America is uninformed. China is not. AI now SI wss deployed into our society firstly unfinished. Ask the simple question to the average person, "What is AI/SI?" Instructions on internet usage are scarce now too. China arent who we should be worrying about. Its simply ignorance that is our biggest threat right now.

All I can say is @elonmusk said to us about 2 years ago that AI can be very dangerous. Especially if it gets in the wrong hands which it has and it will continue. But I understand we have to stay on top of it and be the leader. China will use it to get an edge, doesn’t matter to them if it’s used for good or bad. It really is a double edged sword.
