the security guy what time i come/leave the office is concerning. A few folks on the thread had similar encounters with the same guy before. If not brought to justice, we are waiting for this guy to commit serious crime.

@amazonIN This is common with amazon or any other online commerce. Same for mushrooming courier like delihivery, xpressbees etc. They don't care for your money or time. As demand is more than supply so vendors also don't care about customers pain. Whenever qty matters qlty goes for a toss

@amazonIN Quality of delivery person deteriorated day by day. They do not even try to deliver, but they report as "door locked" , "address incomplete". They do not even try to deliver next day. Customer care executives may write yr issue but they never resolve it.
