If Ripple can change the rules, isn’t that TradFi with blockchain branding and how is it different from SWIFT or PayPal? 3. Why is RippleNet run by a centralized set of validators controlled mostly by Ripple Labs and so, why does Ripple call the XRPL “decentralized?” 4. Ripple is heavily focused on banks, central banks, and payment networks. Where does the public use case for XRP come in?
