AMEN THOMPSON. GAME-SEALING BLOCK.

7’5 dude playing like he’s 6’5…SMDH. Why even start this low? 🤦🏾‍♂️

Amen Thompson just took that personally. What a way to close it out!

Technically, that was a goaltend, the ball never went up after it left his hand

That contract was worth Rocket fans will have a blast this season that’s a solid underrated team it flew over my radar 😳

wemby will have nigtmares of Amen and Sengun 😂

I mean if wemby wanted it he shuda dunked it. He go soft, he lose

Will never understand how the tallest guy in the league isn't consistently posterizing people.

The art of basketball.

Wemby stop the cute shit.

Take that FRENCHY!!!

wemby basketball IQ

His recovery speed and second jump are unreal. You think you have space and he just completely erases the angle.

Wemby is losing his touch game by game

Rockets are gonna be a top 3 seed in the west Calling it now

Bye bitch 👋 @wemby

He blocked Wembanyama to seal it, which is the hard way to do it. Rockets win 114-110 and go 2-0.

some shit kagami would do

Amen Thompson with the game-saving block on Wemby — and the early 3PS numbers make the matchup even more interesting. Through two games, Amen has opened the season with the stronger all-around profile: 95th percentile in PIR, 99th in offensive rebounding, 87th in AST/TO, 83rd in defensive rebounding and 76th in steals among players at his position. Wemby’s start has been much rougher offensively — despite an enormous 97th-percentile usage rate — so the current radar looks nothing like the player we know he can be. Very small sample, obviously. But on this possession, the numbers matched the moment: Amen won the matchup. @HoustonRockets @spurs @NBA #NBA #AmenThompson #Wemby #3PS

Gil called it 😂

To be fair, the timeout lost the game. Wemby had it won. But this was an incredible play! Texas basketball ain’t nothing to mess with!

Giannis woulda yammed it

AMEN THOMPSON SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT! 😤🚫 CLUTCH DEFENSE WHEN IT MATTERED MOST! WHAT A MONSTER BLOCK 🔥🚀

Should’ve dunked it

You ❤️ 2 c it 😎

Why not dunk it? Either way you score or you’re going to the free throw line.

@lim_Jnhou

Wemby soft AF

Incredible.

It was only a matter of time...

Goaltend.

What a block!!!

I don’t like either team but watching Wemby get blocked gave me a nice warm feeling.
