Getting fired was not enough for this guy, he decided to get himself arrested as well. This dude is really special. Officers with the St. Petersburg Police Department were called to the Bert Smith Euro Collection BMW dealership in response to a terminated service technician, Justin, who was refusing to leave the premises. When officers arrived on the scene, the situation quickly escalated due to Justin’s erratic behavior. He repeatedly argued with management and police, claiming his termination was invalid and asserting that he had a legal right to stay at his workstation. In an attempt to shift the focus, Justin produced a temperature gauge showing it was 90°F in the bay, arguing that the working conditions were illegal and that BMW corporate required all shops to be air-conditioned. The responding officer handled the situation calmly, explaining that employment disputes are strictly civil matters. Because the property owners wanted him off the premises, the officer issued a clear verbal trespass warning and gave Justin a final two-minute warning to pack up his toolbox and leave peacefully. Justin refused to comply, remaining seated at his station. When officers moved in to place him under arrest, he physically resisted, forcing them to take him to the ground to secure the handcuffs. The bizarre behavior continued in the back of the police cruiser. Justin managed to slip his handcuffs from the back to the front—an action officers noted would bring an additional charge—before launching into loud, repetitive chants praising the St. Petersburg Police Department. He then began sharing rambling, highly unusual personal details about his ex-girlfriend with the transport officer. Justin was ultimately booked and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting an officer without violence. This guy was either intoxicated or has some kind of mental problem that he needs help with. The officers did a great job with how they handled things as they gave him more than enough of a chance to do the right thing.

Trey Devon Rosenthal was arrested around 2 a.m. on Sept. 13 at the Valero on MacArthur Drive in Alexandria, LA. APD responded after a clerk reported a large crowd trespassing on private property. The owner already had a no-trespassing letter on file. Officers used the patrol car loudspeaker and sirens to order everyone to leave or be arrested. Rosenthal was standing next to a running vehicle with the door open, talking to a woman and blocking the lot exit. Officers smelled alcohol and asked for ID. He refused. They told him he was under arrest and to put his hands behind his back at least 15 times and warned him about the taser multiple times. He did not comply. Officers deployed a taser. It was ineffective. Rosenthal pulled the wires, rushed toward officers, and threw a punch. Four officers then used tasers (two connected). He went to the ground. Chief Chad Gremillion said Rosenthal never lost consciousness, officers did not kick him or put knees on him, and they sat him up as soon as he was compliant. He was taken to the hospital, refused treatment, and blew a .120 BAC. Charges: aggravated resisting a police officer with force or violence, first-offense OWI, resisting an officer, and trespassing/remaining after forbidden. Bond was $7,000. APD released bodycam and said circulating cellphone videos left out the commands, the resistance, and the punch.

Man finds his way to a jail cell for behavior toward a woman in dollar tree. A female shopper alerted responding officers that while she was shopping she noticed a man by the name of Jensen was being inappropriate trying to take pictures of her from above to try and check her out so to speak. She provided police with a distinct physical description of the suspect, including his clothing and appearance. Officers entered the store, identified the suspect matching the description, and immediately moved to detain him. As officers placed him in handcuffs and escorted him out to the patrol vehicles, the situation escalated emotionally. The suspect started to lose his cool, revealing that he was currently on probation and expressing panic over the prospect of serving significant prison time. Throughout the arrest, he repeatedly asked officers to call his girlfriend and legal representation, while denying the victim’s accusations when confronted in the parking lot. Following the investigation, Jansen was formally charged with Exposure of Sexu@l Org@ns and Resisting an Officer Without Violence. His bond was set at $10,000 ($5,000 for each count), which he was unable to post. Jansen was ultimately found guilty on both charges and sentenced to 120 days in county jail.

After he was arrested in Dallas on May 30 for allegedly driving without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm, a suspect in Texas decided to take the police wheel into his own hands. The incident happened after the suspect secretly removed his left hand from his handcuffs. When officers began driving to jail, the suspect attempted to open the squad car's rear door, prompting the officers to get out of the car, and eventually climbed into the driver’s seat and took off. One of the officers managed to jump into the backseat of the vehicle. That officer then attempted to stop the suspect by tasing him and striking him on the side of the head with his firearm. The suspect opened the driver’s side door and jumped out after driving what police said was a distance of about 1,000 feet. At that point, the police officer was able to regain control of the patrol car, and the suspect was given medical assistance before being taken back into custody, where he faces numerous charges.

Officers from the Fort Myers Police Department in Florida were dispatched to a local Hooters restaurant. The manager had called the police to request that a male customer be formally trespassed from the property. According to the manager, the customer had been causing a disturbance the previous week by "running his mouth" to staff and other patrons. Although he was asked to leave multiple times during that prior incident, he initially refused, only fleeing when the manager went inside to call the police. One week later, the man returned to the restaurant, prompting management to call law enforcement to have him officially banned. When officers approached the man at the bar, they informed him that management wanted him trespassed. The situation quickly became tense as the customer grew highly argumentative. He began hurling verbal insults at the business manager. He repeatedly questioned why he was being forced to leave and continues to cause a disturbance. The officers repeatedly warned him to calm down, settle his tab, and stop creating a disturbance, noting that his disruptive behavior could escalate the situation into an arrest for causing a scene or breach of peace. After the man finally handed over his information to settle his bill and process the trespass warning, officers ran his name through their database. The system flagged an active, outstanding county warrant for his arrest. When officers went to place him in handcuffs, the man was shocked, repeatedly asking what the warrant was for. Officers informed him that the system indicated a charge related to the illegal possession of a firearm. The man strongly denied the charge, claiming: He had never been stopped or caught with a firearm. He did not own any firearms. He had an employee waiting outside who could drive his work truck home. The responding officers maintained a professional demeanor, explaining that while the warrant was confirmed in their system, a secondary verification process—including a fingerprint match—would be conducted at the county booking facility to ensure he was indeed the correct individual listed on the warrant. He was then placed into the police cruiser and transported to jail. There are no current public updates to this arrest available.

A restaurant dispute went from “I’m not leaving until I speak to the general manager” to handcuffs and a $1,000 bond real fast. Police were called after staff accused the customer of vaping inside, causing a disturbance, and refusing to leave after being told to go. Officers repeated the order, but she continued insisting she wasn’t leaving until upper management arrived. That decision changed the entire afternoon. When officers moved to remove her, the encounter escalated into a struggle as her husband stepped in demanding answers and information about filing a complaint. She was initially arrested on charges of trespassing after being told to leave and resisting an officer without violence. But here’s the part that makes the story hit differently: The criminal case ultimately ended without a conviction. According to the disposition reported with the case, the charges were dropped and the matter was closed.

She kept saying the receipts proved everything was hers. Then when officers actually wanted to see them, she said they’d DELETE them. A woman who told police she was homeless was asked to leave a Florida Walmart after store security wanted her trespassed. She insisted the carts packed with belongings were hers and repeatedly pointed to her receipts as proof. But the receipts weren’t why she was being told to leave. Walmart is private property. The store wanted her gone, officers explained that she had to leave, and she refused. After she was detained, officers attempted to verify ownership of her belongings by looking at the receipts she had been citing. That’s when she refused to let them see them, claiming the officers would delete her receipts. Throughout the encounter, she said she was being targeted, repeatedly portrayed herself as the victim, and accused people who challenged her behavior of racism. She was ultimately listed as facing criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police also reportedly alleged she later attempted to slip out of her restraints at the hospital.

NEW: ICE official debunks the media narrative being spun surrounding the enforcement operation involving a 5-year-old boy that's dominating headlines: "When officers approached Conejo Arias, he and his child were in a vehicle. Arias fled from law enforcement on foot, abandoning his child in the middle of winter in a vehicle. One of our officers stayed behind with that child while other officers apprehended his father." "After conducting the arrest, my officers stayed with the child. They cared for him, took him to get something to eat from a drive-through restaurant, and spent hours ensuring he was taken care of. Again, my officers did that, not his father." "My officers did everything they could to reunite him with his family. Tragically, when we approached the door of his residence, the people inside refused to take him in and open the door. Let me say it again: they saw the young boy, and they refused to open the door and take him back."

Police catch up with a hit and run suspect waiting at McDonald's in the drive thru. From burgers to jail in the blink of an eye. Kent Police Department officers located a Cadillac Escalade tied to a recent hit-and-run. The driver, identified as Justin, was spotted ordering food at a McDonald's drive-thru. Officers instructed him to park the vehicle so they could conduct an investigation. While Justin initially complied and exited the SUV, the interaction quickly escalated. Justin repeatedly ignored commands to keep his hands out of his pockets and attempted to walk away from officers, claiming his son was inside the restaurant. After being informed he was under arrest for obstruction, Justin pulled away as an officer attempted to secure his arms. Despite multiple warnings that he would be tased, Justin continued to resist. Officers took him down to the pavement with some questionable strikes to gain compliance before successfully securing him in handcuffs. Following the arrest, Justin was asked if he would take a field sobriety test and he declined. He was informed that a warrant was going to be issued to take a blood sample. He was subsequently transported and booked into the Kent Jail. Justin faces multiple charges, including: Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Resisting Arrest Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer Following his booking, officers did get the search warrant to obtain a blood sample and determine his exact blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) at the time of the incident was above the legal limit.

An Anambra-based woman has cr!ed out after Nigeria Police Force officers arrested her husband while he was on his way to buy drinks. The officers accused him of being a thi£f and later ext0rted ₦200,000 from him at Flyover Opi Iweke, Onitsha. According to her, a few days ago, her husband went to buy drinks. On his way back, he was stopped by the police and asked to show his documents. After presenting them, the officers complained about the car’s custom color. Before he could explain, they accused him of theft, handcuffed him, and put him in a Hilux. When he insisted they take him to a police station, there was a back-and-forth, and eventually, he transferred ₦200,000 to them. After getting home, the wife started making calls to find out which police division the officers belonged to. She was later told it was Okpoko Police Station. When she and her husband got to the station, the serving DPO responded immediately and ordered all the policemen on duty to come out so her husband could identify the culprits. After every officer came out, the offending ones were nowhere to be seen. The DPO then sent other officers along with the woman and her husband to the exact junction where the incident happened. There, the culprits were pointed out, and the ₦200,000 was refunded immediately.
