I Think. Could AMD make RDNA 3 compatible with Shader Model 6.9, in partial (simulation/emulation) or whole? Cooperative Vectors might be a challenge. Then FSR "4" Upscaling + Redstone will come to RDNA 3/3.5. It is possible that they are working on it, but they can't promise.
