So true! I’m an @AmericanAir Platinum member and I’ve had repeated horror stories—including missed international connections with zero apologies. Unparalleled rudeness from staff. Philly hub is the worst. I’m switching to @Delta despite the mileage loss because I can’t take it anymore. I even question their employee screening—feels like another security issue is coming. #PaxEx

My sons flights were 1) cancelled with overnight stay 2) delayed, get to airport- no gate so 3) missed connection requiring overnight stay 4) delayed but finally home after 3 days! And they tried to make him pay for the second hotel bc it was ATC but he would’ve been home if they hadn’t cancelled his first flight! Madness!

@Ilegvm Oh no 😟 My Daughter and Granddaughter are flying on American Airlines out of Norfolk VA to Phoenix Arizona and have a layover in Charlotte NC on Thursday for A Jujutsu Tournament I am going to be worried sick until they land 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Had to fly out from Costa Rica. Southwest Airlines made it to Albuquerque on time. Flew @aairwaves, had to fly to Miami then to Dallas then to Albuquerque. Got there the next day. Ridiculous!

Yea the problem is there's barely any competition anymore... If you want to go somewhere you take the airline that goes there. I miss Continental... The last airline that knew they were providing service and its passengers were customers. Now they don't give a shit... And since you made everyone including flying waitresses part of the "crew" the power has gone so far to their heads that if you disagree with them you're banned for life for being problematic. They fly you all over the country to maximize profits, they're too many people in one plane.... All carrying their stupid bags, the airlines made us do that because they want to sell the cargo space... Everyone got used to that so now they want to make you pay for a carryon.... It's all profit and it's all because of these publicly traded companies that live on maximizing profit instead of taking care of their customers. Remember when you knew if you got the exit row you'd have a little bit more room... Now nope 50 extra dollars or are you part of club? JK I love airlines

This woman is flying from Toronto YYZ to Orlando MCO There are 4 + airlines and 1000 seats non-stop on this route DAILY She elected to connect via Philadelphia, one of the most delay prone airports in the world

I do not believe there were no working toilets; the pilots and crew's needs were met, just not the passengers. They already had your money, but the crew will call their union reps if there's an illegal lack of toilets during a work shift.

I wouldn’t FLY ANYWHERE RIGHT NOW UNLESS, it was for Life saving surgery or For work and absolutely necessary otherwise I would lose my job. THIS IS ALL THERE IS GOING TO BE FOR MONTHS!! This won’t be fixed for MONTHS if that.
