This is a crazy case of a nurse who was arrest arrested for refusing to take a blood sample of an unconscious patient and hand it over to the Salt Lake City, police. The unconscious patient was hit by a suspected felon during a police chase. The felon hit the truck driver, putting him in an unconscious state in the hospital. The police wanted a blood sample from him. The nurse rightfully under orders from her superiors, and the law cannot just turn over the blood sample without consent from the patient or a warrant.. The police had no such warrant. She even had her hospital administrator sticking up for her, but she was arrested anyway. If she had turned over that blood sample, she would've lost her job as a nurse, and probably her license. In this case, I do not think she was hindering an investigation. My question is why didn't the cops get a warrant? They couldn't have a judge sign off on one? If you were this nurse, what would you have done? It's a terrible position for her to be put in.!!

love how woonhak was telling riwoo about tansansu while literally walking in circles like he really cannot believe tansansu said “I love you” to him 😭 im crying the 3x speed storytelling is so funny ngl 🧸: i just suddenly missed her, so i called and said i wanted to see her. then she was like, “why are you like that oppa” and i was like, “wow, how can you talk to me like that?” so i asked, “what are you doing? isn’t it children’s day the day after tomorrow? what are you up to?” and then she told me “oppa, you know that im off tomorrow and the day after” so i said “really? then what are you doing tomorrow?” and suddenly she goes "im going to the sea in incheon” 🧸i asked what she was going there for and who she was going with, and she said no one else just her and one friend. she has this really close best friend. so my younger sibling is going on a little outing not really a trip, more like a day trip to incheon with that friend, just the two of them. and as his older brother, of course i was worried. like, how are the two of them going to manage that? she's only in second year of middle school. The nurse in charge of this woman’s care doesn’t seem to be taking her job seriously. The woman suffers from seizures. She was afraid that the nurse would neglect her so she set up her camera on her phone. She then proceeds to have multiple seizures while on camera. The nurse in charge of her was nowhere to be found but luckily another nurse walked by and saw what was going on and stepped in. The Dr let out a sigh in frustration that the woman was left alone like that while being cared for seizures. It’s one thing to be lazy and not like your job but when your job is caring over another life, the consequences need to be brutal, should she be fired and fined for her disregard for patients lives?

When I was traveling to NC I bought a window seat because I wanted to enjoy the scenery, it was slightly more expensive than a normal seat. When I got boarded, I went to my tow and I looked at my seat and there was a kid sitting there. I was confused because this was the seat I paid for, I had no idea who the kid was and why they were in my seat. A woman came up and handed some snacks to the kid and then sat down at the seat next to the kid and I asked her if they were in the right seat and she said yes. I said the window seat was mine and showed the ticket. She said well her daughter wanted to sit there, I said well if she did you should have paid for it because I did. She asked if I had kids and I said no, and she said well when you do you will appreciate it because things like this will keep them quiet during the flight. Once again I said that’s fine but I paid for this for a reason, you should have planned ahead. I ended up having to get an attendant who made them move, but the woman wasn’t quiet about it she started calling me selfish and what kind of person would take stuff away from a kid. I said the kind of person that paid for the things they feel entitled to. I did end up feeling bad about it later but it wasn’t really my problem, I didn’t want to be emotionally blackmailed because she didn’t want to pay more money for that set. This woman moved seats on her own and was told she would be booted if she didn’t sit in her assigned seat. I’m sure there is a reason behind this, I think I read an article once that said it was due to weight and such. Would you move though? It doesn’t seem like much of a big deal to me.
