No legal alcohol in Saudi Arabia yet, it’s a black market illegal. Just look at how strict Ramadan rules are for eating and drinking in public, even at resorts. Foreign diplomats are the only ones who have special permission but even then it’s almost impossible unless you are a big name and huge fees are paid.

This is life in Middle East & South Asian countries like Pakistan as well. Families will come out when its cooler at night & just eat/chill. Restaurants & chai spots stay open real late bc of this. Many sleep in till 12pm. Ive even seen private Dr clinics be open from 4-11pm

That’s because during the day it’s hot and miserable outside. So people go outside when it’s more bearable to do normal things, shopping, eating, socialising, etc.
