I asked Georgia Amoore how her year watching the games while rehabbing last season can help her now: “Last year, I was able to watch Soni, Kira, Kiki, and Lucy. Their movements, when they like to cut, when they like to shoot open shots, and that’s something I take pride in. Paying that same level of attention to detail during camp. I know what I can get with three-point shot making or pass-dribbling, but just learning my new teammates’ movements and what they like. My job is literally to put them in the best position to succeed. I’m not trying to do too much else. If I cam make you look good and learn what you’re really good at, I take pride in that. We have two weeks now of camp to figure that out…”

When I told you all that Pendragon is AMAZING and I'm a huge fan, that wasn't me being a team player. I'm a huge fantasy geek, especially when it comes to Arthurian lore, and my standards are high. This production absolutely exceeded them. So much so, I jumped at the chance of developing a companion podcast to enhance the enjoyment of my fellow fantasy geeks (and those who might aspire to a little geekdom here). What I'll be doing in these podcasts is analyzing the characters and stories, as you typically see in watch-along podcasts. BUT I'm also diving deep into the history, mythology, and Christian thematics of the series. And let me say, I had a BLAST digging back into works and references I haven't thought about since my days as an English Lit major. I especially tried to develop something that might be a bonus for Daily Wire's homeschooling families, so that they can even use this Pendragon series to enrich their own understanding of this historical period and the ancient texts that inspired Stephen R. Lawhead's work. Watching Pendragon is absolute must. But I hope you'll check out the companion as well because I had an absolute ball working on it!

Intelligence agents showed up at my door late last year. I told them to leave. They proceeded to call me from anonymous numbers repeatedly. Contacted my gym. Told me they wouldn’t go away unless I “built a relationship with them” as an asset. “Your audience will never know” Returned to speak with me multiple times claiming they were giving me “last chances” before they threw me to the wolves. They told me that the courts wouldn’t care if I was actually guilty or not. That essentially someone had to take the fall and I could ensure it wasn’t me. It was repeatedly implied to me that: “You’re smart you know it’s not what’s true that matters it’s the perception” I was made to believe there was a potential arrest coming. Made to believe I could never travel to the US again without being arrested by the FBI. Made to believe I might not be around to see my child grow up. None of these things were true. I can enter the US without issue. I was never arrested. I did nothing wrong. I was psychologically manipulated for months in an attempt to turn me into a government asset. We have one party consent in Canada, and I believe it is in the public interest for people to understand how this works, as I know I’m not the only one. I have nothing against the agent. He was just given instructions and a job. But I have no doubt if his job were to destroy my life and try to jail me based on “perception” not “truth” he would do it. I’m just doing my job as well by publishing this. These are just a few excerpts cut from hours of conversations to give people an idea of our conversations:
