What Europe does extremely well for their players, is give them a SOLID FOUNDATION of understanding team basketball, give them freedom to build their Individual Skill, and make every game Meaningful Something. That Foundation is simple to teach, we don’t do a good job of it in America. In top of that, when players don’t do the little things, we don’t hold them accountable to them. When the best ones get to the next level where their talent/skill is even, they can’t get on the floor or impact winning bc of this. By sheer numbers we’ll always have Size/Speed/Athleticism and Skill to choose from. Build these players with Stronger TEAM FOUNDATIONS, hold them accountable to it, and you’ll build AMERICAN BASKETBALL. Aditya was one of the early engg in Facebook & in week 2 of joining he was still figuring out what to do,none were giving any directions. Mark walked upto him & asked him to build a search engine -just him he didn't mean a team. Because people want to search for others through the search engine in Facebook & this is crucial. Aditya was pretty skeptical about himself as he didn't know how to build one. He suggested hiring someone from Google or Yahoo to build this out, Mark was like: "Dude if I can build Facebook you can build a damn search engine" And he actually ended up doing it! Still now he shares this lesson from this defining moment of his life to every founders - Anything could be done if you'd put your mind into it.

What's crazy to me is that they are so heads down that nobody knows them yet… but still they already raised GBP 10M+ from the founders of stripe (Patrick Collison John Collison), Nat Friedman, Harry Stebbings, Pietro Invernizzi, taavet hinrikus and Plural and many more. The Company is RIVAN – Rivan Their product? Getting the CO2 out of the air and combine it with H2 from water -> to create gas, which they directly pump into the network grid to make money. The same kind of gas we currently have to pay Russia for… we fight wars for… just without drilling into the ground and releasing CO2, but "mining the sky" instead! This kind of tech is still in early stages – and tons of hypotheses have to be validated – but in the next five years the math can work out and if there's a team to figure this out, it's this one. Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.

Thats it. Everything else in the Ukrainian military is a US/NATO product. Ukraine’s military is an army that the US/NATO built for fighting Russia indirectly. They are a pawn on a chess board, and the US/NATO view them as dispensable. That’s why Putin escalated in 2014 when the US conducted regime change in Ukraine. He knew what the US were up to. He knew the US were planning to build an army on his border. An army designed to fight Russia. He was right. Flashback to 2016, when corrupt US politicians, Graham, Klobuchar, and McCain, were in Ukraine telling the Ukrainian soldiers that the US will provide them with everything they need to go on the offensive and fight Russia. People immigrate here for the American Dream. Not to live in the Communist countries they fled from. The American Dream is for people who get off their ass, get a job, start a buisness, fail, build it back, never allow anyone to tell you "you cant". The youth in this country have been given everything since the day they were born. They got participation medals for coming in last. They were taught everything needs to be handed to them. They don't understand that everything is not free. Your freedom comes from being allowed to build yourself up and make however much money you want. The American Dream was never and will never be based off a goverment telling you what to do.

The number of scammers in Italy is absolutely insane, and they become aggressive if you refuse to fall for their scams. It was one of the major downsides of staying in Italy; you couldn't even sit and have a coffee in peace without Gypsies and Africans trying to scam money out of you with their knockoff trinkets. One scammer tried to target this guy, and when he realised he was being recorded, he went to two female police officers who sided with the scammer and told the tourist to delete the footage.

How much is too far. In Birmingham, AL a realtor was getting ready to show an open house when he was approached with what looked like a weapon and a robber asking for anything of value. This is when the story turns. The realtor explains the only thing of value he has is this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The robber took interest in the home and when it’s all said and done goes under contract. But what really happened is it was all advertisement. So how far is too far, did this realtor take it to the extreme and would it make you want to use him.
