She’s grossly ignorant about 1930s Germany though. You cannot experience such greatness while allegedly killing and harassing people. 1930s Germany didn’t have sexual perversion, pornography, mass shootings, central bank debt, rampant abortions, high unemployment (H_itler put 6 million unemployed people back to work), high homeless (all but eradicated), high divorce rates (H_itler and N.S. Germany incentivized marriage and family), high poverty (all but eradicated), unchecked mass illegal immigration, political division, violent racial discord and conflict, etc. N.S. Germans had the highest standard of living on earth of any developed nation. 1930s Germany (under the N.S.D.A.P.) was nothing like what most people have been indoctrinated to believe. Nothing like it at all.

Who remember Pastor Taiwo Odukoya? A man I never met one-on-one but was responsible for my life transformation. He lost his first wife, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, to Sosoliso plane crash that happened in 2005. 60 Loyola Jesuit secondary school students also died in that crash. 110 passengers were on board with 109 losing their lives. Only 1 survivors who is still alive today. It was the deadliest crash ever in Nigeria history, It was a sad day for our nation. Pastor Taiwo Odukoya remarried in 2010. 5 years after the demise of his first wife, Pastor Bimbo. He married Rosemary Lulu, South African Pastor. Pastor Rosemary later died of cancer on 9th November 2021, r 16yrs after Pastor Taiwo first wife passed on. On the 30th of December, 2021, he lost his twin Sister Mrs Kehinde Hassan (Née Odukoya). These events left him devastated and he eventually developed some ailments which lasted for some months before he was flown to the United State for medical attention. He eventually gave up the ghost in August, 2023, His church, Fountain of life church, Ilupeju is today Pastored by his first son, Jimmy Odukoya and his daughter, Tolu Odukoya. May his gentle soul continue to rest in peace. Amen

I highly recommend listening to this moving conversation between Chuck Swindoll and his daughter, Colleen Thompson, which took place in 2022, when Swindoll was 88 years old. In it, he shares details about the pain of being raised in a home where he was shown almost no affection and was bluntly informed that he had been "a mistake." His concluding prayer is poignant and reveals the heart of a man who has learned through hardship to be humble, grateful, joyful, and content: "Lord, we are grateful that You do know the way that we take. You never learn that way. You know it. You knew it would be like it is today, and You knew that in eternity past. You're always on our side. No one could love us more than You love us. No one could have more compassion for us or have our good at heart more than You do. So grateful... Remind us of David's words: 'I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined unto me and heard my cry. He lifted me up from a horrible pit and put my feet on a rock and established my goings. He put a new song in my mouth even praise to my God. Many will see it and fear and trust in the Lord.' Thank you, Father, for this day and for helping me get through this story. Thank you for my original family and all of its struggles and difficulties, that my mother never aborted me, that she bore me. And though my mom and dad really didn't know me and who I was, they cared for me. They fed me. They clothed me. They provided shelter for me. Thank you for that. And today, I honor them. Good morning, my brothers & sisters... And those who scoff at me, all the same. I needed that sabbath this week, fam. I don't know about you, but... I feel recharged & ready to go full throttle. Today, I challenge you to be the light at the end of somebody's tunnel. Pray with me... Let's do this. John 11:35-45 "Jesus wept. Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. Lord Jesus, Thank You for waking me up in Your mercy one more time. Every breath I take is proof that You aren’t done with me yet. I remember where I was before You found me. I was lost, broken, & filthy in my sin. I was walking straight toward hell with pride in my heart, thinking I was living, when I was really dying slow. Lord, You stepped in when I called Your name. That one moment, when I dropped to my knees & said, “Jesus, I surrender,” is when the chains snapped. I felt Your Spirit move through me like fire, washing off the filth the world left behind. The blood You shed hit my soul like thunder, & for the first time, I felt clean. Not perfect, but forgiven. Not strong, but covered. Lord, that’s when I understood what it means to be saved. I was saved not by works, not by being a “good person,” but by grace. You are the way, the truth, & the life. Nobody goes to the Father except through You. Being a believer isn't religion, it’s a relationship. It’s not about looking righteous, it’s about being reborn. You showed me that Heaven isn’t earned but accepted by accepting You as our Savior. The only way is in Your name... The name above all names, Jesus Christ. Still, the enemy comes for me, whispering lies, trying to pull me back... I laugh, because I already know You win. The devil can bark all he wants, but he can’t bite what You already claimed. My soul is Yours, Lord. My fight is Yours. My life is Yours. Use me, Father. Mold me into the warrior You called me to be. When I walk into darkness, let Your light blaze through me so the lost can see the way home. Give me strength to love when I’m hated, to forgive when I’m wronged, to speak Your truth even when it costs me everything. Lord, I don’t want to just talk about You... I want to walk like You. Teach me to move with compassion, to live with conviction, & to stand like a soldier who knows who he’s fighting for. I'm not perfect, but I’m Yours. So today, I put on the full armor. I have faith in my spirit, truth on my tongue, & Your Word in my heart. Whatever comes my way, I’ll face it head-on, because I know my King already conquered the grave. In the mighty, merciful name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen & Amen. Proverbs 3:34 "Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly." James 4:6 "But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." Everyday, all day, praise Him that saved you from the stink of sin & failure. True success isn't in a bank account. True success is living a life of joy & love in your heart. Carrying grudges won't win anything. Carrying forgiveness wins everything. Forgive if you want forgiven. Today, I challenge you to be the light at the end of somebody's tunnel. Pray with me... Let's do this. John 11:35-45 "Jesus wept. Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him." Lord Jesus, Thank You for waking me up in Your mercy one more time. Every breath I take is proof that You aren’t done with me yet. I remember where I was before You found me. I was lost, broken, & filthy in my sin. I was walking straight toward hell with pride in my heart, thinking I was living, when I was really dying slow. Lord, You stepped in when I called Your name. That one moment, when I dropped to my knees & said, “Jesus, I surrender,” is when the chains snapped. I felt Your Spirit move through me like fire, washing off the filth the world left behind. The blood You shed hit my soul like thunder, & for the first time, I felt clean. Not perfect, but forgiven. Not strong, but covered. Lord, that’s when I understood what it means to be saved. I was saved not by works, not by being a “good person,” but by grace. You are the way, the truth, & the life. Nobody goes to the Father except through You. Being a believer isn't religion, it’s a relationship. It’s not about looking righteous, it’s about being reborn. You showed me that Heaven isn’t earned but accepted by accepting You as our Savior. The only way is in Your name... The name above all names, Jesus Christ. Still, the enemy comes for me, whispering lies, trying to pull me back... I laugh, because I already know You win. The devil can bark all he wants, but he can’t bite what You already claimed. My soul is Yours, Lord. My fight is Yours. My life is Yours. Use me, Father. Mold me into the warrior You called me to be. When I walk into darkness, let Your light blaze through me so the lost can see the way home. Give me strength to love when I’m hated, to forgive when I’m wronged, to speak Your truth even when it costs me everything. Lord, I don’t want to just talk about You... I want to walk like You. Teach me to move with compassion, to live with conviction, & to stand like a soldier who knows who he’s fighting for. I'm not perfect, but I’m Yours. So today, I put on the full armor. I have faith in my spirit, truth on my tongue, & Your Word in my heart. Whatever comes my way, I’ll face it head-on, because I know my King already conquered the grave. In the mighty, merciful name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen & Amen. Proverbs 3:34 "Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly." James 4:6 "But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." Everyday, all day, praise Him that saved you from the stink of sin & failure. True success isn't in a bank account. True success is living a life of joy & love in your heart. Carrying grudges won't win anything. Carrying forgiveness wins everything. Forgive if you want forgiven. I don't know how else to say it, folks. I want all to succeed. I truly do. He knows I have no enemies, although they might. Get up. Grind. Hustle. Work. Pray. Forgive. Win. Let's get it.🃏👑✝️
