I'm like, 'That's so beautiful to hear,' because that means I've been telling all these nurses about the hepatitis B, and a lot of the nurses are even trying to get out of it now, too, because they're uncomfortable giving it because I've been pounding it into their brain. Does that not sound like follow the orders? ...She's a nurse, but of the entire women's floor, the labor and delivery floor, the antepartum and postpartum and all of women's health in there. She's the manager. The top one. And so she said, 'If you have questions, you can go to the head pediatrician and you can give her your information.' I said, 'Okay, I'll do that.' This is a crazy case of a nurse who was arrest arrested for refusing to take a blood sample of an unconscious patient and hand it over to the Salt Lake City, police. The unconscious patient was hit by a suspected felon during a police chase. The felon hit the truck driver, putting him in an unconscious state in the hospital. The police wanted a blood sample from him. The nurse rightfully under orders from her superiors, and the law cannot just turn over the blood sample without consent from the patient or a warrant.. The police had no such warrant. She even had her hospital administrator sticking up for her, but she was arrested anyway. If she had turned over that blood sample, she would've lost her job as a nurse, and probably her license. In this case, I do not think she was hindering an investigation. My question is why didn't the cops get a warrant? They couldn't have a judge sign off on one? If you were this nurse, what would you have done? It's a terrible position for her to be put in.!!

The nurse in charge of this woman’s care doesn’t seem to be taking her job seriously. The woman suffers from seizures. She was afraid that the nurse would neglect her so she set up her camera on her phone. She then proceeds to have multiple seizures while on camera. The nurse in charge of her was nowhere to be found but luckily another nurse walked by and saw what was going on and stepped in. The Dr let out a sigh in frustration that the woman was left alone like that while being cared for seizures. It’s one thing to be lazy and not like your job but when your job is caring over another life, the consequences need to be brutal, should she be fired and fined for her disregard for patients lives?

Ariana Madix recalls when she caught her boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval, cheating on her with her best friend, Raquel. She says she was holding his phone while he was performing a song, and felt a divine intervention in that moment. She says she’s not someone who likes to snoop because she knows she’ll find something she doesn’t want to see, as that’s been the case in her past relationships. But she went through his phone anyway and found evidence of him cheating in his camera roll. “I was holding my phone and his phone just kinda as a stack. There’s nothing weird about that, we were together for 9 years. Me holding on to his phone, his laptop. So they had like one more song, then afterwards I got up to go tell him good job and give him his phone back, and he was talking to some other band members so he was a little preoccupied. And then literally in that moment, it felt like a divine intervention or something. l've always been very hesitant to become the snooper because I always feel like anytime you snoop in anyone's stuff even if they're not guilty of doing anything wrong you always end up finding something you don't want to find or seeing something you don't want to. I've been like that in past relationships. So in this one I was like I'm not going to do that and if I ask about something I will take Tom's word. I will be someone who trusts. I just had this thought, this is a time to do it. So I went into the bathroom at TomTom, he had not changed the passcode on his phone. We knew each other’s passcodes. So, it felt like if you were going to be the type of person who is going to have an affair or be cheating or hiding things, you wouldn’t also be so readily giving of your stuff like that. And so I looked in his messages. There was nothing weird. And I was like, “Okay, maybe you’re being dumb.” And then I opened up his camera roll and then that’s when I saw what I saw. And I busted out of the stall.”

ER nurse files a $7.5 million dollar federal lawsuit because she was terminated for refusing to falsify documents Patients die and she was told to “change her charting to omit” details because “It gives a lawyer a case on a silver platter” “I love a whistleblower more than just about anything in the entire world. And an ER nurse is suing her former employer, To Nova healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee. it's a federal lawsuit. I assume it's a wrongful termination lawsuit, suing them for $7.5 million claiming that it is retaliation after she refused to change documentation in patients charts. So the lawsuit claims that there were two cases in particular, one in which a male patient died of cardiac arrest in the triage area due to a lack of open beds and proper monitoring. And she documented that there were not enough beds available. And the lawsuit claims that this was a violation of the Tennessee Public Protection Act and is an EMTALA violation. The supervisor directed her afterwards to change her charting to omit it because, quote, it gives a lawyer a case on a silver platter, end quote. And in the second case, the patient was exhibiting signs of sepsis, needed treatment, was waiting for a pick line and treatment. And I believe that they ended up dying because of a lack of treatment. And she documented there was a lack of safe staffing that led to this and she was told to omit that from the chart and refused and one month later she was terminated. So I am so glad that this nurse has lawyered up. I am sure that the attorney is pointing her towards OSHA and the NLRB and um, all the things. I'm gonna follow this case put someone put me in touch with her because you know I love a whistleblower more than anything and I hope she buys an island and retires after she wins this case.“

When I was traveling to NC I bought a window seat because I wanted to enjoy the scenery, it was slightly more expensive than a normal seat. When I got boarded, I went to my tow and I looked at my seat and there was a kid sitting there. I was confused because this was the seat I paid for, I had no idea who the kid was and why they were in my seat. A woman came up and handed some snacks to the kid and then sat down at the seat next to the kid and I asked her if they were in the right seat and she said yes. I said the window seat was mine and showed the ticket. She said well her daughter wanted to sit there, I said well if she did you should have paid for it because I did. She asked if I had kids and I said no, and she said well when you do you will appreciate it because things like this will keep them quiet during the flight. Once again I said that’s fine but I paid for this for a reason, you should have planned ahead. I ended up having to get an attendant who made them move, but the woman wasn’t quiet about it she started calling me selfish and what kind of person would take stuff away from a kid. I said the kind of person that paid for the things they feel entitled to. I did end up feeling bad about it later but it wasn’t really my problem, I didn’t want to be emotionally blackmailed because she didn’t want to pay more money for that set. This woman moved seats on her own and was told she would be booted if she didn’t sit in her assigned seat. I’m sure there is a reason behind this, I think I read an article once that said it was due to weight and such. Would you move though? It doesn’t seem like much of a big deal to me.

Um, we were doing some work in the yard, and I really just blew up on her over the stupidest little thing. And then about a week later, we're just constantly arguing and dividing from each other. And then about a week or two later, she told me that she thought she was falling out of love with me. And it just really crushed me. And she said it was never anything flirtatious or anything like that. She said it was just a stranger that I could talk to, but she said, 'I broke it off with him, and I'm gonna focus on us. And I said, 'I'm all in with you, let's rebuild this.' And we went about two weeks and it was just absolute honeymoon phase. I mean, we were just, never it was great. And then I went through her phone two weeks after that and found that she was on Snapchat with the guy. And I confronted her about it, and she said, 'Okay, well, I didn't think you were really gonna change, and I wanted to keep this friendship with the guy.' And she said, 'I'll break it off with him.' And I'm like, 'Okay, I guess I'll give you a second chance. I'm kind of heartbroken again that you would keep this from me. 🐧 i told my mom we were going to be on ‘parenting diary’ and i asked her what my parenting difficult level was and she said that it was really intense 🐰 really? why why? 🐧 because i always cried…because i’d cry very easily as a baby 🐧 apparently my older sister’s parenting difficultly level was the lowest because she listened to everything they told her 🐰 but if the first baby was like that and she felt like the second baby had the highest (difficulty level)… 🧸 she must’ve been like “oh this is nice?” and gave birth to another baby and then… 🐧 like “this is doable!” and giving birth to your second baby… 🧸 apparently i barely cried…apparently even when i fell from the top bunk on my bunk bed, i didn’t cry 🐧 really? that’s incredible 🧸 and apparently i slept a freaking ton when i was a little 🐰 so they said it was easy for them? 🧸 yeah! my mom said that my difficulty level was almost zero
