The Rain Song is one of Led Zeppelin's most atmospheric and emotional tracks. It's the second song on Houses of the Holy (1973), and it shows a softer, more orchestral side of the band. Jimmy Page wrote the music using a tuning he created specifically for the song (DGCGCD), which gives it that dreamy, open sound. He played it on a Danelectro guitar and layered in a Mellotron to mimic string sections. Robert Plant's lyrics move through the emotional seasons of a relationship, mirroring changes in the weather-from cold and distant to warm and full of promise.

✨ A lot of progress on my drone sim today which has now evolved to a kind of soldier + drone sim (my entry to the #vibejam even though I can't win of course) Today I changed the sounds from synth to real sounds, I edited a lot in Audacity to make these shooting loops and now it sounds much more real Also added ambient background sounds like nature birds but also general like distant war sounds And of course you hear the drone sound we had before The new game mode I'll show soon is you start as a soldier and you have like 3 drones in your backpack you can use, you press F and then you launch a drone from your point and attack, then if you exit that or it crashes you're back to being a soldier, very fun With the sounds it feels much more real and scary! I keep saying but then next is multiplayer...cause I want to see you all walk and fly around in my game 😊😊😊

Trump: I would like to sign an executive order that I will write myself and we will be sued and we will go before a court and may be, maybe we will have a judge that is realistic, reasonable and wants to do a favor for the country because that is the only way this will be solved.

🎓 Learn how to create a Cherry Wood Material in a matter of seconds in my latest video series (AAA) Pro Tips! ____________________________________________________ In this video, the steps are as follows: 1. Create a slightly red-colored fill layer with high gloss to act as the woods base material. 2. Add a second fill layer with a black mask, and inside that mask add a stripes greyscale set to planar projection. These stripes will act as the wood rings and should be projected onto your mesh in a natural way. The stripes should also be set to max softness, and followed by a Directional Noise 3 with a blend mode set to Difference. 3. Add a levels to tweak the mask and add an anchor point to the mask as well. 4. Create another fill layer with a dark brown diffuse, and store the information from the anchor point into its mask. Apply a levels to increase its intensity, and then add a fill layer up top with the anchorpoint information applied again, but set its blending mode to Subtract. 5. Create an additional fill layer with a very dark diffuse channel. Add a mask to the fill layer and inside its mask add a fill layer containing the anchorpoint information, from the Wood Rings. This fill layer can now be used to add some dark contrast to the center of the wood rings 6. A warp filter should also be used to apply some subtle imperfections to the wood rings and grain. Now we are left with a very nice result of Cherry wood! ____________________________________________________ More AAA Game Dev Tips can be found on my YouTube channel here: Stay tuned for more weekly Tips. Side-eye anyone? There's zero risk of Keeper Julius taking her bottle, but Latika isn't taking any chances, watching him like a hawk while taking her 9am milk feed! Orphaned due to a combination of poaching and drought — she had a snare around her neck when rescued — for a long time Latika was rather uninterested in the younger orphans around her, which is unusual for a female calf. That began to change early last year, and then Wamata arrived at the Nursery. Latika opened her heart to her, and while Latika still enjoys her own company, she'll make a point of seeking out her little charge. This #FosterFriday, consider adopting Latika and supporting her future:

a small thread on this. in JP, naoto sounds like a boy naturally. she has a deeper voice, but she makes herself sound older and more mature than she actually usually sounds. in EN, that was changed to her having a more mature but feminine voice, which misses the point

This woman handed over a mobile phone to her own brother to record a video. After that, she approached this old man and started screaming that he is assaulting her. 🤦🤦 This old man is priest of Shri Jankinath Temple, Ganeri, Sikar, Rajasthan. This woman and her family wants to takeover this land which belongs to the temple. Women like her are the reason that actual cases of molestation are not taken seriously by society today. Shame on her and her family.

As Lucy navigates a world where love feels distant and trust is hard to build, she slowly begins to form connections that help her heal. Raw and deeply emotional, Unloved explores abandonment, resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to keep hoping for a place to belong. R Director :- Samantha Morton

I tried to catch Rafif’s attention with the sound of the warplane flying above us, but since she woke up this morning, she’s been distant… not reacting like she usually does 💔 Please, pray for Rafif and support her with a word, a prayer, anything. Maybe she’ll smile again, the way she used to — that little smile that brings us hope 🕊️ Even a small comment or a single dot… let us feel that there are people out there who care, who think of us ❤️

This Dog & Pony Show is called creating a relationship. Skip it at your peril. In the hundreds of M&A deals I have worked on, the relationship between a buyer and seller (created over drinks and dinner) is the best indicator of whether a deal will close. An M&A deal is far from dollars and cents; it is an emotional roller coaster and the relationship is the glue that gets a deal to closing. My #1 advice is to do the opposite of what this moron suggests - invest in dinners, drinks, and anything else that builds goodwill with your counterparty - you will need it. If you (buyer or seller) take this approach👇, your deal will not go well.

Pierre Poilievre says Mark Carney is WRONG to suggest that Canada should abandon its special friendship with the US in favour of a new world order. He says that the US will always be our largest customer and that we must secure a deal. This is what a true leader sounds like.

And you wonder why birth rates are collapsing. You gave 140,000 jobs to a gender that is KNOWN to hoard their money, and you gave 4,000 jobs to the gender that is wired to distribute his wealth. You cannot build a nation by making the men broke and the women rich. Broke men cannot marry. Rich women will not marry. That is how you kill a country. Think about it. When a man gets money, what does he do? He finds a broke woman, marries her, feeds her, houses her, and starts a family with her. His money creates a family. His money creates children. His money creates a future. When a woman gets money, what does she do? She does not marry down. She will never help a broke man financially. She will save it, travel with it, buy bags with it, and then say "I don't need a man." Her money dies with her. It creates nothing. So what will those 140,000 women do with those jobs? They will not create families. They will have less time for motherhood, less time for marriage, higher standards, and zero desire to build with a man. You took jobs away from the PROVIDERS and gave them to the CONSUMERS and then you are shocked that no families are being formed. No country on earth will see its birth rate go up when the providers get less jobs than the consumers.

This involves handing over our government issued IDs and biometric data to a verification company. That company is AU10TIX. In this thread we’ll go through AU10TIX’s dark history, connection to Israeli intelligence, and much more.
