I don't know.. call me the odd woman out.. But I didn't see what was so wrong with the young man's excitement. He worked hard to reach that diploma goal and it was his last HS hoorah. It's not like he disrespected anyone or anything. He was excited! I mean....🤷‍♀️

When I graduated from high school in 1977 we were told that the ceremony was optional and if we caused a disturbance or acted up we would never get our diploma.
